They were very nice but I went in to get my nails done for my wedding and was not happy. Very uneven & stuff that looks like cracks going through my nails.

I fell and had my thumb nail break in the nail bed way above the quick. Went in to see if they could help keep it from ripping off until it grew out. They said they could help seal it and then recommended the dip to keep it strengthened while it grew out. We talked about what to dip my nails in and I decided to go for St. Patty’s day nails. I have gotten tons of complements on them and people always ask where I got them done. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and tomorrow I go back and get this color removed and another round of dip to hold the nail together. Definitely going for spring colors.

My mom and I went for pedicures. There wasnt any greeting when we entered, but they took us immediately! Excellent way to relax and pamper yourself. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is that our feet were still rough 😔.

Definitely customer-centered, efficient. Would be advantageous to be conversational.

This is a great place to get your nails done. My daughter and I go regularly. We enjoy the gel polish, but they offer the dip, acrylics, or a plain manicure. A new service they have begun offering is eyelash extensions. I havent tried them, but the girls who have seem to love it.

Very horrible, I will not ever go back. The girl was very rude and didnt want to do what I asked for her to do. Plus she wanted to do what she wanted. I told her NO, and I wasnt going to pay for something I didnt want. Yes, she got an attitude with me.

I love getting jell nails plus I stay with the mood Polish; like as I get them done their lite yellow and next as their Cold they turn Blue

I would rate this place no stars if I could. Terrible place. Guy rushed to get my nails done an cut me all he did was say sorry and got me a bandaid an put nail glue on top of the cut. He still charged me full price. And the lady came out and was rushing him as well and walking around staring at everyone here. And going over telling them to hurry up. And another lady was walking around with no mask on. Dont sanitize after everyone gets up.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Tammy was recommended to me by a friend who is a regular there, and always has beautiful nails. I had a horrible previous experience at different location and unsure about spending money on another set, but I’m so glad I did. From beginning to end the whole experience was amazing. Every employee I encountered was so friendly and helpful. The end result is exactly what I was looking for. And from now on, not only will I be going back there only, but my mother and daughter will as well.

Yesterday was my first time visit. Very nice, bright and clean salon. I was given a pedicure by Jessica. She did an absolutely fantastic job. Took her time and made me feel very relaxed. I will definitely return in a few weeks!

My favorite relax place

I got a French manicure. The hand massage lasted about 5 seconds. Least pampering manicure I have ever had. To boot, it does not look good. The white line is way too large. So disappointed. What a waste of money. 😔

Very horrible customer service from the start of you walking in. No formal greeting, the owner I believe just stares at you until you say something. Once you tell them the service that you’re looking for, they point to a direction as you’re suppose to assume what they are talking about. I do understand the communication barrier may be troublesome but when owning a business or being a business owner you are required to service all unless specifically instructed not to do so or by some sort of guidelines or policies you have in place that’s states so. I would never come back to this place, disrespectful employees at its finest. It’s a negative environment upon entry, you can fill it in the air. I don’t believe I got a please or thank you, just a head nod! Would not recommend at all, seems like everyone who is working there hates there life. First and last time at the nail gallery for me.

Sort of a weird experience, but not out of the ordinary from other salons Ive been to. A lady named Michelle did my nails. She seemed very kind and knowledgable. Upon waking in she told me the wait would only be 30 minutes but it turned into a 30 minute wait with 30 more minutes of her moving me from chair to chair and me getting my hopes up that they would finally start on my nails. I wish they would have just been honest with me from the get go. I received a full set of acrylics. They are sub par at best and I have a nice gash where she got me with the sander. The nails are kind of wonky and my thumbs look completely different from each other. The place itself looks nice, but once I further expected it, the place is actually quite dirty. Acrylic dust is everywhere and on everything. Everything desperately needs a wipe down. They also had a pretty lame selection of nail color. I did like their prices however, for my full set of acrylics was only $25. Wouldnt go back, but I would recommend this place to someone who wants a good price and has three hours to spare.

I love the staff at Nail Gallery!! I have been a repeat customer for close to a year now. They do the best dip nails in my opinion, I have tried many salons looking for a good dip mani. They have tons of colors, all the techs are experienced in dip. They also do a good job on French, accent and special dip manis. I will say they can have long wait times, I suggest an appointment time to negate this.

I would NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN, from walking in and being stared at to the workers acting as if they would rather not serve me. Tammy to be specific whom is the owner which you would think would have a welcoming, problem solving happy attitude to own such a beautiful shop, idk if its discrimination in the air... idk if my money wasn’t good enough or what ... but as I proceeded to explain to the OWNER how I was unsatisfied about a previous appointment she told me to BE QUIET & that MY COMPLAINTS WERE ANNOYING... BUT UMMM EXCUSE ME “OWNER” im not sure if she was confused about what her job entails or maybe just decided that she didn’t want to be professional today... either way as an owner your job is CUSTOMER SERVICE & on the days that you decide that you don’t want to be an owner & give professional CUSTOMER SERVICE you should quit. I WOULDN’T go to this nail shop if it was the last nail shop on GODS GREEN EARTH! AND I SUGGEST OTHERS DONT!

Went in for a walk in. Wait was quite long. Would highly recommend you have an appointment first. Once I was seen it was very fast almost too fast but my nails have lasted so Im not upset.

I have been going here since I moved to Evansville 2 years ago. All was well until the previous owner and her niece moved to Florida. A man was recommended to me by the tech that moved to Florida and it has been rocky ever since. Appts do not mean anything here anymore-wait is forever and the quality is not what it once was despite the fact they increased the price on pedi and gel manicure. I think it is time for me to find a new place-unfortunate because I am a loyal-every 2 weeks customer.

I really like Michelle and she has done my nails for over a year. I suggest making an appointment, because if you dont you will wait and wait and wait. Even when I have made appointments, I wait. I wear gel nails with gel polish and NEVER do I have any issues and this is why I go back. If you want a Pedi... MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!

They are good when it comes to pedicures but absolutely terrible with manicures and applying acrylics... I came in thinking they would be great at nails since Ive never had a problem when getting pedicures.. WRONG! All of my nails were different shapes. The polish started chipping the next day. It was an all around poor job! Smh

Literally just left there went in for a fill in and its absolutely horrendous! You can clearly see where the old acrylic is! The only time Ill go back is to have them removed!!! Do not go on the weekend!!!

Never go there again the wait was long to begin with and after I got home I had to dig out all of the left over goop from underneath the nails, the nail sizes that were used were not the right width for my fingers, had to reshape them all and make them even, and the man that polished them did a horrible job, didnt paint the sides or polish them back to the cuticle. There is not one set of nails they did that were posted on Facebook that look good, most of them are uneven, too wide for the fingers, and look disgusting, especially the pointed ones. When you get your nails done they should look somewhat natural but these you can tell are all fake, mine included. Im going to do my own I can do a much better job than these people that spent 600 hours of schooling they said they did, and it will cost alot less.

I was not happy with the way my nails were filled! I asked the gentleman several times to make them square and thin. I cant stand having thick nails. He continued to add this shellac that I did not ask for, which made them even thicker. They are not buffed or shaped evenly either. I am very aggravated because I had to continually remind the gentleman what I wanted and continually pointed out his errors. After my trip to the nail salon, I am not please with the way they look at all. I was so upset because I have a wedding tomorrow and they dont look good at all!

I always have a good experience with Philip, my family and friends on the other hand had problems with the other nail techs

I have a sister who lives in Newburgh Indiana but is moving to Joplin Missouri. Another sister and I are here helping her pack and prepare to move. As we all three needed a pedicure, I called and books those for the next day. We arrived and were greeted very cordially and shown to our pedicure chairs. We were each attended by a professional well-trained person who gave us a pedicure. We were all pleased with the service we received and the friendliness of the salon. Should we need pedicures again before we head for home, we will certainly be back to see the folks at nail gallery.
