Must say that I stopped by here on a whim, and to say that I regret it! The staff is rude, and is impatient, came in for nail fix, kept being pressured for other services to the point of being told that i needed it!! I wasnt trying to be rude and kept refusing to just be in and out. But as I looked around, all the stations were covered in food and drinks. The pedicure area was covered in dirty/used towels from other people on the floor, on the chairs, one tub was full of them. Now on to my nail issue, the correct procedure wasnt done, barely filed the nail, didnt use the dehydrator before putting on the acrylic, the acrylic was very liquidy and lumpy and the nail wasnt even filed in the correct shape of the rest of my nails one side is in a point and the other side is curved, the gel polish was old looking and she had to use multiple layers and just kind of splattered it on and it is Lumpy will not return do not recommend.

This place is great! They have plenty of nail/wax employees and I always go to whoever is available because I have not had a bad experience with any of them! I have been going here for about a year now for pedicures and manicures (gel and dip) and I have never had any problems! I drive 20 mins just to come here even though I could drive 5 mins to some other places. I highly recommend!

Wife was extremely disappointed with the manicure here. They didnt remove the old color well, didnt clean the cuticle either, painted on top of old color and didnt even have hand cream!

Pro Nails gets no ⭐️‘s very insensitive unprofessional not friendly.Ann usually does my full set and pedicure both gel very pricey she told me today when I came in she is too busy and she does not have time for me. I will never go there ever again. Poor customer service she really hurt my feelings.

I have been going to this nail salon for 2 years and I have never been disappointed. My personal nail tech (Miss Ann) is very professional and does great work! The salon is always clean and I have been to several techs and everyone does really good work! I live in Philly now and I still go back to Maryland- once a month to get my nails/pedi done! Just that great 😊

Been going to this salon for years. Friendly staff. I dont go regularly but they remember and greet me by my name every time. I havent had more than a few minutes to wait any time Ive gone.

Did my nails One week ago. On my middle finger I have infection. Had to go to walk in clinic for antibiotics. On two of my left hand my dip in polish( supposed to less at list 3 weeks) polish come off. I did like the foot massage and treatment. But apparently this place is dangerous because I have infected finger.

Would give 6 stars if I could! I bring my family for pedicures regularly and we always leave happy. The nail ladies are thorough and caring - love the callus remover! Even my husband enjoys the trip!

I love it here. They remember your name, take care of you, and if for some reason you are not happy with what has been done, they respond immediately. If you pay in cash, they give you a 5% discount on the price, which is nice. Nancy is the best and we always make our appointments with her.

My mom and I have been coming to Pro Nails for almost 2 years. Weve been very happy with the quality of the nail services and the customer service. My mom uses a walker, they always take extra care with her. The salon has 2 accessible parking spaces right in front, its super convenient

I have been going here for over 3 years. Everyone is very friendly and kind. They do great work. I get a mani/pedi every 2 weeks and with gel nails it takes them about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. It’s a very comfortable and relaxing environment. I highly recommend them.

I showed the guy my design before he even started assuming he could do it. When he finished my gel manicure i was told what i wanted couldnt be done. The One person who could do it was booked not a problem. I couldnt come back because i have a baby at home which i told the owner. I asked for a refund for my manicure and was denied. The owner turned her back on me. Not a good business

I have been here 3 times now and the service is alright, but my gel manicure started peeling 2 days after I got it done. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a long lasting gel manicure. More so, I have had my toes done here twice, and every time it has smudged, even after allowing them to dry for 30 minutes - too many coats!

Unprofessional! My daughter is 10 years old, I took her to pro nails to get her first professional pedicure and manicure. She is very selfconsious about her feet because she has a hammer toe, I explained this to the manicurist before she was seen. The manicurist began speaking in her language and laughing while performing my daughters pedicure, the others began looking over at my daughters feet and laughing also.....what kind of so called adult makes fun of a child for a condition he or she was born with? She also over charged me, she told me for a child a manicure and pedicure would be $25.00, she charged $45.00 because my daughter asked for white dots on one nail... I do not recommend this nail salon, they are horrible untrustworthy thieves.

My manicure looked ok. But they are rude and the lady told me to pay before she polished my nails and she asked me for a tip. Unprofessional on all levels and they discriminate against young black people. I will never return again, this place is disgusting!Oh yeah, they will talk about you in their lanugage.

This place is awful! The lady couldnt even do a decent pedicure. I could have done this myself for free. I basically paid to get my toes polished. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it, needless to say it looked absolutely nothing like the picture. She scrubbed my feet and cut my foot which is very painful btw but theyre still very rough. Ill never go back here again!

Ive been there 3 times, but the the last time I had the worst experience. First of all when you get inside they barely say hi and you have to rush to choose the nail polish color or they get mad at you. Even before started my manicure the technician asked me if I was going to give her a tip $$$!! Even though she did a bad job and cut off too much my cuticles and it was bleeding, I felt like obliged to tell her that Yes I was going to give her a tip! Everything is about money, they dont have any consideration about the client. Luckily I found a better place to go pretty close to them.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My nails started falling off one week ago and my polish was chipped by day 3. Terrible service. never again !!

I went there randomly with my daughter and our first experience was alright. Well, I just had gel nails done (by the owner) on Friday, 7/25/14 and they are already peeling!! I am extremely upset by this (b/c this has NEVER happened before) so I called them up, demanding a full refund and asked them to redo them all over again. We shall see how that goes.Furthermore, I do feel that the majority of them rush to get you in and out and only a couple of the nail technicians truly take their time. The owner was the one who did my nails and I think she completely overcharges her clients!I will be heading back to my original spot, Nail Trix and Spa!!

I would not recommend this place to anybody! I had a gift card that they said expired but it didnt it clearly stated that I had until September of this year. They said they wouldnt honor it because theyre Under New Management! Very unprofessional!

I have been a customer here for at least two years now. Because I struggle with biting my nails, I always get the gel or acrylic nail service. My technician Nikki is wonderful at applying tips and she is always courteous when I ruin my nails as a result of biting. Most times when I return, I am missing at least one nail or I broke a couple and Nikki is always very patient and gentle in removing them. She takes extra steps to protect and strengthen my real nails, knowing they are fragile and damaged. Regardless of what nail service you get, I notice all of the staff massage your hands and arms at the end. Nikki also waxes my eyebrows and she does a great job - always very gentle, never waxes or plucks too much and I always love the shape afterwards. The owner Nene has also done my nails and waxing before and she is also very good. I asked both Nikki and Nene not to use baby oil on my face after eyebrow waxings because it causes my skin to break out. They were both very appreciative of me asking and they always tell me to let them know if there is anything I would like them to do differently for me.The staff is very friendly, always greeting you as soon as you walk in and wishing you a good day when you leave. They strive to provide the best customer service. Nikki and Nene are both so sweet and kind every time I am there. I know this is a lengthy review, but I go to this salon literally every two weeks, sometimes more frequently if I ruin my nails, and they are absolutely wonderful!

Horrible experience i just left and the lady who did my pedicure didnt remove any dead skin off my feet and my Polish is horrible! Never again my feet look the same i just basically paid for 40 dollars for Polish!The worst 1st and last experience ever!!
