Fantastic spa. My pedicure was amazing, next time I go I want to get the hot stone treatment. Its clean in there and they have a variety of beverages you can choose from, while youre getting serviced. I look forward to my next visit here. Tran did my pedicure and it was fantastic

I always have a very god experience at Purity Nails. It’s always clean and relaxing. I ride across town just to get my services. They offer water and wine for your relaxation as well.There are 3 or 4 different rooms for pedicures. That helps not being close to others. It’s like being in a room by yourself.

So, I was a little skeptical because everyone does dip powder manicures differently. However, Kathy did an awesome job on my nails today. I will definitely be going back. 🙂

1st experience was wonderful, massage was strong and long, chairs comfortable, kind employees. Only complaint was off brand polish started to crack after a week. 2nd visit was good too but asked for longer massage, got 10 mins total and was charged $20 extra. Price seemed a little excessive since massage is typically included in a pedicure. Learned for the future just to take what is offered or ask price. Also seemed rushed when friends service started before mine and I was done before her.

I absolutely love this Nail Salon. The Salon is very Clean and all of the staff are very friendly and professional. I have been here a few times for pedicures and Dip for my nails. My Dip Nails last 3 weeks and my pedicure still looked good, besides the new growth. My hands are constantly in water and the Dip has held up fine. I even dropped a 25lb weight on my nail and the Dip did not crack. Sandy has done my nails and pedicure each time I go in, she takes her time and does not rush you out. I have referred friends and family to Sandy and no one has been disappointed. We have all found our go to Nail Salon. Thanks for providing exceptional and quality services! See you soon.

They are a great place and accept walk ins. Its a newly opened nail spa, very clean and spacious. It wasn’t crowded at all and the services they provide are good and I didn’t feel I was being rushed . Prices are reasonable too. They also offer waxing services.

I have used this Nail Salon every two weeks since they have opened and they are the best! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.They can do any design you can dream up and many special techniques. The Salon is absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere is very upscale, but the prices are extremely competitive and they always offer cash discounts and continually offer other specials. The Hot Stone Pedicure is to die for! I highly recommend this Nail Salon for all of your Mani & Pedi needs. Best Nail Salon in Ellicott City and surrounding areas!

The lady was polite and service was good too but quality is not good.My pedi chipped after 3 days and my gel Mani started to lift and start to caught my hair.Good management that offered to fix their issue. I may visit them in the future.

They offer a variety of self-care services. Prices are very reasonable. Service was very good, professional, kind! They explained the service we were getting and the price... My daughter and I got manicures and pedicures... my daughter had her eyebrows done as well; We got the Labor Day 20% discount special-saved over $30 on self and daughter. I am very happy that I came here; beautiful, calming, clean environment, new! Nice chair massage with pedicure! My feet feel like they were cared for! They offered bottled water ; My nails look great...high gloss! I definitely would recommend to everybody and I will be returning for future self care. Thank you for good, relaxing self car day!

This place was absolutely amazing! Its a new place so I didnt know what to expect but I was very pleasantly impressed. The shop is very clean and beautiful on the inside. The people are very friendly and worked very hard to ensure that I was satisfied with my results. They listened intently and made sure to ask if they needed any clarification. You can tell they take great pride in their work and the results showed. I was very happy with how well my nails came out. I had gotten my nails done at a different place before and was very unhappy with the results. After coming here I was ecstatic with the work they did. I will most definitely be coming back in the future.

Wanted to love this place! I gave it multiple tries and still.....I usually do not leave reviews, but after my experience here I felt compelled to do so.I love the beautiful white floors and white chairs and overall ambiance. However, in the three times I’ve been serviced here I’ve had to go back for my nail to be repaired. I usually get dip and it lasts about 3-4 weeks when done at my usual salon; I have a simple computer desk job and wear gloves to wash dishes to help maintain it. When I got dip done here, after about a week or so it lifts and eventually breaks off. I go back for a repair...they don’t soak off the whole nail to repair but they try to repair it as though it is acrylic by using the electric file to smooth out where it broke and fill it in. I figured it was a fluke because well I know it happens and I go back for another go but the same thing happens. I go back for a repair, no worries. So, on my third go round I decide to try gel to see if my experience would be different. So much worse!!! Within two days a nail chips. Within a week about four of my nails have chips, two of them half the nail is exposed. Hoping to make it to the salon, but ran out of time and thank goodness because the next day another nail chips! I call to ask about a repair and Tran (the guy and manager) says I can repair them or redo them. At this point I’d like to redo them because everyday something worse happens, they obviously are not holding up. They redo my nails and charge me full price. I ask about a two week guarantee that most salons usually have with gel and he reluctantly offers me 10% ($4) off on services I had to redo after just a weeks time. I was sad and hurt by this; I am continuously paying for lousy work and they take no ownership. Furthermore, they do not honor their appointment times. I’ve had to wait more than 30 minutes on two occasions. It’s hard enough to carve the time out as it is! Plus, who has time to constantly return to the salon to have your nails redone anyhow? I’ve been to other nails salons and have seen them redo nails that did not last, but my many experiences here left me with the impression that this place does not value their customers time nor satisfaction.Per owner response: The initial response went from an apology but was later changed to accusing me of an unfair review (and who knows it may change again lol). No process was explained to me and I did not refuse anything. In fact the “quality procedure” was performed on my most recent visit for the fourth time. Furthermore, no one tried to compensate me in any way unless they are referring to the 10% discount which I mentioned above. I was not happy when I left, and although I was not an irate customer, I did explain my dissatisfaction but they only seemed to care about their money. So I paid and left. I fully believe that my review is fair, accurate, and honest, however, the response from the owner is unfair. But like I said, they take no ownership for the poor service I received and they continue to live up to that.

Beautiful place, very clean and new. Got the best EVER, much needed pedicure and tried a new type of manicure. Anyone would be impressed at the length they go through to be COVID-19 safety compliant. Purity has the largest selection of nail polishes and colors that I have ever seen. What a treat!

I wasnt planning on stopping in here, and was running errands in the shopping center when I poked my head in. So glad that I did! This place is brand new, and very clean. They have plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure stations. I just got a sugar scrub pedicure, and it was hands-down the best pedicure Ive ever had. Highly recommend, and will be back soon for a dip manicure!

They re so rude I definitely do not recommend. My nail tech that i had said I couldnt sit next to my daughter because she said it was bad for thebaby and I was like oh no Im not pregnant and she said oh ok. Without even apologizing. She also called me Hindu, short, criticized my nails and hands. My daughter had good manicure except they were filing her skin along with the nails. Her nail is now broken due to how rough the women was. She also did not do the design my daughter asked for. Along with that they wouldnt cut her nails down to the length she wanted. They have no manners and they shouldnt be working there.

Went back to have nails redone and treated for infection. Treatment achieved, and compensated to correct the issue. Client serviceability is key!
