I needed a last minute appointment and they were able to get me in! Super sweet nail tech! Did a great job! I just got a basic manicure. I usually don’t have anything on my nails at all but the tech listened and kept it natural looking. Love it!

Nice gal did my Mani Pedi, but I did not like the vibe here at all. Very unwelcoming feeling and the older man who seemed like a manager wore his mask like a chin diaper.

I got my first pedicure ever by Tammi and it was amazing! She was so sweet and nice throughout the whole experience. I really loved the guy receptionist Vincent! His customer service was just off the charts and he really cared for his customers! I will be coming back for sure.

First time going to this location and I absolutely love it. I am so glad that I met Jennifer. She is great and gentle with your nails. She make sure that youre comfortable and she gets your nails done nice and neat. It was a pleasant experience and will definitely be back again.💅❤

I absolutely love this nail salon. I always see Steven and he never disappoints especially when I let him do what he wants. They are very good at recreating brought in ideas but always give a little something different that just makes them even better. They are pretty affordable and that’s coming from a college student. Once again Steven is amazing and most definitely would recommend anyone else to see him and everyone else there.

Really enjoyed my treatment. I upgraded to their deluxe and the deluxe part is the products they use, not more time or massage so I dont think Ill do that again but their signature pedicure was fantastic and my lady guided me on the best way to get the color I wanted and they were very kind and helpful. She didnt hurt me and it was so relaxing and clean. Lots of options.

Really enjoyed getting my nails done here. They are super friendly and following covid protocols. One nail had a small chip the following day and staff was super apologetic and nice about fixing it no charge. Definitely will be back!

Ive been getting my nails done here since they opened last summer. They can always get me in the same day that I call. Its a very nice and relaxing setting to be pampered in, the natural lighting is my favorite part. I always request Paul because hes incredibly thorough and pays great attention to detail. Fairly priced for a good set of acrylics and they dont hesitate to help you if there are any issues (chips, smudges, etc)

If you like to relax and enjoy a drink while getting pampered, this is THE PLACE for you! Always pleased with how my nails turn out! And my little girl loves it there too!

This is just another nail factory experience. The best things I can say is that the equipment is sterilized and the decor is pleasant. I asked for a plain manicure and since I said no polish, I asked the technician to spend the extra time on my cuticles. He did not spend additional time on my cuticles, did an OK but fast job on the hand massage but left my arms and hands so sticky I had to wipe them off with a paper towel. Worst of all, another technician had to cough, and did so by pulling his mask off, coughing and then replacing the mask!

I made an appointment for 3 of us including 2 full sets. When I got there the lady said they didnt have time for 2 full sets just regular manicures. Now I called here only after 3 other places didnt have time for full sets. They strung us along saying they were still figuring it out. Half way through my pedicure (that started 45 minutes after my appointment time) they came and said they couldnt do the full sets. The front desk lady was rude treating my like I was lying and I was in the wrong. She knew exactly who made my appointment and still treated me like I was lying (seemed as though this is a common issue).Note to self! Choose a different place!

They set me up in my pedicure bowl then left me for 20 min. The water was cold after sitting there unattended to for 20 MINUTES. No even a ‘we are running late so sorry’ … nothing. Then i grabbed a towel and as I’m whipping off my feet to put on my shoes other nail techs are watching me and don’t say a thing… just in awe by such bad business. Bummer!

Visiting my daughter from out of state, and we decided to get pedicures together. I called and was told there was an opening for 5 pm. We arrived at 5 pm, but were waiting until around 5:15 or 5:20 to be taken to our chairs. I get regular pedicures back at home, and noticed my nail tech was rushing through every step of the pedicure. She was finished at 5:51 pm; an hour service rushed through in thirty minutes. I wont be returning.My daughters nail tech seemed to be more thorough and took about ten minutes longer on her pedicure.

Luck of the draw. Its a nice place, but ask for a referral to a friendly technician - dont use just anyone. I got the most unhappy, unfriendly human in there... the two of us arrive at the salon at the same time for signature pedicures. My technician started 5 minutes later, yet even with polish I finished almost 3 minutes earlier. I didnt get a foot massage at all. But he sure did!! My nails were not filed well leaving rough edges. The finish has fibers under it & polish was left on fingers and a couple toes. In less than an hour we were out of there. After waiting 1.5 yrs to treat myself to a spa treatment I had the worst experience in my life. I left very sad for her, and for me too. Not even a hello, thank you, or have a nice day. IM GREATFUL that my companion really enjoyed it because his technician was present and cared that he have a nice treatment. I called to give feedback, and reception said come in and we can make it right. I wasnt asking for free service, but the tech needs other work, or training.Ps. Nails are not holding up after 2 days..8 need repainting.

Nails were fairly priced and held up well. But they were cheap because the nails are cheap. After a week nearly most of the polish has come off the nails. I asked the worker if he was going to put a base coat or a top coat, which he did neither and he just ignored me. Now most of the paint has chipped off my nails. I might try them again because the nails themselves have held up a well but the sassy tech ignoring me then giving me cheap nails is a no.

I showed up, on time, when ignored for nearly ten minutes, a very snobby gal proceeded to tell me my tech was not there, claiming she had an emergency and had to leave. They said they called all her appointments, and I didnt answer. She acted as if I were inconveniencing her. There was no voicemail from them and no missed call listing their business name. Extremely unprofessional and I definitely will not recommend them to anyone, just the opposite!!!

I had a great experience here! I had recently gotten acrylics done elsewhere and they had lifted, the gel polish didnt set, I was overall sad. I called here and they were able to clean up my natural nails, do a very nice gel manicure, and all very close to closing on a Sunday. Daisy and Vincent were wonderful, and the man at the counter (whose name I didnt catch, sadly) was really helpful and friendly. Ill be back, for sure!!

This was my first time getting my nails done and steven did a wonderful job. I showed him my inspo and he used his artistic talents to make my nails look even better than the photo. I definately recomend.

I got my nails done by Steven today, they look amazing. He showed me his work he does, and he is your go-to if you want some complicated art design. He loves his job and will definitely be going there again.

The person who did my nails filed them so bad that u could see my skin. It hurt so bad. This was my first time coming and i had a bad experience.

I really wanted to love this place because it’s on walking distance. Don’t let the alcohol and co ambiance fool you. My dip manicure was atrocious. They lifted in less than a week. I couldn’t shower without my hair getting stuck under my nails. They were going to make me pay to fix them. So here I am, still with terrible nails, researching the best place to get a dip manicure.

Nice ambiance, efficient service and great nail tech

The only reason they get 2 stars is because the guy who did my nails was okay he was nice i guess. The lady who welcomed us in was kinda rude and i repeated numeral times what i wanted and my friend and she still wrote in the wrong thing but its no big deal she was just rude and harsh. The nails look like i could just buy them from walmart and do them my self. They charged me almost $60 for simple acrylic nails with gel. They gave me a nail filer i thought was free they never mentioned i had to pay for that extra. There were extra fees i was never told about. i know its extra for gel but the polish was still see through and there were alot of my nails with gaps in between that had no polish.

Mimi has done my nails for a long time and I receive many compliments on them all the time. I have had no breakage between fills and I wait a long time between fills. I am so proud of her work and show it off everyday. Thank you Mimi for taking such good care of me.

Spent 28 years avoiding unmanly places such as this, but I just sat down to get yet another pedicure, because there is nothing uncool about being pampered like a king for an hour or so. I recommend the signature pedicure package.Walked into the Amazon location for the first time a few weeks back with a grip of bridesmaids and the bride to be, got treated like we were all regulars.Amazing pedicures, great paint job, delicious tropical mimosas and overall great service. Staff likable and professional, 10/10 would recommend.

Okay, So I’ve never felt the need to give a review before, but this place was awesome.Everyone is super cool and they care about your experience. It’s aesthetically pleasing, the music is enjoyable, the drinks are delicious and most importantly my feet feel and look awesome (I got a gel pedicure with my mom). Shout out to Ben, Brad and the guy at the counter telling us jokes.

My friend and I were treated so well here! Everyone was so friendly and talked with us like we were regulars. This was my first pedicure in many years and I wasnt super sure how I would like it, but I had a wonderful time and even noticed that my feet/calves were alleviated of pain for days after the fact (I stand all day at work). Beer/wine selection is good too. I never write these reviews but they mentioned the shop was pretty new so wanted to give em a boost, highly recommend!

I do not like writing a poor review but I spent over $80 for a manicure and a pedicure. The manicure looks like a child did it for me. It’s sloppy. The polish is on my cuticles which is very amateurish. There were only two other customers but I felt the technician was in a hurry to get it over with. When I was paying, he was sitting in one of the pedicure chairs on his cell phone. Apparently they opened 6 months ago. You would think they would be doing the best they could possibly do to attract returning customers. But maybe they are and it is substandard. Very disappointing.

Great location, not too busy so I didnt feel like anyone was rushing me in or out, I called and was able to get in within ten minutes. And omg the location is modern and its so beautiful, lots of space & light, tons of stations a huge bar, and plenty of lounge area. The tech I had for my gel manicure was very friendly, and really took his time to make sure my length/shape/polish was perfect, all while I was sipping a beer. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about this spot.

I really wanted to like this place was my first time getting gel nails. I went in a few days ago to get my nails done and get gel polish which is supposed to be more durable and last longer. And within a few days they were already cracking . I had also noticed that they left a gap all the way around my nail and didnt do the whole thing like I needed a fill already the dayI got them done. I came back to have them fixed, they wouldnt do anything to fix the gaps and i mentioned it like 4 times. Very disappointed. I would definitely not recommend this place.

My nail tech was Jennifer and she did an amazing job! Just the right pressure for the massage to the feet and legs and was conversational not only with me but with the other nail tech next to her and to the person to my left. Will definitely be coming back again.

Always great service

Ive been getting my nails done with Mindy for a while now and have always trusted her work! She is amazing! Today she set me up with her student Claire and I cannot say how thankful I am that i had the opportunity to let her do my nails. She took her time to make sure I was happy with her work, helped me find a beautiful nail color for my wedding and just overall met and exceeded my expectations! I just cannot wait to go back in a few weeks to have her do my nails again!

Kim did my nails. She was super quick and one of the best jobs I have seen. This salon was super clean, beautiful, and they had great customer service. I will definitely be heading back!

A little disappointed, my mom warned the lady she was diabetic and not to cut her toenails to short, she did and my mom bled and now we have to worry about infection. Other than that it was good, clean, staff was nice, and we enjoyed our drinks.

Guy that did my toes was rude. Lots people walking around without a mask and I take mine off for a second and he freaks out. The one girl was running around in a skimpy dress very unprofessional I could also see her umm other parts every time she bent down. Not a place I want to get my nails done again

Claire was a sweetheart and gave an excellent pedicure for my end-of-summer feet. Walking in you immediately feel relaxed and taken care of by Hagen. Yummy berry mimosas too.

My sisterfriend and I had a marvelously snazzy time this morning at the south Eugene location. Everyone was so so so friendly and we felt comfortable and cared for instantly.
