I asked for this hair color but she gave me light roots and left rest of hair black. I look like a old lady while I’m 28. I’m so embarrassed I couldn’t even explain my concern and left.i was about to cry when my husband saw me. Money wasted and very disappointed with the output. I feel like I can’t face anyone until i fix my hair. I look like a Disaster. I would never recommend this place to anyone. She didn’t even wash the color properly and after i came home and showed there was still so much color coming out of my hair. There is color all over my neck and forehead.

Constance is such an awesome person.i recently took my nephew in for a haircut. She immediately struck up conversation with him and make him feel at ease. We both received excellent haicuts and will return.

I had a terrible experience at another salon which resulted in me not getting a haircut in over a year. I was embarrassed by my split ends and nervous to come in, but Jeff instantly made me feel welcome. He walked me through each step to make sure I was going to walk out happy with my new look. He was wonderful and very encouraging. I love my haircut and am so glad I came to this location. They are also taking Covid precautions very seriously. The salon was super clean and appointment only. I felt very safe. Thank you, Jeff, for everything! You’re great at what you do.

After waiting almost 6 months to get a haircut, I came here and it was amazing! I never go anywhere to get my hair done, so this was only my second time, and they were great at suggesting ideas and very shy-friendly.

They cut hair good but the prices are too high they need to charge for the hair cut not by how long your hair is and they dont have coupons for a hair cut and I dont got there anymore because they charge too much

I get my sons haircuts from here. The hairdressers are always so kind and communicative with him. He feels confident enough to ask for a lollipop if he doesnt see one. Super nice people.

Jeff is an amazing stylist. I always leave the salon happy with his work. I have followed him to 3 different stores now. This location is clean & in a convenient location. They follow all covid guidelines. I felt safe getting my haircut here. I would definitely recommend!!!

I brought my son in for a haircut awhile back. He wanted his long hair trimmed and the stylist asked him why he wanted a girl cut. He was very upset and months later still gets upset when I try to talk to him about his hair.

I just have to speak out about the review left by John Petrillo. I took my father in to get a trim and saw this man. He was the one higher than a kite and falling asleep while getting his hair cut. I even made a comment to my father that the customer was going to end up with an ear lopped off. It was very obvious that he had a personal issue with the stylist and it was all I could do to stay in my seat. I was really surprised that he was not asked to leave the salon. I have been getting my hair cut at Supercuts in various states for over a decade and have always had an excellent cut, I have very curly hair, and the stylists are always nice and professional. The same stylist that this person is speaking of cut my fathers hair and did an excellent job and was great in talking with him and laughing at his silly jokes. I hope that the previous poster is banned from all Supercuts. All of the ladies were sober, professional and created a comfortable atmosphere. No one should have to be slandered by some joker. I looked at his review history and his only other review was a dispensary.

Always a good experience. I take my 7 yr old son here and his haircut is always good. They sanitize everything and check temperatures as well. Thumbs up.

Today I was denied service because I didnt want to give out my phone number. I try not to give my phone number to businesses because I dont like to get hassled with promotional texts. I have been going there for several years and its never been an issue before. I kinda got the impression that the girl just didnt want to work and was glad to have an excuse to turn me away. I guess its time to find someone new.

My boyfriend and I just moved here a few months ago. He has gotten his haircut twice by Tim and loved the cut, customer service, and atmosphere so much that he convinced me to go there too!I went in yesterday to get highlights and the results were phenomenal! Rachel did an exceptional job with blending the colors (I got both dark and light coloring) and she was very pleasant to talk with! I enjoyed her company and her work very much.I would recommend Rachel to anyone who wants their hair cut and colored the right way. She is FABULOUS! 😊 I will definitely be going back.

I was in yesterday with my son, who was getting his hair cut. I figured Id see if they could fit me in and get my roots done since I cant get in last-minute at my high end salon. Vanessa and Sarah fit me in in between all of the guys dropping in for haircuts. Sarah ended up giving me the best haircut, color and partial highlights Ive ever had! She was quick but precise, experienced and professional and she also did a great job on my sons hair. My whole family will definitely be seeing Sarah as much as we can!

I went to go get a haircut today and the lady cutting my hair was higher than a kite on heroin or painkillers.She was so high she was falling asleep cutting my hair. She asked me how I liked it and I told her it looks horrible and its all screwed up. She then tells me it was uneven to start with..WHAT? Thank the Lord I have to wear a hat at my job. I have never seen anybody that high on painkillers before. I have never been so scared to get a haircut after coming to this supercuts. I would never return and in no way would I ever recommend anybody going there.

From one business to another we highly recommend this location. We have many clients and employees who mutually attend this location and all have amazing things to say about their visit. Friendly staff and amazing service. Ashley, Tim, and Vanessa are fantastic and really listen to what youd like.

This location has some of the best Supercuts stylists around. Tim and Vanessa have cut my hair for ears and Im always 100% happy with their work. I will say the wait time is typically awful as they are consistently under-staffed. But good things are worthing waiting for.

Went into Supercuts Saturday. (my birthday is next Saturday)I get my hair cut by a gentleman who didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Long story short I end up going home washing my hair and looking at what he did. My bangs looked like the Rocky Mountains. There was patches of long hair all around my ears and neck. I went into Floyd’s barber shop the morning after and they showed me the back of my head and the stuff I couldn’t see. But I warn you to not go to this Supercuts.

I was really nervous about coming here for my color and cut. But Rachel put all my fears to rest! She was really amazing! A very talented stylist. The atmosphere was enjoyable too and all the rest of the staff made it a really great experience. I love my cut and color and Ill definitely be back!

Went in to get a trim and came out with a hack job!! Vanessa wasnt there and the girl that was said she could help me..WRONG!! I was done in literally 5 mins.. Had to go back and get it fixed and about 2 more inches off. This chick really needs more training. So if do go in to the on Broadway near Sprouts, ask for Vanessa. If shes not there.. RUN!! Please note this rating ONLY reflects this one individual.

Was a vary good experience ... Shop had a couple people before me, but acknowledged me as soon as I walked in, all the stylist was vary nice and peloite.. I could tell they were taking care of the customers they had in the chair by talking to them and keeping them involved with their style, to assure that they were happy with their style....VANESSA is my favorite, Im vary picky with my hair.But she listens to me and how I like my hair..And she is always open to anything I have to say about it...But she does a great job and I never leave unhappy with the way my hair is done.....Its a awesome spot and I recommend going there...

I have never been a person to have a set place to go to get my hair cut until I started coming here. One day almost a year ago I just happened to have Tim cut my hair and even during the hair cut I could already tell how much better of a job he was doing than any of the recent places I had gone to. On top of that the rest of the staff is very friendly when you walk in the door, get you checked in right away or at least talk to you and let you know they will be right with you. Theres been one or two times since then Ive gone elsewhere just because i wasnt able to get in to see Tim and I have regretted it. Now I make sure I get in to see Tim because no place else has been able to compare to the quality of hair cuts or overall friendly environment this place has.

I had been coming here since they opened in 2014. They go trough stylists pretty regularly but I have always gotten the same cut (cut off the dead, layers, and a face frame). Every stylist has their own little touch and I trusted them to do their job. I went in mid December and I got a new person. It was a gentleman and I cant remember his name but he was new the field. Between cut and wash it took over an hour, the longest haircut I have ever had. After getting a haircut many times in my life, I have gotten familiar with the techniques they use. But I had absolutely no idea what he was doing. Even the way he touched my hair felt uncomfortable. He was really nice though and I didnt want to be rude so I just let him do his job. I paid and left but immediately noticed that I still had so many dead ends in the front. I was upset about it but with Christmas coming up I had no time to get it fixed and just wore my hair up for the next few weeks so I wouldnt have to deal with it. Today I went to get it fixed. My front was more than an inch longer than my back, there were no layers, and there really wasnt a face frame either. It has made me scared enough for my hair that I will not be going back to this salon. Hiring someone who is that inexperienced will give any location a bad rep. I dont think this man should be fired by any means, but aware that he is not doing a good job. Maybe get some more training or something.

Went in and said longer in the front i am going bald, Megan hits me with the buzzer twice leaving it as short as the rest, not to mention her being on her phone at the start. Got up and walked next door to get lunch and looked at myself. Wasnt even symmetrical in the front. Asked her to fix it and she went for the back and was going to buzz the back of my head. She didnt understand then refused to make up for the asymmetry. If i could Rate this place lower i would.

What a wonderful and friendly place. Tim and vanesa the manger and rachel are wonderful. I have never had to wait and when you walk through the door you always greeted. I would never go any were else. What wonderful people.

Fast appointment, in and out

I was a regular at this place. But my last visit was a disaster. Hair dresser cutting my hair was interrupted by a lady buying shampoo. When she returned to me she wasnt sure where she left off. She played at finishing my haircut. When I left I went home and finished my own haircut. I have not been back even though I have a card that says next haircut is free.😖

Showed up at 10am and it was closed. No sign or anything saying when it will open. The sign posted said 930am open time and there was a hand written sign saying “closing at 430”. This is the second time that I have been here in three days and it hasn’t been open at the time it said it was.

They give pretty good hair cuts. Some staff is better than others..

They were horrible. My sons hair was so butchered I had to go home and shave it again myself. The lady was more worried about calling him sweet little names and messed up his fade.

Today i got a haircut from Ashley. It is an awesome cut and i left extreamly happy with it. She listend to EXACTLY what i wanted and made adjustments and suggestions untill it was perfect!I have been looking for someone to cut my hair correctly for years. In my search Ive been to high end barber shops (which gave sub-par cuts for the price), low end cutters, friends, students, and even cut it myself when all else failed. I am happy to say that the search is over. Excellent service and attention to detail.

I just came here this morning because they were close to my house and pretty decent reviews. I learned to not ever come back here again. The sign outside said 0 wait time. Was greeted immediately and taken care of in the computer. Told me I was next, when in fact I was not next. 3 people came in after me and were taken care of immeaditly, even though there board had my name and said I was next. After waiting half an hour and 4 people getting there hair cut before me I left. I will not be coming back to a super cuts. The signs are misleading and you will not be treated fairly.

I came in today and had rachel dye my hair she was very nice but my hair color is completely unnoticeable and not what I asked for at all :( I understand if it couldnt be done but I was expecting her to either tell me and not take my more or give me something close to what I asked for.
