Amazing eye for detail. I purchased my truck from a guy that lived 6 miles off the highway on a gravel road. There was dirt and dust absolutely everywhere. When they were finished it looked like it came off the showroom floor!

Just had a second vehicle detailed here. Not cheap but the value is in their work which in both cars was excellent. They aren’t afraid to put a little work into cleaning and polishing.We had an older Prius that we were gifting and they took apart the console to get all the goo out. Impressive! The second vehicle they steam cleaned the engine compartment and it looked like new.Tanner runs the show and he’s good at communicating costs and listening to concerns. One more car to go and we are taking it to Oregon Detail Co

Tanner and his crew did a fantastic job with our newly acquired PT Cruiser. The prior owner of the car loaned it to someone who totally trashed the interior: lots of dog hair (and doggie smell) embedded in the carpet - front to rear, very strong tobacco scent, cigarette ash everywhere, dog prints and dirt covering the seats, mildew in the carpet. It was really a disaster. We stopped to see Tanner on a Wednesday. He gave us a quote of $225 for a thorough deep interior cleaning, and scheduled us for the following Monday. We just picked-up our car and, wow, what a difference! Its like a new car - all the windows, door jams, carpeting, dashboard, seats, the areas between and beneath the seats ... just exquisite, and no more doggie or cigarette aroma! Oregon Detail Co. is a great detail shop In Eugene Oregon. I live in Salem and travel down to Eugene to get my car detailed. The owner Tanner has done my TRD Camry and my TRD Off Road Rav4 for a wash and paint correct. The company is fast and pays attention to detail when washing your car which I like.If the company was in Salem I would be there monthly getting a wash or two. Check them out and trust me the owner Tanner is a cool dude.Thanks guys and I appreciate the hard work! I will need to come back down soon to get the TRD Rav4 washed up thanks to Oregon’s wild fires leaving lovely ash everywhere!

My mind was blown away after my car was detailed at Oregon Detail Co. I have two larger dogs and I was sure it was impossible to have all the dog hair removed. Oregon Detail Company is first rate. The owner Tanner picked up my car at my house and dropped it off. I got the 4-hour complete interior detail, and my car looks like new (which is not easy considering I have a dog and a horse and it was filthy.) I had my interior detailed. I have leather seat covers and instead of taking the seat covers off and cleaning the seats, they just pulled them up and vacuumed around them. When I got the car back the seat covers were not reinstalled properly so I said I would just finish it myself. When I moved the back seat forward to reattach the seat covers there was hair and sand all over the back that was missed. When I moved adjusted the seat covers sand came out from all around the seatbelt holes. The car looked nice if you just got in and didnt pay attention, but as soon as you adjust the seats, there is dirty areas that were completely missed.They did pick up and deliver the car for free, and the guy that I worked with was professional. I wouldnt take my car back here though.

2 years ago I put a white acrylic paint in the trunk of my car and without knowing the container had broken and gotten the paint all over my carpet. I called the owner of The Oregon Detail Company and he got every last bit of the paint out of the carpet of my trunk in less than an hour! I was shocked by how clean my carpet was. Tanner and his crew did a great job detailing my Lexus GX470! Very professional and fast. The finished exterior was beautiful. Its embarrassing that I didnt realize how dirty my windows were until they werent anymore. They didnt miss a thing. Also, I spend a lot of time in my car and Im really hard on my interior (muddy shoes, dog co-pilot, eating on the run and maybe a little sloppy with the Dutch Bros sometimes) but they managed to fix it all. I handed them a challenge and am so impressed with the results. I will definitely be using them for all my future detailing.

Good customer service. But I was disappointed to open my visor mirror and see it still coated in dust and other substances, untouched. In addition, the windows were all quite streaky inside and out, and there was still dust in the vents and animal hair here and there. I had just purchased this car second hand, and was excited for the TLC. I knew it couldnt be made perfect, I just wanted cleanliness. I noted ahead of time the need for the visors to be cleaned up, but alas, they were overlooked entirely. Pretty disappointing and wont be returning. Maybe my idea of detail cleaning is more extreme than average?
