My experience here was mediocre at best. I would not recommend. The staff is fast and skilled at what they do but I didn’t like the moody teen who was their assistant or the fact that I got asked “what do you need” at the front door instead of a greeting. My nails also chipped after 4 days. Next time I’ll go elsewhere because I was just not comfortable here.Also keep in the mind that all the other reviews here are not lying, the owner will not wash her hands after touching someone else’s feet prior to moving on to the next client.

The young gentlemen who did my nails did an excellent job, my nails look amazing:). Also, the foot massage is my favorite part of any pedicure, and he was superb! Friendly owners who like to have a laugh. This is definitely my new spot. Prices are affordable and attractive.

Went here for mani pedi. They put my feet in water & took the polish off....three other ladies walk in & started to get service immediately. I guess Cyndi thinks shes good. Good enough that she was gone have me wait until she did the other 3 ladies manicures. NOT!!! My time is just as valuable as the next person! I got up & walked right out the door. I wont ever come here again or recommend!

Fantastic experience! I got an acrylic set fixed and reshaped and painted with a mood gel color. Also got my eyebrows waxed. These ladys are amazing. Love my nails! You HAVE to go here, its a bit busy! But you have to go. Best place.

Been coming to Cyndis for over 5 yrs because they know nails like no one else. Mani, gel, acrylics, pedis - they are experts at their craft. Trust me, Ive tried other salons even after coming to Cyndis and I always return here. No issues ever.. excellent nail techs here. They have plexiglass at all nail stations in light of Covid and sanitize area/chair between each client. They are Covid compliant. Support your local businesses.

In the middle of a winter storm I was able to get a fill in and pedicure. They are always so nice and accommodating.

Marisa is the best tech ever for nails and is very nice and professional! 5stars!!!

I was hoping this would be a nice place, based on reviews. It was my first time to this nail boutique, I really was not impressed. I am very spoiled when I go to VV nails in Arlington Height. I get a much better experience for the same amount of money. Really the only good thing about my pedicure, is it is a no chip. There was very little use of callus shaver, mainly slapped on alot of liquid callus remover, to soften, then pretty much washed off. No leg massage, no hot wax, hot towels put on legs for 1 minute. The massage chair was uncomfortable. The pedicure water was not hot. I cannot say I will revisit this place, even though so close to where I was staying. The whole next day, my feet were burning from the chemical he applied to soften the calluses. Plus I still had a ton of callus left on bottom of feet. Poor service. $48 I could have saved.

Great staff and service. I work as a mechanic and they were able to even make my hands look presentable. Have visited a few times and always do a great job.

I have gone there several times. The first few times I was very pleased. The last couple times I feel that they have rushed and not done a good job. My nails are uneven and because she was rushed she hurt me with the drill and didnt put all the coats of polish on that have been done previously. It has been less than a week and my no chip is chipping. I feel like they are worried about getting the next client in and not focusing on the one they have in the chair. I gave them a second chance the first time it happened, but it has become a pattern now.....Im not going back..... Its clear to me they are looking for quantiy of clients in a day vs. doing a quality job on their clients!

Really fun atmosphere and they take care to make the nails look really nice and keep them strong. My younger sister likes getting her acrylics done here and shes generally nervous to even have people paint them. They do cute gels too! Very even

Went here for the first time today, & Im impressed! I didnt get the name of the lady that did my nails but she had an accent (Russian maybe) with black hair. She was super!! Plus, $12 for a manicure. I paid $15 at my usual place. Ill be coming back here soon!

The man who did my nails cared about the way I wanted them done and took time to listen to me about the fact that at other salons my no chip nails have come off in a few days.

Work fast and poorly, get nail fungus, do not flatten the shape before applying acrylic, and then three days of nail pain. My opinion is that the fast work shame for the master. Ive recommended this nail place Im not satisfied 0 rating for you.

Omg!!! What a wonderful experience I had today in this establishment. Lupita is wonder, nice and friendly. She took her time to make sure she my pedicure was on point. Cyndi is crazy and I LOVE IT!! Nails look flawless!!!😁😁The location is great and theyre open on Sunday. 😍 Very clean interior...sea salt scrub did wonders on my hands feel like a baby booty lol Per Cyndi!!! The owner needs to get it together! Yelling at your staff in front of clients is rude and unprofessional. The guy nicked the first finger he touched because he was mad at Cyndi! Second you guys can’t do nails at all! All my nails are different sizes and one side of the nail is round the other side is pointy! I told her I’m sorry the glitter doesn’t match the nail color she got mad and told me “ YOu know it’s hard to take it off I have to use the drill” well do it that’s what you’re getting paid for. Lucky I didn’t walk out. I was so embarrassed because I also brought a friend with me it was our first time there and last! On my friends nails they couldn’t even draw a simple diamond! My tips are not capped off andddd my tips look horrible in the sun! After telling me she needs to use a drill to get the glitter off she stilllllll left it on my nail and now u see the glitter under the color! U see the access drip of the top coat to the no chip underneath my nail. Just horrible how did u guys make it to stay open! Very very rude! No tip fo you!

Went for a fill in and Cyndi did a horrible job on my nails and was quite rude. She cut my cuticles with the drill on three fingers and my nails where not even and two were too small for my nail shape. She offered to fix it with more gel but I did not have time and had to get to work. Many people asked for Annie may possibly go back and try her!

Exactly two weeks ago I went to fix my nails for Thanksgiving and the man at the entrance didnt even say hello to me, he just asked what he was going to do to me and as soon as I told him that a xxx client recommended me, I immediately changed my attitude but thats not the worst yesterday I had the nails with the paint a little raised and I picked it up and this is what I have for no chips with a cost of almost $ 40.00
