All of the stuff is super friendly, and Tony was my go to. Unfortunately he left :(. They all do a great job, they’re super friendly and their work is amazing. I love this place and I trust them.

I just started going here a few months ago. Tina is amazing, I am able to get my nails done on my lunch break and they look amazing every time. I would definitely recommend!!

The best experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Clarissa was friendly and professional. She just made me feel welcome and relaxed. She was just fabulous. This is where I will always go from here on out. Very reasonably priced. I brought my daughter-in-law to be with me who was visiting from out of state. The place was clean and classy. Clarissa was a step ahead on every detail. We each had manicures and pedicures. We enjoyed mimosas and the whole experience went so smoothly.

I felt such negative energy there, kinda weird, an “Who cares” attitude, that I just left. Just needed toes polished. The middle aged guy there needs a different job. I will never go back. We have enough going on in this world without a business adding to it. It’s supposed to be a positive experience. I’d give zero stars but it would not let me. He even kind of laughed that I just needed a polish. His loss. I tip good, even on small things!

Multiple times do I schedule an appointment just to wait 30 minutes because they’re always behind. Never take off all the color therefore it’s still visible when I get a new set. Always have opinions that I DON’T ask for. If I’m paying you I can pick whatever color I want as well as you doing your job and getting the previous color off. Never again will I come here, gave you guys many chances.

Came here for the 1st time to get a pedicure and i definitely recommend. The service was great, the atmosphere was peaceful, they serve wine which is amazing!! The lady that did my pedi was super sweet and talkative and very gentle. Will definitely come here again

Im going to be honest; my first experience here about a year ago was not the greatest. My full set nails were done fine, but I just felt rushed and felt the staff was...rude.Because I live so close and they were open, I went back a month ago for a pedicure and full set of arcrylic gelss. AMAZING!!! WHAT A TURNARAROUND!!! This was like a full spa experience from the moment I walked in. Their host/receptionist, I believe her name is Lisa, went over all the new services, was clear on prices, offered me beverages, seated me and had me set up in minutes. She also frequently checked on me to offer me magazines, see if I was comfortable or needed anything. People, I had the BEST pedicure, foot calf massage and nail job I have EVER had!!! And Im old and very well traveled! No one was on their phones. No one was talking back and forth in exclusionary conversations. It was all about me. It was a totally brilliant experience. Hoping it wast a flukeand they hadnt lost their glow, I called to make another appointment yesterday for a fill and color change. I also hoped for a reshape from my rounded square to pointed w/o doing a new set. Let me tell you.....They got me in within the hour! Again, Lisa was amazing! She is just so happy! We selected my color, she got my soda and then brought ...TINA!! Remember this name. **TINA** She is a Pro. She has the most capable hands- her station is beautifully kept. Her jars are beautiful,Her brushes are beautiful, and she is a perfectionist. She is an artist who takes her craft seriously. This place has completely transformed and I love it. See all those scratches on my nails? I tried to remove the color gels. It took the new employee 1hr to do all these. I just wondered if they ever trained her before they hire her. It used to be 5 dollars to remove gels, I understand they raise the price to 10 dollars since the space is wider now, however, shouldn’t the service be better since they wanted a change? I did NOT want to give tip, after I sign, she gave back the receipt and told me to tip, how generous I am to tip her 30% if all. The grandpa did better than her. He was so much better and more gentle than she was. I think I may not come back again.

My experienceThe young lady that did my nails was awesome. She did a great job and I’m very happy with the job she did.The place was clean. All employees had masks on except the 2 owners. They were sitting in the manicure section of the shop sitting down on their phones with no mask .When I moved to that section I asked them to put their masks on. They did but seemed quite annoyed.

The pedicure was really good but there nail polish was old and it took forever to dry and ended up getting all smudged up.

Worst nail place in Eugene. They overcharge people when they feel like it and do a horrible job. Their prices change everyday. Coming here will only cause frustration.

So they so overcharge and lie over the phone and really my nails looked horrible my boyfriend is an artist and he was not happy with how they did such a horrible job and changed me 86$ for shellac nails

I get my nails done here everytime but I only have luck with 1 or 2 beauticians.They have nice color choices.

Very poor quality nail design and unprofessional. I think it has to do with the owners. I suspect they overwork their employees because the person doing my nails was taking calls and booking appointments the entire time they were doing my nails.

Today was the first (and probably last as I am graduating) time Tommy worked on my nails and I am VERY impressed! He was precise; he was thorough; he was careful not to miss the sides of each fingernail. And most importantly, my nails werent bulky! It doesnt look like I have acrylics on. They are thin and sleek and Im very happy with them.

Im sad that I have to give them 1 *. My first manicure here was great but I came in for a mani-pedi and was received by the owner who did my nails the whole time complaining and obviously rushing. Worst pedicure Ive ever had. Nail polish on my finger nails never dried because it was too thick and now I just have a mess all over my fingers.

Wonderful place for pedicures. I got the gel pedicure and was amazed by the work. $40 flawless strokes and none on my skin around my toes. I got a free mimosa and it wasn’t crowded at all. I also got a manicure which is why i’m giving four stars. I didn’t want paint because my nails are damaged and healing but it was still $17 to file and lotion. if I had known it was just that I could have done it myself. the day after I have hangnails still. a little overpriced but a lovely place!

Very upbeat salon. Everybody is friendly, know your name and Tony is super efficient and an excellent nail technician! I’ve gone to him for close to 20 years.

I found the salon to be clean and well kept. I took off a star because I called for an appointment earlier in the day for 4:45, but I don’t think I was actually seated for my pedicure until 5:05 or so. Cece did an awesome job and was fun to talk to, and the pedicure has lasted a while without chipping. I will be back to see Cece for another pedicure and hopefully a manicure soon.

Great space with really kind and caring staff. I called on a busy Saturday and they sat me for a mani pedi within 30 minutes! The couple that owns the business is so cute too and they love their customers and employees. Not to mention they offered me wine or mimosa while I waited :)

I liked also that she was very informative about how to maintain healthy nails. Im very impressed with this wonderful nail salon. I received skilled nail care. Three weeks, antibiotics and 300 bucks, it was an expensive gel polish change :-(10/14 update. FYI. Still struggling with the infection. Went back to them to ask for any suggestions about how I might care for the area and at my doctor’s suggestion, remove some of the gel polish near the infection for easier cleaning and to make it more visible. We talked about when I was in and who I saw, they were not interested. Then the technician that I saw that time, grabbed my finger, rooted around in a box, found a metal tool, removed some of the polish and then immediately put the metal tool back into her equipment box without cleaning or wiping it in anyway! . Did I mention that my finger was full of pus and very painful? I know now how I got an infection. And guess what, they charged me for the visit. I’m still on antibiotics and I’ve had to have x-rays of the area. My finger now looks a lot worse than this picture but I’ll spare you an updated picture

I really appreciated how they still accommodated our party of three on a CRAZY-busy day, even after we were late like jerks & then requested additional services on top of those we had originally booked. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️This place is fine. For most things it’s like any other salon in town. HOWEVER, DO NOT GO HERE TO GET ACRYLICS REMOVED!!!!!!!!!!! I went in to get mine removed before quarantine again and the tech pried them off by shoving an acrylic between my acrylic and my nail. It hurt so bad and my nails literally ache days after. They are red and look horrific. The tech said “it hurts to get acrylics removed”. This is NOT normal or safe. Seriously, I paid $14 for this!!! Just do it yourself at home. I went with three of my sisters to go get our nails done. And I asked if two of us could sit together instead of three sitting together and the other one at a different aisle alone. I felt that my request was ignored. Which was kind of rude. I ended up sitting apart from my sisters. Then a lady next to me requested a fill for her toes. And she asked if she could sit in the seats where they do the pedicures because that’s where they do it every time she’s been there. She also requested to sit at the pedicure station with her friends but her request were ignored. I felt that it could have been more welcoming and friendly but other than that it’s a decent places to get your nails done.

My gosh..i went to this salon and was told I was getting a gel pedicure as well as gel nails and went to a different place today and was told that is not what I got at all... Im reporting this place to BBB and the health department and Oregon health authority. Not to mention the owner is abusive to his employees. I paid 276$ for trash. Do not go here.

When I moved to Eugene it was a shot in the dark finding a good nail salon. Vincent at Mini Nails was the first nail tech I tried and its no exaggeration the best job anyone has ever done in both California and Oregon. Hes quick and hes good. Do not hesitate, just go.

They have an amazing salon. Incredible massage chairs and complementary glass of wine while you get a perfect pedicure and foot massage. I had a mani and pedi and Cece did a perfect job being fun and a great conversationalist. I will not go anywhere else in Eugene.

Came here with my mom and sister and had a decent pedicure. The staff was friendly enough and had spots ready for us just a few minutes after our reservation time. She did a lousy job of clipping my toe nails straight across like I requested, but I didn’t think much of it.However, they’re receiving one star because of what happened after. My big toe started bothering me out of the blue late the same night after my pedicure. The next day, it was red and swollen. I cleaned it and thought something got clipped or irritated. Later that day, I pressed on the side of my toe and PUS came out.It’s been days of squeezing pus out of my toe, cleaning and bandaging, on top of being in pain. I am thoroughly disgusted that I received a toe infection from a salon and will never recommend Mini Nails.

I am always happy when I leave this salon. I dont even bother going anywhere else because the quality of customer service surpasses any other salon I have solicited. I enjoy the atmosphere and would recommend Mini Nail to anyone and everyone. Henry is creative and always has a new way to do my nails, which I love!! His wife is very pleasant and makes me laugh. Their daughter brings a ray of sunshine to the place and I have enjoyed the opportunity to get to know them over the years. If you are in a time crunch and need a pedicure they can usually get you in right away, same with nails. You can walk-in or make an appointment but they are very timely and do an amazing job!!!

Vincente was great. He does an excellent job. I would give 5 stars but my mom had a rude service with one of the girl over there. Brit was rude and hurt my moms finger. She made my moms finger bleed. We showed her the shape that she wanted and it wasnt as my mom wanted. However, Vincente was nice and he found a solution for her.

This is the ONLY shop I go to to get my nails done. They are incredibly spot on about not hurting you during the process, providing you with exactly what youre looking for, and the prices are par none. Definitely a well put together shop!

While they were super nice, I paid $40 for a french tip that turned yellow after one day. I went back and they fixed it, but very hurriedly, leaving mistakes and lumps. A couple days later they started turning brown. I cant believe I spent so much on these nails that lasted like 4 four days.

I had my nails done yesterday and they were so bad!!! The acrylic didnt go all the way to my cuticle so it looked like I had grow out already, my right middle finger looked like I was missing half a nail tip, there was a hair under the acrylic of one and bubbles galore, the smile lines were way bad and crooked, the tips were clear/see through (were suppose to be white) and the glitter (that I paid extra for) was barely noticeable.Even though I went back to the same damn salon the very next day I had to pay 40 MORE dollars to have them fix THEIR mistake...!!! Plus tip to the guy.
