Teeds Auto theyre very helpful anytime you need help with your vehicle you can always ask Rollin if youd help you theyre a really nice bunch of guys that work there Roland and his brother Randy theyre the most helpful guys I know theyve helped me with quite a few of my vehicles Roland didnt work on personal interview the mechanics did but he had advice and stuff like that that he told me when I work out of myself and before I went to his garage I went to the old Endicott Tire before the owner passed and Jed was a really nice guy he owned the old Endicott tire but when he died like I said Ive been with teeds Auto they know their stuff I mean you can bring something and you can ask him about it or have them work on it you going to do it yourself you can ask him about it live with him for a couple days do good at getting stuff done

I have gone to Teeds for anything ranging from basic car maintenance (oil change and NYS inspection) to tire replacement and brake work. Every time I go to Teeds I can trust that I will be given an honest assessment and an extremely fair price. Especially as a young girl, going to the mechanic can sometimes be intimidating, but Teeds is trustworthy and does great work. Wouldnt trust any other auto place with my car!

I have been using this company for my fleet of vehicles and personal vehicles about 4 or 5 years now and spent a real lot of money with them not to mention that atleast twice they quoted me prices and when I went to pick up the vehicle the prices went extremely higher. until last week. roughly 2 years ago they supposedly installed a new fuel pump in my box truck and a power steering unit in my classic car. I take the car to Florida for the winter and leave it, last fall I sent a text to Roland and told him the steering box was leaking and he said to bring the car in well it wasnt that easy as its in Florida. I took the car to him Last week and was told that it needed a new steering box and box truck needs a new fuel pump and they werent going to stand behind their work. I own a small business and if I ever put in new equipment like they did and my customers had a problem I would either repair it for free or work with them on the repair. Needless to say this is a company that only cares about themselves and I will be taking my business elsewhere

These guys are awesome. I purchased a 2011 Jetta from a local Gault dealer and have had nothing but expensive problems with it. I brought it to Volkswagen dealers themselves and couldnt get a straight answer on what was wrong with it. I left my Jetta with Teeds, and they fixed EVERY problem it had. They kept me informed on what was going on, (Crazy considering how busy they are), they listened to my concerns and treated me with absolute respect. After the initial repair, a problem poked its ugly head. One call to Teeds and they had the vehicle towed from my driveway, and fixed the remaining issue at NO cost to me. I FINALLY have been able to enjoy the Jetta, and I couldnt be more happy. Thanks again!!

I got my muffler fixed and rear tires replaced at a very reasonable price. I used to go to Mr. Tire at Vestal (near BU), but I own a very old car and their quote was around $900 (which I thought was a bit expensive). I paid nearly half of it at Teeds.

Roland and his brother are amazing people and amazing mechanics. Took my car to have the Catalytic converters replaced on my truck along with other issues and came back to pick up the car it was all set and the inspection was passed, they took the time to put some miles on the car to clear the code and get it passed. I will not trust anyone other than Roland and his partner with our cars. He knows what he is doing. He is not one of those guys,nor will he allow his shop workers to have you repeatedly return because it was not done right. He is straight up. If it is worth fixing, he will do it with reasonable cost. If its not worth it,he will tell you. Like I said, I will not go to anyone else.

Its a great place to take your vehicles. No matter what the issue is Teeds is there for you. If you are broke down on the road their roll back can pick your vehicle up. They are a honest and trustable place to take your vehicle to. As a woman I often worry about being taken advantage of but not a Teeds. They treat me with a great deal of respect and if I have questions they are more then happy to answer them.

Despite what the other reviewers say, this is the only place I go and I send all of my friends and family there as well. Nice enough people, but they seem to have a major problem with calling me. First they did a 600 dollar repair without my permission or even a warning. Then when i brought it back because it was still acting up they again did not call me before they closed so i could get my car back, which I kind of need. Severely disappointed and angry at this
