I purchased a basic wash and vacuum for a small SUV and they did a fantastic job! They were flexible with scheduling and adapted a bit to help my schedule. The basic vacuum was exceptional and almost looked like a complete detail! All at a price that was very reasonable. I will definitely take our vehicles here in the future!

I had reservations about spending $300 on a presale detail, but when I picked the truck up I lost all of those trepidations. I am so disgusted. First, this place is a little hidden and super sketch. When I walked in the place it was pretty empty and bare. A couple of old stained chairs in the corner. I asked how long they’d been in business and he replied 5 years. I find it extremely strange that your business doesn’t even have a single photo on the wall for being in business for 5 years. I should have gone with my instincts and left but against my better judgement I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt. We asked that someone please drop us off at VRC as the service takes a few hours and they seemed happy to oblige but the car they took us in was absolutely disgusting. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t expect an Escalade but this car was beyond unacceptable. We should have grabbed a taxi.The car was ready sooner than expected and they brought the car to us which was very nice however upon Inspection we noticed that they broke my magnetic phone dash mount and the chandelier I had hanging from my review mirror. We called him immediately and he came and met us to look at what had been done. He assured me he would replace the items and asked me to send him my mailing address so that he could mail me a check to replace the damaged items. I have not received a check.UPDATE!!After we got the car home we noticed that the rear right window tinting had been damaged as well. I’ve attached photos. He took our phone mount (the one he now claims is not broken) so I am unable to post a photo of that.Save time, money and stress and give Executive Auto on River Road a try! They re-detailed my car and did a fantastic job!!!!Update: 12/16/17Still have not received payment for the damage.
