If I could give them 0 stars I wouldI inherited a car that had some dirty/moldy seats that I could not get clean myself. I was gifted a $250 gift certificate to N Touch to get this and more done. The person on the phone told me that it would cost $200 to get my seats cleaned. I thought that was pretty expensive but figured that is the cost to do the enzyme treatment. Then I go on the website and see that they will detail an entire large car for $260 which includes shampooing!!! And enzyme treatments only cost $50 I am not sure why he charged me $200 for just shampooing my seats but they didnt even make them PRISTINE! (See photos of poor quality work)I lifted the head rests and they didnt bother to clean under them. Then I lift up the seats and they couldnt even be bothered to remove a leaf from under the seat? Nor did they clean the seat belt that had mold on it.Since I had $50 left on my GC I asked what else they could do and he mentioned a hand car wash. A$50 CAR WASH SHOULD MEAN THAT ITS PERFECTION. The roof is extremely dirty and it has water spots all over my car plus streaks going down the front and back window! So they didnt take the time to hand dry it either for $50. I cannot fathom why a $50 car wash did not mean that they got every DETAIL and cleaned every speck of dirt that I cannot clean myself. I mean that is why its called DETAILING is because you do all the cleaning and detailing that I cannot do because you are a business that specializes in DETAILING. I called to ask what my $250 paid for exactly and he told me that my expectations were too high and that if I wanted these things (the roof of my car and all the mold) actually detailed and cleaned that I would have had to SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR them....what????!!!!! I thought I asked for them when I PAID you $250??!??!?!!If you want a custom job done besides what they offer on your website I would go to Emerald Valley in Springfield. My family goes there and gets amazing service for waaaaaayyyyyyyy cheaper.

I cant say enough about JD and his crew. This is the second time Ive used JD and I was impressed the first time and blown away the second time. My 2015 F350 looks brand new. It was a total mess after being on the road for 4 years in a dirty filthy environment. They did and incredible incredible job. I highly recommend N Touch Detailing.

They made my truck look brand new. I had severe scratches from brush that I couldnt buff out and they removed every single scratch. Weeks later and it still looks perfect.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So, JD runs a tight, hustling crew. I got the Premium Interior, which was $230 for my medium-sized vehicle. Plus $50 for mold & enzyme treatment.Spotless and completed within the time window, even though my vehicle was extra dirty.Apparently I scheduled for Tuesday AM but I came in Monday morning thinking it was my day and he took it in stride and said he could squeeze me in. He didnt even bat an eye when I asked him if I could tack on the mold & enzyme treatment! The flexibility was appreciated.My seats and trunk were pretty gnarly so when he told afterwards that my car had needed a little extra love, I said yeah, it was that front passenger seat with the food stains, right? And he said actually, we were pulling up brown from the backseat so we made an entire second pass to make sure the water was coming up clean.So, not cheap, but still a solid value. Happy to support him again.

We bought our new black cadilac! There was no one i trusted more than N Touch to handle this ! It was amazing!

They applied Opticoat Pro Plus to my XC90 and the result was amazing. JD is a tremendously friendly and professional guy and they delivered well against my expectations.Also, despite the fact that theyre really busy with high end detailing work, theyre always nice and flexible when you need to wash your car (excellent car wash by the way).

Car wasnt finished as to what we talked about. Then they acted like we never even talked about cleaning the headliner. The man flat out said. We would never let a car go out this dirty. I pick it up and it was so poorly cleaned the entire crew then jumped in the car and did this rush scrub and vacuum job. The doorsils were not wiped down. The doors were not vacuumed out and I had to go to a car wash to do so. It was clear the price was going to go up if I complained as it was already 125 to wash and poorly vacuum it out. Oh and the dash also was not cleaned.Will never use their service again.Update: They tried to call me about the review. Based on all the excuses and poor work that took almost a hours. I rejected their offer to talk further. It should not take a bad review to get good customer service.

I had my 2006 Toyota 4Runner detailed at N Touch Detailing and they did an amazing job. My vehicle looks amazing inside and out. I am very pleased with the work done by these guys and I highly recommend them. They are very friendly and professional!

I chose this shop due to many positive reviews, and I’d like to mention Rudy did a great job making me a satisfied customer. When I first came in for quote he was very friendly and upbeat, and he was the one who actually detailed my car. I picked it up at it looked great! I drove it short distance home and next day had a funky smell inside of car. I called on a Sunday and promptly Monday morning he called and said bring it on down and we will get it fixed for you! He was so gracious to shampoo interior again, and overall was just a really nice guy to do business with. After that, the funky smell was gone, and I was extremely happy with car and customer service. I will definitely be a return customer! Thank you!

$1,695 is the amount of money I wasted on a coating of OptiCoat Pro that was allegedly applied by an “authorized installer” to my brand new car. The product failed to perform, both on interior leather surfaces and on the exterior painted surfaces and glass. Repeated trips to NTouch never seemed to solve the problem. After much salesmanship by JD, I finally realized that his promises were empty, and that for whatever the reason may be, I was not receiving what was advertised. I cut my losses and, luckily found and moved my business to a better shop. I cannot recommend NTouch.

JD and the folks at N Touch are amazing.I bought a 15 year old used vehicle that had definitely been through some abuse, and the dealership didnt detail it for me when I bought it. I was convinced that I was going to need to reupholster.I had some great experiences with N Touch in the past, so I decided to hit them up before committing to new upholstery. I went with their Back to New package, and I can honestly say that its aptly name. Im legitimately blown away at how clean they got my truck.I added the optional engine bay cleaning and debaging service, and I ended up paying about the same for the whole deal as some places would have charged for bare minimum basic services.Also, the shop is small enough that you get personal service from the owner, but large enough that they have the resources available to clean the s*** out of cars.I cant recommend them enough.(I posted before and after pictures.)- Sean

I bought a car from a private seller that was covered in mold throughout the inside. So covered that my husband had a difficult time breathing when we drove it even for a minute.We brought it in to N Touch and have been completely amazed. The car seriously looks and smells completely clean. Our project took a few days for them to do, only because I know they had to do multiple overnight treatments to get it right, and they totally did! I am so happy with how it turned out and Ill definitely be back.

We have two company vehicles that employees use to transport clients. They were in need of a thorough cleaning. So, after reading the reviews about N Touch Detailing, I decided to try them. They did an excellent job with our vehicles. Their prices were reasonable and I appreciated that they offered detailing options. The detailing staff does exceptional work and the owner, JayDee, was a pleasure to do business with. And there were two office dogs to boot! I highly recommend N Touch.

Great place to get work done! JD was easy to work with and helped me pick the right product for my rig. I had the Opti-coat ceramic coating applied to my new 4runner. It has worked amazingly so far. I priced around town and found N Touch had the best price for a premium product.

We brought our 2015 Subaru Legacy in to JD to clean the spots off the notoriously stain-prone upholstery and do a thorough inside and outside detail. It was expensive, but they did a great job. The car looked almost new - they even got the little bugs out of the back deck brake light enclosure. Great job, guys!

I checked out several auto detailing businesses online and decided to go and speak with the guys at N-Touch. I met with Rudy who was very friendly, enthusiastic and assured me my concerns would be addressed. I have a new black vehicle and even though its new it had a fair amount of waterspotting and could benefit from a good wax job. Usually I detail my own vehicles but because of the waterspotting I decided a professional approach would be best. I was not wrong. I dropped the vehicle off at 9 and shortly after 2, I got the call to come pick it up. Wow! Waterspots are gone. Shine is amazing. Exactly what I hoped for and expected. This is the first time Ive had a vehicle professionally detailed and Im glad I did. Well worth the cost, which I thought was reasonable.

Just had my wifes 2001 Camaro detailed. Looks like new again. We could not be more happy. I would not take a vehicle any where else. Friendly, and attention to every detail.

Spent $210 on a full service detailing - picked up the car next day and my airbag light was on and cruise control stopped working. I called to tell them they had disturbed a cable/fuse/connection during the cleaning and asked if they would go over the car to fix the problem they caused. They told me its not our problem. After hours spent trying to track down the problem myself, I am now paying another $200+ in diagnostic work at the dealership due to their bad service. NEVER going there again. Never ever had problems with my car before it spent a day at their shop.

Is recommended n touch detailing by my boat mechanic in Springfield Oregon. Call made an appointment to have a 2001 Mastercraft X star fully detailed. Was told $650. Now I know it was over the phone so he got to actually look at it before he can give me a really good quote I understood that at. He called me and told me it would be 700. No biggie. My mechanic dropped off the boat and picked up the boat for me. InTouch call me for payment of $700. Which I gladly paid. Upon picking up the boat there was a compound on my trailer on the spare tire cover the windshield wasnt completely clean compound and all the cracks. As the out-of-town customer expect the boat to be completely done without having me to take the boat back. It was either completely overlooked. Or they knew I wouldnt be taking the boat back because Im an out-of-town customer and dont have time to drop the boat off for a day to have it finished.Update. The job wasnt completed. The other shops didnt create compound issue. You did. I didnt ask for a cheap detail . You told me a price and I paid it. I expect it to be done right. The first time.

Nothing short of fantastic. I got the Opti-Coat Pro finish and it is dazzling. The folks at N Touch do extremely fine work. Their attention to detail is first rate. I could try to find more superlatives, but you get the idea. In addition to the work they do, I like their professionalism, manners, good spirit, and sense of pride in what they do. They are 100% into it. I now have trusted them with two vehicles (the other had CQuartz applied last year and it is holding up like new). I went for Opti-Coat this time, and its even more sleek and deep than I could have asked for. Thanks JD, Jesse and everyone. You guys are the best!UPDATE: I am updating this review because after nearly four years (a bit longer than they suggested the Opti-Coat would last) the ceramic coating was no longer shedding water well, so yesterday it was given another application of Opti-Coat. Amazing. The finish is again just as fresh as new, with deep clarity and no visible scratches or blemishes. No exaggeration: this stuff works, and their attention to detail and the uniform sheen they produce is just fantastic. JD, the owner, is very trustworthy and straightforward, naturally friendly and relaxed, and he runs a great shop which reflects those qualities. That sort of care and professionalism is hard to find. NTouch is very highly recommended.
