Sierra Barbershop is a quality establishment that gives the best haircuts I have ever received. I have been to many barbershops around the country and Sierra stands above the rest. This review is mostly a constructive criticism. I went in to this Barber Shop because I like supporting local small businesses. And unfortunately the experience was not great, not even average. The barber had a friendly and welcoming energy, although he did not have passion for what he was doing. He offered me no options nor gave me any suggestions, he didnt show much cleanliness in the process of cutting my hair. He also did not show any experience in how to properly do my beard as he used hair gel to shave my beard (Ive been going to barbers for over 8 years and I have never seen such a bad job and poor execution), which I had to re-do when I got home so I wasted that extra fee I paid. I ended up going to another barber the next day to fix the mess.My recommendation is: Try to build passion for what you do, do extensive research on how to properly become a successful and experienced barber. Use better techniques to be more clean. And final Dont charge such high prices if your level of quality is bellow average. Increase prices as your experience and quality speaks for itself. Will come back in the future if there is improvements.

Im originally from Chicago so finding a good barber isnt that hard.. After living in Colorado for 3 years this place is by far my best experience Ive had. The owner whos name slipped my mind (sorry) was great as well as the 2 employees that were there. My 3 year old son wasnt in a mood for his cut but these guys bent over backwards to make him feel at home. They offered candy and a toy and my son was amazed. Being Hispanic myself these guys made me feel like I was back at home in Chicago. A huge shout out to the owner, Bernard and Tony. Top notch guys with attitudes that will take them far. Today was the first time I’ve been to this establishment although researching it it’s only been open for about two months the technician is obviously been around for quite some time his skills were very good I actually called my son over here to get a haircut when I was here if they were the option to give it more than five stars I would do yourself a favor and come over here the staff is friendly and the technicians go out of the way to make sure you are completely satisfied
