2125 Franklins apartment layout and amenities are great! I also want to shout out Faith for her great service and positive attitude :) Maintenance is also quick and thorough. You would not regret signing here!

Addie and Faith were in the office when I came in to tour. They were very helpful! Im new to town and they told me how to get around the city and stuff. This place is really convenient and a lot is in walking distance.This place is definitely on the top of my list now thanks to Faith and Addie!

When I visited this establishment I was welcomed with excellent customer service from a guy named miles at the desk. I was lost and unsure of where to go and he was very helpful. He left a very good impression on me and the apartment complex as a whole.

Do not rent here unless you want to have issues. Took over a sublease and when I went to move in there was a 30 year old man living in one of the bedrooms with his girlfriend, instead of displacing the one roommate, they moved all three of us.When I moved, in my room and personal bathroom were dirty. I spent hours cleaning it up.When you call after hours for an “emergency” maintenance issue, they schedule you during office hours.Amenities aren’t available when they say they are. They claim on Instagram the pool is open 10-10 everyday. Went out to the pool on a Sunday morning to have them open it at 1pm. False advertisingVery loud building with no quiet hours.Overall, not impressed with 2125 at all.

I have a student who has lived @ 2125 Franklin for the past several years. I have always found the staff helpful. Recently I called in with a concern and Addie in the office was immediately helpful. She solved my concern while we were on the phone and I hung up a happy customer.Thank you 2125 Franklin for making our kids college experience great!

Its your typical student housing type of place, but the front desk people make it worth living there! Makaela and Addie are so friendly and helpful all the time. They will always go out of their way to help you out with anything you need, and they always have such a cheerful attitude. Highly recommend this place to any students in the Eugene area! :)

Both of our kids live at Franklin and have enjoyed their experience living there. The rooms are spacious and well designed and the apartment complex is well managed. Adi and Makaela at the front desk have been especially accommodating during our visits.

I’ve recently toured a lot of student apartments around university of Oregon and I have to say I was quite impressed with this property. They offer so many amenities and very little extra costs, which is hard to find anywhere nowadays... Addie was super kind and answers a lot of my questions.

The first year I lived here, the place felt like home, I was placed with great roommates, and management was on top of their game. However, after a change in management this last year (2020-2021), the complex went downhill fast. We were given barely 48-hour notice and contact information for new roommates moving in during COVID (without any thought or communication to help mitigate the safety concerns of my two roommates with immunodeficiencies). Even after this incident and being promised better communication next time, management communication issues continued to reoccur. On top of this, THIS IS NOT STUDENT-EXCLUSIVE HOUSING - due to the Fair Housing Act - STUDENTS BEWARE: we were placed with an individual 35+ years old, a non-student, and someone we didnt necessarily feel safe around. The complex should not be marketing student housing all over their materials without a disclaimer that states ANYONE can rent these units/rooms, and you are not guaranteed to be placed with people your age NOR students at all. For parents who are expecting their student to be living with other students rather than random older adults, this can be worrying. Not to mention, due to the communication issues, we werent even aware of the situation until the individual was already moving into our unit. Overall, the complex is a great location and has wonderful amenities, but recently a deceitful and uncommunicative management (run mainly by fellow students) that seems to have little regard for the health and comfort of their residents.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences living at 2125 Franklin. Makaela Bordieri assisted me in signing my lease and answering all of my questions. She was so beyond helpful and so friendly. She made the signing process so easy and enjoyable.

I recently inquired about this property and I believe I spoke to Addie. She was very engaged and walked me through all the floorplans. This property seems like they have a lot to offer and excellent staff!

I lived at the 2125 last school year and it has by far been my best living experience in college. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and the amenities are well kept . The staff at the front was always super helpful, especially Miles Gilmore.

A very nice building with great amenities and staff. Recently due to the virus I experienced some issues with paying my lease and needed to ask the staff for some assistance. They were extremely helpful throughout that whole process, and I was able to get through this difficult time thanks to their genuine care and understanding of my situation. For anyone looking for a place to live near UO, 2125 easily covers everything you may need and then some.

I have loved living here so far! i love being able to be in a complex where there is so many college students so if you know any one in your class that also lives in your apartment complex its really nice to be able do assignments together. i also love all the amenities available to us! one thing i really liked when i moved in was being able to move in a place that’s fully furnished with nice appliances and furniture. another thing i really like is having a maintenance staff that will help fix whatever needs fixing. definitely don’t have any complaints about living here, and the staff is very friendly and really care about their residents!

Went in to look at potential housing. My friends live at 2125 Franklin and love it so I thought I’d check it out. Especially with the various amenities available. I talked to one of the leasing managers, Zane, and he was super helpful and accommodating.

My daughter lived at 2125 her sophomore and junior years at UO. The staff was informative, kind, knowledgeable, and personable. Katie, I think was her name, was fantastic at answering my questions and keeping me up to date on my daughters lease. I always had comfort knowing the staff had my daughters safety and comfort first and foremost. Highly recommend this property over any of the others.

Horrible apartment complex. Staff only cares about you when they need something, they take forever to contact you when you need something/help. They promote a safe, secure building and complex yet my car has been broken into TWICE on their property. I pay extra money to have my car in a secure place, but it isnt safe, or secure. Not impressed with staff or property at all.

My car got broken into on the street even though I wasn’t a resident, Addie in the office was super helpful and helped me sort through it.

I love living here! The rooms are spacious and clean and most come with private bathrooms. There are a lot of amenities that I enjoy, such as free printing, having a washing machine and a dryer in my apartment, as well as a pool, hot tub, and outdoor grills. Compared to what I had when I lived on the University of Oregon campus, 2125 Franklin is a huge step up. Its also cheaper to live here then it was to live on campus which is a big plus. Definitely a place to look into if you want to live off campus.

This is one of the best off campus student housing options Eugene has to offer. The amenities are great, rent is affordable, the staff has been friendly and its nice having a great maintenance team around to repair anything that may need to be.

The PERFECT location for student housing. The bus stop is steps from the building, which allows for me to get to campus within 3 minutes!!!

This is my first year living at 2125 Franklin and I really love it! I was new to Eugene this past fall and didn’t really know what to expect. Franklin exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms are really nice, and I love having my own bathroom. It’s also super great having such a large kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space. The units also all come with their own washer and dryer which is so nice! Additionally, the building itself feels really safe and it’s also quiet here which is nice for studying. Another great plus is that not only is it cheaper than living in the dorms, but you also get more living space. I highly recommend living in 2125 Franklin.

I highly recommend 2125. My daughter lived here for 2 years and I always had comfort knowing she was in a clean and safe environment while being far from home. Also have to admit I was always a bit jealous with the beautiful accommodations, view and amenities. I would visit as often as I could.

Franklin 2125 is a good place to live during the school year. The apartment and bedrooms are very well decorated and functional. For the price and the location it is a great place to live and the staff are pretty accommodating as well. Majority of the time it is clean and the apartment issues are usually fixed in a short span of time.

Well being a far more qualified greater European I have to agree with dozens of the reviews left here after just trying to complete the simple basics with these now adays very poorly educated usa students left running this place that I talked to there who appeared extremly unsure and unknowledable of there position here and how to get completed what needed to be completed And they put me in hold to ask someone who should know both times and they didnt at all and they just dont understand as well that Im my own guarantor at 30 years old now and they still couldnt complete basic with me to do proper business to make them any money that they arent getting new adays.

2125 Franklin is great although quite expensive depending on ones budget. Great location, easy commute to school, and close to shops. It is a great place to live! Love the gym and social lounge! Staff also great.

2125 Franklin is a great place to live and is in the perfect location. If you go to the University of Oregon or Lane CC it is a great environment to learn and close to all your needs. The amenities are awesome (pool, hot tub, weight room, cardio room, study rooms, common area, etc.)

Living here has been awesome. I like having my own room and bathroom. Its convenient having everything furnished for no extra charge. Staff has always helped if I had a problem. Its pretty much the same price as everywhere else and its new.

Dark unit and on the ground floor. Not worth the cost. You can find better, cheaper, sunnier units elsewhere.
