Very professional, honest, good mechanics. I will be taking my vehicle there to get my new tires.

Had them repair a blown out tire on my Mercedes.I decided to have all tires replaced.They didn’t mention it.But they were going to need to be changed sometime soon.So I them do all 4.Price was reasonable and the service was fast.So Impressed was I that 2 weeks later I needed a new tire for my boat trailer.I took the rim down to them.Although it was a bit of an oddball size tire.It was ready for me to pick up next day.Again at a reasonable price.They are now my go to for all things tire.

They always take care of me and dont change filters unless needed. They are very fare priced and honest.

Unfortunately I moved out of the area so I no longer have the pleasure of taking my car to this Mr. Tire location. I learned the hard way that not all Mr. Tire’s are created equal, as this location had set my expectations very high. Mark and everyone else there were always friendly and provided great services at great prices. Always received honest advice on repair decisions and a walk through of any repair options before following through. They are fantastic.

We juat moved to the Endicott area and needed a tire repair. We hadnt found a new mechanic yet, so we looked online and found Mr Tire. I made an online appt and arrived on time. As soon as I walked in, I knew it was a mistake. The staff was wearing Kost tire shirts. The manager snapped are you my tire repair I said I was. He asked if I made the appt online, I did. He said Dont EVER do that! I dont take appts for tires (Umm, its in your name buddy?) You just bring it in and Ill get to you when I can. So dont expect that were gonna get right to it, it may be 45 mins to an hour before I loo

My 2004 VW Bug had just come out of storage for the winter and she(Ingrid) needed 4 new tires. I called Mark Pooler and he was very helpful in helping me get the right tires and also scheduled a time to put them on. I picked Ingrid up and was very pleased to have gotten the tires on so especially with the shelter in place, stay home orders. The precautions in place at the North Street shop were very reassuring. So my buddies grandma took her car to the shop to get a new tire and oil change they did it for decent price. But a few days later she was hearing clanging in her engine so I took a look under the hood to to find out they didnt out oil cap back. I took look at the dip stick and it was bone dry. So took the car back and they told me that they had to take oil because it was 3 quartes over. Cant believe the guy said that. Last time I will ever do business with this shop again.

I brought my vehicle here to get an alignment. The guy said I needed new tires and gave me a PR on why it needed new tires blah blah blah! I did it only because I knew I had different tires on my vehicle. After waiting for almost an hour it was done. I got 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. That cost me $600+. I left and came back for an oil change at another daye. They said it would take an hour. I said AN HOUR!? FOR OIL CHANGE!? Drove off and never came back. I dont recommend this place and they seem very sketchy with their staffing. Use caution when coming with valuables. Just saying!😒

As usual the service is very professional yet personal. It doesn’t matter whether you’re dealing with Mark or Dave you always get top notch service. Years ago I took my car in to get brakes put on. I got a call telling me I had another 10 or 15 thousand miles before I needed brakes. I’ve been going there ever since and will continue going there.Great service, great prices and honesty...how can you go wrong?

Very Slow! I was the only car in the shop and it took over an hour for a simple oil change, also rotated my tires without asking which is annoying also,the shop waiting room is very dirty. I wont be back

We went to Monre about 20 miles from this location to get our one busted run flat tire fixed and they said they wouldnt just fix the one and that we would have to change all 4 tires. So we called mr. Tire told them our issue and Dave kept the place open past the closing time to change just our one tire. We greatly appreciate it! Super service.

I stopped at Mr. Tire in Endicott today, and was so happy I did! I needed 4 new tires, and the tires I needed were not a common tire. Mark Pooler called around, and was able to locate a place that had my tire. They delivered them within minutes, and I had my old worn out tires replaced in no time!
