Do not bring your car here but if you wanna get rip off take it here I had a p0171 code on my car I took it to mi high tech to get fix they told me it was a manifold intake gaskets problem so they thought it took them 4 day on my car I finally got It back I rode my car for 20 min code pop right back up with the same code p0171 I took it back to the shop now they wanna charge me 300 more to fix my car smh what a rip off

The most over priced shop Ive ever been to. My vehicle needed a coolant line. After not returning any of our calls for 4days they finally called us to say it was done. Never gave us an estimate, marked up all parts 100% and said we owed over $800. A job we had previously been diagnosed and quoted at $400 by another shop. I would never recommend anyone take their business there. And tell a friend.

Brought my car in for an inspection. The gray haired man with an accent told me I couldnt pass for a worn/torn CV boot. I asked to see the NYS inspection regulations and he told me he didnt have time (even though I was the ONLY person there).I left because of how rude he was, he treated me like a woman who didnt know what I was talking about. Turns out, you cant fail NYS inspection for a CV boot, so what he told me was illegal. I just got my axles replaced, and my trusted mechanic brought me over to show me something. The old man POKED A HOLE IN MY CV BOOT and oil was leaking all over. You could obviously tell it wasnt worn/torn when compared to the other axle.Overall, this place is unprofessional and tried to take advantage of me because Im a woman, not knowing that know more about cars than the average Joe. What a joke of a business.

Do yourself a favor, and steer clear of this establishment. I brought my vehicle there multiple times for the same repair, finally after countless encounters it is acceptable, not profession. Oh and did I mention my vehicle sustained damage; I didnt even say anything to them because it would have been one of those, it wasnt us scenarios. A nice scratch about 8 in length. In a nutshell it doesnt matter if you are there to get your oil topped off or a transmission rebuild, your vehicle will be there all day; regardless of if you make an appointment or not. Also Ben; the head mechanic, has a great personality, but has no enthusiasm when it comes to getting your car done right the first time or in a timely manner. Please for the love of god, just dont do it. lol.

I have been coming to this place for years and they are always up front, courteous and will use precision tools to diagnose issues if needed. Fantastic mechanic shop!
