I have been taking my mom to perfect looks for over 13 years now and i would recommend it for the elderly! A tip if your taking your loved one!Tell the person who is doing the perm or serviceIf there is anything you want them to be careful of in regards to hair,needed breaks or ???? If your going to leave please leave your phone number and they will call when they are done!

I called to get my kids in for a hair cut in the morning . Went in 5 mins before the Appointment (evening time) and she said she tried calling me to see if we could push it back 30 mins I didn’t receive a call my phone didn’t ring. She had me come back 30 mins later to tell me she can’t cut their hair today! I don’t see why this place is still open. Save your time and money find a better place!

I love this salon! The manger had gone above and beyond to make it a safe place by following and going beyond the guide lines that are required to be open,. You are awesome! I love my cut color and highlights thank you thank you thank

This was my first time trying the Perfect Look Salon. I was a little apprehensive, because I had not have, great experiences before at super cuts. I took my son and spoke with the manager Laurene. She was able to establish the look I wanted for him. She was great, and I was very pleased. Will be a returning customer. The prices, are very reasonable.. Thanks again Laurene !!

The salon is always kept so clean and everyone is nice and accommodating. I recommend for the professionalism and good atmosphere.

Very clean, well kept salon. I didnt make an appointment, and probably waited about1/2 an hour. The stylists were very friendly and helpful. Being new to the area, finding this salon so close my house was fortuitous, and better yet, not much more costwise to what I paid at my previous salon. I was nervous because its always a roll of the dice to try a new stylist after having gone to my past stylist for 5+ years. I brought in pictures showing what I wanted, and she did an awesome job. I will most definitely go back. Ive found a place and a stylist i can trust to give me exactly what I asked for.

Me and my two sisters all went to get our hair cut and when putting our hair in front of out shoulders. Where it naturally lays. We discovered none of the lengths were even. My left side was almost a whole inch longer than the right side. My sisters bangs were crooked and one of us went through a 2 hour dieing process and it looked the same as it did when we went in just slightly lighter neer the root but not much.

Good if you tell them how you like your hair. Sometimes you may wait 20 minutes.

Laurene is awesome at cutting my little boys hair who had alot of calics and all different ways of hair growth. She has a friendly personality and makes you feel so comfortable

They did a great job on my sons hair but pricing was different when it was time to pay compared to what I was told on the phone when I called.

I came in to get my hair dyed brown and came out with black hair and black hair dye covering my head I am very dissatisfied with the hair dresser Alfie and the way she reacted when I had confronted her about her horrible dye job it washwas unprofessional of her

This place is amazing! I had a terrible experience at the one in Medford, I explained my fears to Starla. She was incredibly sweet, walked me through the process and helped color my damaged hair to an ombré. I was scared the color would be orange but Starla reassured me and I walked out with a beautiful blonde even after I box dyed my hair! Thank you Starla, you are amazing I will be a regular for sure!

I asked for an A line and got a pixie. The more I look at it the more angry I get..It is not even even on both sides.. I had to go ahead and give myself bangs because who has no bangs with hair this short on the sides.
