I got my haircut by Megan, she is wonderful! It was my first visit to this salon and Megan made me feel very comfortable. We got started right away discussing what I wanted. I was getting a new haircut style for me with some curtain bangs, she took her time to check in with me multiple times about the bang length. She even checked to see how I moved, played, and styled my hair before she finished the last touched up for the trim. Also Megan was telling me Confetti Crown gives the hair left on the ground from the haircuts to companies that can recycle it or use it to help clean up oil spills, which I think is amazing! I absolutely love my haircut and I will definitely be coming back!

Kristi is an absolute treasure. I went to my appointment with no reference photo, but a very clear idea of what I wanted. Her confidence and quick understanding of my requests reassured me, her personability put me fully at ease, and her work full-on speaks for itself. I now have the best haircut Ive had in maybe a decade - the exact haircut I had in mind to begin with. Ive literally NEVER had a hairdresser do EXACTLY what I wanted done without any variation. This is a first for me, and not to be dramatic or anything, but she actually restored my faith in the hair industry in Eugene.Also, this is probably the cleanest, most well-appointed salon Ive been in in a very long time. The new owners have created an incredible atmosphere.Will definitely be returning, and recommending to everybody I know who has hair.

Ive been going to London for the past 4 years and its by far the most trustworthy salon that Ive been to in Eugene. The hairstylists are super mindful of the health of your hair and what look youre trying to achieve! Megan made me platinum with little damage to my hair. I went to Hair Studio 408 and they botched my hair and put it through a lot of damage but Megan was able to fix it beyond what I could have imagined. My mom and sister go to London for haircuts & love it, I highly recommend Megan for color :) Its also a really lovely atmosphere!

Do not go to the salon. I went into the salon in October 2020. My hair was cut and colored by Megan. The haircut I was given was nothing like the photos or my instructions. I came back a second time to have the haircut fixed. Or what could be salvaged. She cut so much more hair off I feel like I have a Boys haircut. Someone came up behind me at the grocery store and said I should leave this shelf on my head on the shelf. I was humiliated. I tried to talk to the owner Nancy regarding my haircut. The only resolution she was willing to do was to credit the haircut cost. I had my haircut and colored at the time and my request was for the entire amount to be refunded because I drove back to the salon three times. I live a half an hour away so thats an hour round-trip. Nancy didnt care. Now I have to wait two years minimum for my hair to grow back and I am so frustrated and upset And I still have to walk around with this horrible haircut. I am going to have to go to a barber to have it fixed, its that short. I am shocked someone would conduct business this way. I would not trust the salon with my hair, ever! Ever! Ever!

Today was my first using London Salon and Ill be the first to tell you that over the course of 20 plus years I have used a lot of salons and everytime unhappy with the outcome. The worst haircut I have ever had in my entire life. Lady was late, flustered and confused the entire time. Had a picture pulled up the entire process and she did almost everything the exact opposite. What a joke!

I had a consultation where I spoke with my stylist about what Id previously done to my hair and what Id like done to it. She told me itd be a project, but shed love to take it on.I went to my appointment, she bleached my hair, and then told me she couldnt do the color. I was upset, but was going to do a brown, like Id come in with, before I decided on blue. I wanted a dark blue, but still bright enough to tell its blue. I gave her multiple ways out, since we were going to run out of time. I was sent home with wet hair, because I told her I had to go, and when I got home it was electric blue. I washed my hair the first night, because I didnt receive any care instructions. I texted my stylist to tell her she didnt do my hair well, and she apologized, but argued.I left a message for the owner four days after my appointment, and called a week after that. I explained the situation, telling her the stylist had offered to fix my hair for free, but that I didnt trust her with my hair. The owner Nancy said that since Id waited so long to call (apperently she didnt receive my message), that she couldnt do anything, but offered to have Anna fox my hair. I told her again that I didnt trust Anna anymore, and then Nancy proceeded to blame my hair on me, and told me there was nothing she could do for me. This salon is not good. Its supposed to be high quality, but its not. Please, do not go see Anna at London Hair Salon.

Ive tried this place several times for haircuts and it was about a 50/50 chance that Id get a good haircut. Spent over $400 to get my brown hair dyed a dark red. 5 hours later I left with a spotty red orange hair job. Ran to Sallys and got 20$ worth of supply and dyed right over it. Next time Ill go to the beauty school.

I had really mixed feelings about this salon. I really enjoyed the ambiance and I thought that the beverages while youre waiting for your service were nice. My stylist was wonderfully attentive. Unfortunately they were running behind quite a bit so my appointment started late, and took much longer than I had anticipated. My primary complaint, especially considering the price point of this salon, is that they should respect their patrons time a bit better.

My stylist recently started working at London Hair. Walking into the salon felt so warm and welcoming. Benji the sweet little pup was in the lobby checking on the guests and then got a bit of the zoomies! Everyone was laughing. My stylist Megan is always wonderful but seeing her at London she was in her element! I had a wonderful experience at London and love, love, love my hair! Plus they carry my favorite hair products!

Saw Janna for the first time 2 weeks ago. She made it seem effortless but she tamed this wavy/curly mop on my head like a pro. 2 weeks out and Im still getting daily compliments. She took the time to show me an awesome new styling trick and didnt even try to upsell me a bunch of product I dont need. Thanks and Ill be back!

Stopped by to meet with a friend whose hair was being done by Ivan, I was planning on going to the barbershop but Ivan convinced me to stay and let him do my hair instead. Im very glad I did as Ivan is an awesome guy and did an amazing job on my hair. Far exceeded my expectations. I plan on going back in the future to have Ivan do my hair from now on. Very professional and skilled. He also did a great job on my friends hair, highly recommended for both men and women.

I had an amazing experience here!! The girl who did my hair was so friendly, knew what my hair could take and turned my dark brown into a soft, natural blonde with no orange or yellow tints! My hair feels soft even after the dramatic color change, worth every penny!! Love my hair now more than ever!

I have been highlighting and cutting my own hair for over a year to save money but last night I really did a number on it and ended up looking like a carrot. Spotty and uneven, and lot of copper tones that I just didnt want to mess with anymore. Needless to say I needed professional help. I called London Hair because they were the only salon that could fit me in today and I have NEVER been more pleased with the service I received today. Honestly I was a little sketched out by a hair salon in a mall because where Im from the one I went to in the mall was not exactly a place for experienced beauticians. I walked in almost in tears and so helpless and I hated my hair but I walked out feeling so confident and beautiful! Im not kidding I was about to just throw my hands up and die my hair purple because I couldnt imagine fixing it. Brandy knew exactly what I wanted and was very sweet and explained everything to me before she did it and while she was doing everything so there wasnt any miscommunication and made sure I was ok with it all.They gave me hot coffee the whole time (which I loved.) She didnt rush to get it done even though we went over time and she styled it super cute! I rarely if ever, write reviews but Im so happy with my experience I have to. The price was extremely reasonable. Im for sure going back. ❤️😍

Katie was great! I was pretty nervous about getting my thick and very curly hair cut by someone new as it can be pretty technical, but Katie did a fantastic job. Im so pleased with the results.

Janna always does a fantastic job on my cut and color. Im never really sure how I want my hair cut, but Janna always provides great suggestions and then great work. I was worried when I moved here I would have trouble finding somebody to do my hair. I ht the jackpot with Janna; she is wonderful. Her cut and colors are superb!

I get a cut only twice a year and Im pretty picky. Julia did an excellent job asking all the right questions to get a great haircut. Very friendly staff, nice location. They offer coffee, tea, wine, and beer which was a nice touch.

I believe it was Christy who did literally THE BEST CUT AND Shadow Root BLONDE I have ever had! She was a joy to talk to and really really talented with alot of experience. I will continue to go back to her. Worth Every penny!

I saw Julie here, and was very happy with how my hair turned out. However, I was charged $50 extra for a haircut when I had asked for a small trim that took off maybe a quarter inch and took all of a few minutes. I have never been charged by a hair colorist before for cleaning up my ends, and so this came as a shock to me. Over the phone when making an appointment, the woman asked if I wanted a cut, and I replied that I just wanted the ends cleaned up. This may the lack of communication that is to blame, but I feel like I absolutely should not have been charged a full cut price for that. I just feel like that’s not good business.

Frank is the best! Not only do I get a fabulous haircut/color, I also get a nice visit with a phenomenal person.

Ill never go to anyone but Paul again. Best hair guy over ever had. Extremely talented and professional, I dreaded haircuts until I found Paul.

I havent been here for a while now, but I would never go back. Ive never gotten the cut or color Ive wanted here. The style never seems to match what I asked for. The dyed parts turned orange once I got home. Im not sure if they didnt rinse all the dye out or what happened there. Another time I made an appointment weeks ahead of time to get a braided style for an event. I described what I wanted on the phone, and was given an appointment with a lady who I presume knows how to do it. I show up and they say, We dont have anyone here today that can do braiding. Also, paid and big tip for a massage (was given to me as a gift) and sat waiting for what seemed like a long time, when I went up to the desk to see what was going on, was told they forgot about me, even as employees repeatedly walked past me the whole time. I was given a certificate to come back later. Needless to say I passed on that!

You wont be disappointed! Go see Paul, hes the best in town. Plus London Hair is a fabulous atmosphere with friendly staff

Last year in February I went in for a haircut that I had been growing my hair long enough to get only to be told I couldnt get it by a stylist named Simone. I ended up getting my hair cut the way she wanted to cut it left with the complete opposite of what I wanted 😢 went back a year later tonight with another photo of a different haircut I really want and was told the same by the same stylist who tried to cut my hair exactly the way she did the last time oh no uh uh not doing it again I couldnt believe it. I dont know what is happening to London Hair? Since when did they become a one trick pony. At the price you would think youll get to be pampered and have what you want what a drag. Im totally bummed and I drove all the way there but hey at least Im leaving with my money unlike last time.

I always see julia shes just amazing. Im going to have to brag a bit. Always gives great advice to get the hair you want and always shows you options as to whats healthiest with your hair. I enjoy that she is straight forward and very professional but still we have great talks when i go in. Have been to over 100 hair salons in the state. This has to be near the bottom of the barrel. Perfect Look would be comparable to the quality provided here.

Fancy downtown salon. Parking was confusing and it sounds like the hairdresser can do magic with my mop but she charges $70 an hour, and that will take me a long time to save. Regardless, posh salon with lots of awesome services that if I could afford I would so indulge in.

Layla is absolutely wonderful - sweet and nice and chatted with me all the way through talking about our kids and life in general, and she stayed focused to provide a precise cut with much repair work and got me looking like myself again! My hair is worlds better, and shes going to be my go-to hair guru from here on out! I really cannot recommend her highly enough for what a great job she did.

Was going in for extremely expensive blonde color weaves and one day an all over bleach, at the discretion of the stylist, which turned my hair orange and yellow. In an attempt to fix it, it was bleached fully once again. I now am considering shaving my head due to how irreversably damaged my hair is. These stylists don’t “specialize in color.” Waste of time and money.

I had gotten my hair colored and cut by a stylist who did a horrible job. It was by far the worst hair experience I have ever had. Su Anne, at London, came to the rescue. She fixed the color and also (impressively) turned the hair cut around. She was very friendly, and kind, even coming in early to work to help me out. I would highly recommend Su Anne for any hairstyling needs.

Called in letting hair stylist know that wed probably be 10 minutes late. Was told it was okay and upon arrival we discovered that she left 5 minutes after the scheduled time.

Do not go here if you want balayge or blending. I paid $160 to have all of my hair destroyed with bleach and have been trying to contact the manager/owner for a week. This was not something slightly different that could have been fixed, it was totally unacceptable and a mess. I had brown, curly, never-been colored hair and now I have bleach blonde frizzy, dead hair. I could not go out in public without a hat. It cost me almost $300 to have it fixed somewhere else. I wish I had gone to Chikara the first time.

Went in for an asymmetric bob update and ended up with a pixie. I look great in a pixie but it was not what I wanted. It is such a pain to grow your hair out and I feel like it was such a waste. Waste of time, waste of hair, waste of money even at half price. Bloody dreadful.

I got my nails done here and they painted them a really ugly gold rose shade and I screamed and screamed and my dog ran away and I had a panic attack and ewww
