I have used them several times on all of the vehicles I have owned: cars, trucks and jeeps. I have dogs that go everywhere with us and the vehicles can get gross after a while. Any time I’ve take a vehicle to them it came back amazing. Clean, smelled new, looked new. I cannot say enough good things and I’ll always use them and you should too!

They wash your vehicle by hand and do a great job with excellent customer service.

Good job as it was the last time. My truck feels & smells like new again. Now I might keep it longer. :) A good place to go. No waiting and they show their appreciation with a follow up call.

I took my brand new vehicle in for a hand wash as it was conveniently located near my place of work. I left the car there and picked it up before I was off work. Upon inspection of the vehicle I notice deep scratch Marks and webbing all over my entire vehicle. Enraged at the work that was done I contacted the owner who said he would fix the mistakes made, the next day I dropped the car off to be fixedthey offered a free wax and buff, for a brief moment the car looked ok there were still deep scratch Marks throughout the entire paint job. Fast forward to 2 months later all the wax washed off and the car was back to being extremely scratched. I paid over 300 dollars to have a different shop buff and wax the vehicle back to new. I will never use this place again.The worst part is the owner tried to offer a hug after his horrible bussines and demanded I take my review down. Save yourself the money and the heartache and wash your car yourself. I will not RECCOMEND this place to anyone especially if you have a new car.

When I dropped my car off the women who greeted me and took my keys was not wearing a mask, she came within three feet of me. When I picked my car up the man who greeted me was not wearing a mask. He came very close to me to explain they are off schedule because of a morning safety meeting. Apparently they forgot OSHA requires masks be worn both inside and outside when around other people. The lack of care for customers health is disappointing.

These guys are awesome!! I highly recommend this company for their work, but also customer service. I think customer service is just as important as doing great work and they offer both. They did a fantastic job on my car today and I would trust them with any of my vehicles. I think anyone would be thrilled with their work. I dropped off my car the night before thinking that might make for a quicker turnaround but found that was definitely not the case. Got a call from Executive Auto Detailing around 3 to make sure I would be there to pick up my car just after 5. I was there a little early and went in to pay, only to be informed that it would be 20 to 30 minutes because another customer had come in with an emergency. (A carton of milk had spilled) I looked in the first bay and my car had 5 or 6 people working on it. This was after five pm and they had had the car all day. Clearly they had just started cleaning it. When I went to pay the cashier tried to charge me for an SUV. I had called beforehand to ask if my Outback was a car or SUV. They assured me it was a car. When we finally got the car about 5:45 I was disappointed to find the car really wasnt very clean... There was still some gooey stuff down in one of the door pockets and there was sand on the carpet in the rear floors. It was clean but definitely no t detailed. When we got home my girlfriend tried to open the rear hatch but couldnt. I thought at first it was broken but after many attempts I got it open by prying with my fingers. In their haste they had not dried the cleaning products off the gasket so it was stuck shut.

VERY happy, I have an older Ford pickup that gets used as a daily driver and a farm truck. These great folks picked her up and brought her back and she looks brand new!! I will be going back for a more extensive cleaning. I am very impressed with their personal approach to customer service!

Executive Auto Detailing (now on Airport Rd) has done my wifes car twice now. Each time picking it up and dropping it off where requested. It is so convenient to have that option since we work all day. Ashley is a big help. She wants to make sure your major concerns are addressed and work to do so within the packages they offer and the budget you have available. Very friendly and they go the extra mile with a little treat bag :)

Wow!!! My Toyota RAV4 looks so amazing I cant stop looking at it! Executive washed & waxed it so it shines better than brand new. They also restored my headlights back to of the clarity of new (sandblasted & clear coat).We were so impressed that we returned 2 days later to steam clean under the hood...squeeky clean! They have always go above and beyond in customer service, professionalism and an end product that is second to none. We will be customers for life!!!

My mom gifted me an exterior and interior car detailing here for my 2006 Santa Fe. My car looks great both inside and out! They managed to remove the discoloring on the headlights, which I had tried multiple times before to get off.

I was so happy that I finally found a place that could vacuum out my car. I visited in the late afternoon just before closing. They hurried to get my car washed and vacuumed, which I appreciated at the time. I went straight to work from there. The following morning i started seeing places where the car hadnt been cleaned or vacuumed. The cargo area was still covered in dog hair and not even wiped out. When I called to tell them they forgot a few things, I was told that the cargo area is not included in the cleaning. Excuse me, why did I pay extra for an SUV if youre not going to clean it! This place lost my business and all the extra business I would have brought them. Extremely disappointed. 😞

Apparently when the services say includes hand wash, hand dry, wheels, tires, windows, vacuum, and door jams they only mean the front half of the car interior. Furthermore, when the techs cleaned the hatch door jams they left mud and dirt all over the backseat. When I pointed it out they told me that they dont clean the back of the car. I had to pay extra to get dirt they had put there cleaned out. And one last thing, Id skip paying for the hand dry part; they left black fibers and fuzz all over the exterior.I wont be returning or referring. Im supremely disappointed at the service, the techs, and the job they tried to do.EDIT: They did contact and try to make things right. They apologized and told me that they will be changing the wording in their menus so that paying customers will know that cleaning the car does not mean cleaning anything behind the front seats. Id rather they just clean the whole darn thing -- thats *why* Im paying for your service.They also mentioned that there was a conversation with their techs to make sure they clean up any mess they leave behind. At a car cleaning company, Id prefer the techs to know this before theres an online complaint.All in all, they apologized and tried to make things better, which I am grateful for the attempt. I still wont be returning. Heres an improved rating for improved customer service. Apparently you only get decent service if you complain.

First time I had my car detailed. Actually this service was a gift for my partners car. I dropped the car off before work, took the bus (there is a stop conveniently across the street) and picked up the car on my way home. I went with the interior and exterior package. The staff did a wonderful job. They cleaned all the hard to reach areas including the seal around the trunk lid, shampooed the interior and waxed the outside. I would recommend their service!

Took in our 2011 Jetta with heavy oxidation on roof/trunk an they cleaned it up well past expectations along with touching up paint in few spots without any hassle. Thanks guys you’ll be seeing our vehicles again. 👍🏼

Executive Auto detail does my vehicle as well as 2 co-workers and the job they do is always amazing. They will pick up your vehicle from work and drop it back off when theyre done. It is so nice to come to work with a dirty vehicle and leave with a beautiful clean rig!

Edit: I brought a Prius in. Had to bring it in a few times. The Prius was not dried properly and ended up molding. Go somewhere else.

Went the extra mile to get my truck clean. Price was very competitive.
