I scheduled an appointment pretty short notice for a trip to Vegas. Trish was the BEST! It was one of the few times I got my nails done and it didn’t feel like she was just rushing to get done. She was very helpful picking out colors to match the style I showed her and she nailed the designs (no pun intended). Will definitely return in the future!

I found my new nail home! I got my nails done by Doug. He was so kind and quick! He was able to fix my nails from a bad experience I had at a different nail salon. They look so much better! Thanks Doug!

I don’t normally ever do anything with my nails to be honest. When I walked in to get my nails done I was obviously feeling out of place, but they were so kind! One of the staff patiently helped me pick colors that went with the theme I wanted. Then once I sat in the chair to get my nails done the nail technician was so quick, efficient, and kind! She was wonderful to talk with and in no time I was relaxing and enjoying myself very much! I will alway recommend this place, I know I’ll definitely be going back!

This is by far the best nail spa I have been to.. they are quick and efficient.. they do Greta jobs on my nails everytime.. and they are careful to make my nails how I want them they are very nice people... Kristy and Doug are the best I have not had Emilys services before but I have seen her work and it is very very good.. Kristy is my favorite she doesnt take that long and she is very good at her job she does what she can to make you happy

Notice: Call and make an appointment in advance! I was visiting family in town and was desperate for a Manu/Pedi and brow. Chose this place based on reviews. I got in by chance and I feel so lucky! My tech was Emily. Between her and the pedi massage chair, I was in heaven! Due to the client restrictions, it was so quite, and spa like and so relaxing. Emily was so detailed and sweet. Very COVID conscience. This place is the best.If I can suggest one thing to them it would be to use plastic bowl liners. (I know they are a bit wasteful, but its nice to have the added protection.

Ive been to Creative Nail Spa in the past and was always happy with my nails. Recently I decided to go back to have someone with experience who knew what they were doing help to save my nails. I had gotten dream gel from another salon and my nails were in BAD shape. Like literally shaped terribly and crooked. They were embarrassing. Kristy got me in right away the same day I called and I left with a gorgeous set of nails. I just went back to have one repaired and a new gel color put on and she got me in within 30 minutes of calling. She didnt even charge me for the repair! Ive been super happy with the service and finished product at Creative Nail Spa! I definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for professionals with years of experience that strive to make their customers happy.

I started going here about 3 years ago. I happened to be in town to visit my dad who was in the hospital. I wanted to take a break from the hospital and get away for a bit and googled nearest nail salons. I showed up and Kristy made me feel very comfortable and worked me in. I explained to her that I needed to be able to get in right away since my dad was just hanging on. She was so compassionate to my story. She made me feel pretty considering my eyes were swollen from all the crying. The salon is very clean and I felt very comfortable sharing my story with a complete stranger. She did an excellent job. I’ve worn acrylics for years and I can say she really did a great job. Once I moved back to the area, I immediately called for an appointment and I’ve been there ever since. The staff at Creative Nail are professional, talented, and very accommodating! I’ve recommended them to close family and friends. You can’t go wrong with Creative Nail.

The technician’s in this salon are very welcoming, friendly, and skilled. It is a business, however, when you are there you don’t feel like just a client wanting a service. They make you feel welcomed and address you by your name. They listen to what your asking for and will help when your indecisive. They never make you feel rushed. I am very pleased. Love this place! Doug and Kristie are wonderful and kind. They are vigilant about the Covid 19 sanitation practices as well.

Better off just giving yourself your own manicure.Every single time theyve done my nails they draw blood (clipping cuticles shouldnt hurt). They also have no idea how to handle clubbed thumbs. its not that hard, guys! just clip more acrylic off than you would for a normal nail!All in all it wasnt a relaxing experience. Seriously, just get your own manicure kit and youll be 10x happier. Your wallet will thank you for it, too.

Ive been going to Creative Nails for 15 years.I have never seen a salon that works so hard to run on time. I have never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment. They treat everyone like friends. Plus they do a great job.

Came here tonight for the first time with my mother-in-law and six year old daughter. We all got manicures and I got my eyebrows waxed. The owners were so wonderful to talk with and they clearly care about their customers and their business. Our nails look great, my eyebrows look great, the prices were super reasonable, and I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone!

Ive struggled with biting my nails for years. I came into Creative Nail Spa years ago, mainly because it was close and needed a quick set. I usually would pick them off after what I needed then go back to biting. Kristy changed that mindset.I have a standing appointment every 2 weeks. Nails of nail biters are like hairstyles. You may want that look but you have to have something to work with and it may not work out. . Kristy changed the way that I look at nails. She built my nail bed and taught me to let them grow. I realize people expect a quick set, walk in and expect to get waited on ASAP. They do have walk ins, but standing appointments come first. Ive broken a nail and waited 3 days to get it repaired from her. I compare Creative Nail Spa to my Hairdresser. I dont change because they are great and like family. There are plenty quick fix nail salons in town....Thanks everyone at Creative Nail Spa

So I didnt even get to be serviced at this location. On a Friday afternoon in the summertime you should always be fully staffed to allow for walk-ins. I dont live there so I wanted the courtesy of being taken care of right away even if I have a little wait. But no you wanted me to come at 3:15 and the person I came with you wanted to come at 6:30. I dont know how you thought that made sense or how you thought it served your customer best. You failed when I come to visit again I will not even bother to check on your location. The trip was I went there because the reviews were good. Those must have just been for those who had appointments which is everybody else. It is hard to have walk-ins when you only have three or four people working. And if you know you are popular adjust have more people its not that hard. Total disappointment

First off.... Im from out of town and was just dying to spend a day on myself. On this rainy day the thing that sounded the most relaxing was to get a manicure and a pedicure. I searched for two days prior looking for a place with good service and an amazing atmosphere in case I decided to go with my plan. Well the day came and THIS morning I came across creative nail spa and saw only good ratings. I decided well if push comes to shove at least I did my research ahead of time. I walked in a little anxious just because I dont know anyone and Im not sure what to expect. I got taken care of immediately. Sat for my pedicure keta talked and laughed with me and her MASSAGE WITH WARMED LOTION IS THE BEST I felt VERY taken care of and if I lived here if be back more often. But needless to say if I come back I know exactly where to go. Everyone else in the establishment was professional and all I kept hearing from everyone else was all good compliments. This is the best place Ive ever been to in or out of town.

So, I was in search of a new nail salon to go to. My previous nail tech that I had been with for years, apparently quit his job & I was left high and dry looking for another nail spot to go to 😩 I then went to a different salon and was very dissatisfied with my experience with them. Then, I came across Creative Nail Spa on google. I read some reviews and decided to give it a try. And, my goodness I’m glad I did! Everyone was super friendly there and Shemiah who did my nails, was AWESOME!! I’m super picky with how my acrylics are done and she did an amazing job. So, it’s pretty much safe to say that this will be my new home 😊 Keep up the good work y’all!

I’ve been coming here every 2 weeks for the past 5 months. I love my nails! Kristy is excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have hot gel because of an allergic reaction to acrylic several years ago. My nails are healthy and always look great! I won’t go anywhere else.

I have been to many salons and had issues with acrylics lifting and easy breakage. I have not experienced these issues since coming to Creative Nail Spa! Highly recommend this salon, specifically Doug!

Very nice people! I wont get my nails done anywhere else. They speak English so youre not constantly wondering if they are talking about you. They do a very good job, and my gel polish always looks good and lasts. They even will close up their shop for your private party. Highly recommend Kristy or Doug or Lauren, but you cant go wrong with any of them.

I definitely do not recommend them at all! They open up at 9 AM and do not except customers at that time. The owner’s exact words were depending on what you’re getting if we can take you this morning or not! Terrible customer service.Lets be clear! I completely understand if you do not do a dip service but I did ask for a pedicure!When someone is looking to go get their manicure and pedicure they do not search on Facebook first they usually go straight to Google to see who is open.As far as me doing my research I clearly did that...on Google It does not it say appointments only! Also if you would’ve put a sign on your door that say appointments only maybe I wouldn’t have even walked up to the door. NOW I UNDERSTAND Like I said before, the customer service is terrible. I am entitled to my own opinion that’s why I wrote this review and that’s how I feel!!!!

I had such an excellent experience! In the past, I’ve had a hard time finding a salon that I enjoy going to but that has changed now that I discovered Creative Nails. They have such a friendly, personable, talented staff and the owner is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be going back for all my future nail/spa needs!

Although, an appointment is almost necessary, this place is worth it! If I’m not happy with my nails, they fix them before I leave. As long as you let them know they won’t let you leave unhappy!! Hands down best nail salon in town!

Victoria is honestly so amazing ! She is so fast yet accurate at the same time. I always get my French tip acrylics done by her. If you want perfect nails every time I highly recommend her!

Owner and her son were very friendly and helpful. Really liked them. The girl who did my nails was not very friendly and keep asking me to do upgrades or other services, I sort of felt that I didnt matter to her only how she could make more money. Plus she didnt use clean or disinfectant on tools and filed the top of my nails to much so now all the do is break. This was a manicure .

This is THE place to go for relaxing pedicures and beautiful nails. I love the cleanliness of the salon and how friendly everyone is. I also love that they take appointments so I’m not stuck waiting for hours.

I was going to creative nails when my regular nail tech is out of town. Doug did my nails the last 2 times. Within a week, both times i went, they broke off within 4 days. Im not even hard on my nails and they all broke. Definitely not going bck here. Traceys salon is the best nail place, not creative nails.

They are a family owned business with good values, great customer service, and they are very prompt with their appointments. Because of these factors I have driven 45 mins to get my nails done here for the last 4 years!!!

I’m from Indianapolis And we have lots Of REALLY GOOD nail techs, I’m in Evansville for an eating clinic for my son and badly needed a new set from a botched fill in I had. I was nervous to get serviced due to some reviews on various nail plays here, I decided to try creative nail which is right by the clinic we are staying at. SO GLAD I DID. I also had 2 small children with me who were wonderfully behaved while I got my nails taken of and re done. Keta greeted us and was really friendly, she set me to be with Doug who I believe is one of the owners, he was really nice and assisted with my nail take off, then he sat me with a new tech they have named shamaiah, she was excellent!!!! Great conversation, and wonderful service, I am very happy with my full set, they are clean shaped well and polished very sleek. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are unsure. I will definitely come back in the future when we return to Evansville to finish out my sons stay. Thank you guys so much ☺️

Ive been going to Creative Nail Spa for a couple years now. The owners pride in her shop shows in everything from the wide array of polish options to the friendly staff. I started using them following the recommendation of a friend who became a regular after tagging along on a few of her grandmothers appointments (so that kind of tells you how long theyve been in the business). Creative Nail Spa has a spectacular reputation and decades of experience providing excellent nail care, I never hesitate to send anyone here. Definitely the best in town!
