I saw Billy today for an unplanned color change and nail fill. He entertained me with stories from his life and even added a quick flower design to hide a blemish under my nail. The blue commentates the recent arrival of my new grandson! Lovely experience.HIGHLY recommend.

So....I booked an appointment with this salon, accidentally went to a different salon thinking it was City Nails... super embarrassing but yes, it happened. Long story short, the salon I accidentally went to did my nails super bad because it wasnt what I wanted. The receptionist (forgot her name!) who is also one of the managers called me to remind me of my appointment and was super super SUPER friendly! I explained what happened and she said to rush on over because Billy was still going to be able to do my nails. Overall, my experience was great. Billy did an amazing job, made me feel comfortable, told me to let him know if I didnt like them, and most of all FIXED MY NAILS. plus, he is the owner!! I have never had the owner of a salon be this professional and nice. He didnt just treat me like I was just business, he made me feel like he truly cared. The staff and environment felt like family....it was just amazing.

I got my nails done here yesterday (4/29). I normally do them myself, but because I hurt my back several weeks ago, they were a mess.The last time I went to a nail salon, about two years ago, I was unhappy with the results. This time I searched Google and found City Nails with 4.7 stars with more than 100 reviews. Figured it would be a safe bet.Im so annoyed! They peeled my old polygel off. I knew this was something youre not supposed to do, but because the last nail salon did it too, I was second guessing myself. So, I let him keep doing it. My fingers still hurt today more than 24 hours later. They were literally throbbing last night.The nail shape is weird and the lengths are inconsistent. He kept hurting me with the manual and electric file. At that point, I just wanted to get through it and be done.If I could hear better (I have hearing loss and wear hearing aids), if there wasnt a lot of background noise, and an acrylic divider plus masks, I might have tried to say something. I paid, but didnt leave a tip, which I never do. I always tip.Im frustrated because my nails are one consistent thing I do for self care and on the very rare occasion that I pay for someone else to do them, I shouldnt end up regretting it.Because of my back, I dont even know when Ill be able to fix them myself and until then Ill have to live with nails I dont like. And even if I knew somewhere else to go to get them fixed, I wouldnt be able to for a few days because they hurt too much. 😣😡

I do not get my nails done, ever, and I had only gone to one other place before City Nails for a gel manicure since I have nails that break easily. The place I had gone to was HORRENDOUS-- my manicure started chipping within 72 hours. I called City Nails and they were able to get me in within a day.Let me start by saying, the staff are incredibly friendly and are very invested in your experience and making sure that you are comfortable. They answered my questions in regards to suggestions (as I was not sure what would be best for me). Decided on a gel manicure and the results were PHENOMENAL. The time and care taken to make sure my nails were to my satisfaction was something that I did not get at the other salon. What makes City Nails a great salon, too, is the fact that they let you come back if there is something wrong with your nails within the week. They made sure that I was 100 percent satisfied before I walked out.If you are looking for great prices, service, a clean space, and friendly faces, City Nails is your place. Ken is the best person to go to for a gel manicure!

Went w Mom (89) & both got mani-pedis. Reg polish on toes; acrylic fills for nails w gel polish. Cost @ $169 + tips. Staff was very nice; we didnt have to wear masks (vaccinated); but they kept theirs on. Polish done well and we will go back again. Parking sucks around lunchtime, though.

My sister and I decided to get pedicures while in town visiting. The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. Our girls were excellent and so fun to talk to. I love how clean the whole place was. We will be going again next time we come to town.

I had the biggest pleasure of working with Inna! The entire staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. It is huge and just so different from any nail place I’ve ever been at. It seemed almost busy but everything flowed so well. Everyone had a smile on their face the entire time and they had some great music. Inna herself was absolutely amazing! She sampled several different colors for me when I asked for a suggestion. She was very supportive and gave me some great tips. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming here again, especially to Inna. Quite disappointed. I tried to make an appointment for Sunday, no luck. Made one for Tuesday @ noon for gel manicure & spa pedicure. When I get there, the receptionist says they didnt make the appointment for 2 services. I explained that I had made it for 2 & that I had driven over an hour for the appointment. She kept talking, not listening & telling me she could do a polish change on my nails. I had no polish to change which she couldnt seem to comprehend. She tried to force me in to taking just one service. Never apologizing for the obvious mistake on their part. I asked her to please work me in to make it right. She said she couldnt. I left. As I walked out to my car, I called in. No answer. Left a voicemail on the business line asking for managers or owners to call back. That was 4 hours ago. No phone call at all. The last time I was there the owners dog was running around sniffing & licking everyones feet & the tools, etc...very unsanitary. I gave them another chance after the dog situation, now this. How disappointing. Hope they improve their customer service or this will be a short lived endeavor for the two young men who own the place.

This was the first time I have gotten my nails done since I had my son. I brought him with me and all of the people there were very sweet to him and even helped me when he got fussy. I was very nervous and felt bad but they made sure we both were taken care of. I had viki as my nail tech and she was patient with me and my son. Thank you City Nails for being accommodating to a very tired mama.

Service was friendly and good. Prices are good they provide a comp mimosa but it was my friends birthday and they let us bring a bottle of wine to drink during the pedicures. Since it was my friends birthday they even brought her a rice crispy treat with a candle in it and had the whole place sing to her. Was very sweet!

Such a clean and inviting place, very big and open. Offered drinks right away, felt very welcome with my 1 year old and not a single person treated us like a burden. They used all brand new unopened tools for my pedicure, have a very good massage and sugar scrub, did and great job to paint them very well, and were just so friendly. I will be going there from now on!

The staff here is positively amazing. I didnt know what to expect but I have never had a better experience at a nail salon before. All of the staff was friendly and polite. Tim was my nail guy and he was the BEST nail tech i have ever had. He was fun to talk to and he made sure I got what I wanted. I never get my nails done because most nail techs are judgey or make me feel unwelcome or constantly try to up charge me. Tim made me feel extremely welcome and was genuinely interested in me as a person. I will certainly be returning. The prices are also very reasonable.

This is my favorite nail salon in Eugene. Ive been to several others in town, but none compare with the friendliness and quality of work by the staff here. They have an extensive selection of gel polish colors and a wide variety of acrylics including sea shell. My gel nails always last longer when I get them done here. All the technicians are good, but Eena is my favorite. The salon is always very clean and busy and they offer complimentary beverages including wine and champagne.

I went in to get a full set. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment and they were able to take me in the same say. The salon itself is very well maintained, hygienic and has a pleasant atmosphere. The Woman who did my nails, feels so bad I didnt write her name down, was wonderful and nice. She made sure I was happy throughout the entire process and she did a wonderful job! Never been so happy with my nails before.Only reason I rate a 4 is because the workers would have personal conversations with each other in front of clients. Although this may not be a big deal to some people, it threw me off a little. If that doesnt bother you, then this place is a 5/5!

First visit. Friendly environment, had to come back a little later for my appointment and they remembered my name. I showed a picture of the acrylic nails I wanted and they look exactly how I was wanting them. And my tech. Was very nice and vocal, asking if the shape was okay and everything. My pedicure was done okay lady nice but spoke no English at all she could have scrubbed the feet more and did more cuticle work my friend had a pedicure and the lady was friendly at first but was very very rough with the cuticles and in a huge rush she scrubbed one heal but not the other did not shape the nails all different shapes (square toes should have square nails ) a good tech always asks how they like nails shaped polish was kinda slopped on and the cut edge not polished well and then had a attitude when asked to finish work I am paying the money I’m the customer you don’t argue ever you politely do what your told 30 bucks wasted take your time with your clients no matter their size word of mouth travels

I really love City Nails & Spa. Although I do suggest making an appointment ahead of time due to long wait times, the work they do is amazing. My acrylic nails with gel polish look perfect even after a couple weeks. I highly suggest it.

Pedis are fantastic. They did a great job of making everything look clean and neat. The polish lasted and lasted. The cost was about $30 including tip.

First time here was excellent. Its busy but comfortable. My technician Joe was great and does a really good leg/foot massages! They dont rush you which is nice and they have temporary disposable flip flops which is convient. I am definitely coming back. It feels good to have a little attention sometimes ;)

This place was recently upgraded/remodeled in November. They are super sanitary and hygienic (liners in the pedi tubs and gloves were worn). The staff is incredibly friendly and call their customers by their name. My pedi looks great too!
