I have seen a “still seeking an employee” post at least 3 times on Facebook from Kieth, the owner, to which I have responded seeking work. This time I had finally reached out because he had ignored all of my other comments and attempts to apply. I was initially referred to him regarding employment, as my friend told me Kieth is known for helping his community and assisting young people with jobs. I thought, how cool, what a good guy to know! Until he responded stating that “I don’t have experience detailing cars.” I can only assume he made that assumption by noticing I’m a woman, because I’m a mechanic and have had multiple detailing jobs, and he is apparently a bigot and sexist. Very rude, inappropriate, disrespectful, and I am certainly not giving him any of my business. I suggest you do the same. Some people are apparently not changing with the times and are not going to ever understand or accept that women have a place in the workforce and a woman has every reason, right, and ability to work to provide for herself and her family just the same as any man does. Or, at least we SHOULD because we are human beings who need to eat and survive and have bills to pay just like anyone else. I am so offended...everyone should know what kind of man Kieth O’Jenkins Jr. is so they know what to expect from him and his business.

This place is the best!! I had put my 4-Runner through some nasty Central Oregon bitter brush and had major clawing down both sides. Before the work even started, staff was able to evaluate if anything could remedy my scratches and provide me with some hope. I opted for the best rub they could give it and Im damn glad I did. The vehicle looks like silver glass and is smooth as silk with no more hillbilly pin-striping. Satisfied 100% For Sure!!

Have had them detail my cars in the past and even had one of my older cars tinted through them.This 5 star review is in reference to getting my most recent car tinted. Their tint quote was cheaper than two other prominent tint companies in the Eugene area so it was a no brained going through them once again. They did an incredible job, tint looks amazing, AND they did a mini detail on my car claiming tint always looks better with a clean car. Speaks to the passion these guys have and the level of customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Outstanding customer service and top quality work. Everything was so easy it was a breath of fresh air. Everything from scheduling the appointment online in minutes, timely service and a brand new looking SUV in the end. Keith and his business partners go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. They even picked up my truck from work to re-shampoo and re-treat the bumpers, no extra charge and even washed it again too! Definitely recommending them to anyone looking for superior car care!

I decided to get this as a gift for my wife. Our family car was a disaster. Driving it with our 2.5 year old there was everything from food stains to sand. Top Class Auto Salon was able to get all the messes out, and they 110% exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend. Absolutely fantastic work !! Twice a year we have our vehicles done and they stay in amazing condition. Our Lexus is black and they always seem to bring it back to a mirror finish. And their ceramic product applied by the owner is outstanding. New and innovative way protect our investments. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Top Class. They got some seriously nasty pet smells out of my car for a really affordable price. They also buffed out some paint from a dent, and made it look as good as it could! The customer service was great, and their shop dog, Buck, was super friendly!

Top Class cleaned my vehicle better than i expected and offered to do a ceramic coating on my windshield to help as i drove back across country. Baby goats had a party on my car scratching the top coat all over a couple years ago. I made an apt with a popular auto body shop on W.11th and was told they would have to remove and replace the entire top coat, costing hundreds and they were so busy they couldnt follow up on insurance and scheduling for weeks. So I made an appointment at another popular auto body shop on Chambers where the guy who looked at my car told me I had to have the entire car REPAINTED and was rude when I mentioned I believed it was just top coat damage. I left almost in tears and on a whim drove to A&M auto...there was a reason why they couldnt do the repair that i cant remember (I had no issue with them and they were nice and helpful) and they mentioned trying a detailer and called Top Class for me. I drove straight there and was treated respectfully and was not only told it only needed buffing of the clear coat but they had just had another car with goat damage. No one else Id taken my car to had ever heard of such a thing....I felt confident they could fix it. And they did! In way less time than an auto body shop and way way less money! Keep up the good work guys!
