Great experience. Super happy to have been able to secure an appointment here. They were fast and easy to work with. They did a good job on my repair and kept me appraised of everything they did, and needed to do, seeking permission to repair it first. Pricing was always discussed openly and timing was made known as well. I knew exactly when my car was going to be ready and a close approximate cost of the repairs. They even had a young man who ran out and retrieved my car for me, pulling it up to where I was waiting.

I drove up on a Saturday morning at an early time to find at least five cars in front me at the express line. I was thinking it would take forever, but these guys had me in and out in an incredibly short amount of time. Fast, friendly and professional service. I highly recommend them.

I am very happy with my experience at Cornerstone Ford today! They were ready for me and got my car in for its 100,000 mile tune-up. They also got a radiator flush done all in only 8 hours. They were very respectful and polite. I was surprised that the price was as low as it was for what they did. From Sales to service to finance everyone I dealt with were knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend my friends to salesman Duane Fletcher to find them their next vehicle. Duane had answers to all of my presale questions and did a great job of explaining and helping set up all of the functions of the vehicle.

I had an issue with a brake light not working on a Dodge Dakota 2006 pick up truck. I was pulled over and told about the problem by a local police officer, who only gave me a warning. The next day I was able to drop the vehicle off at the Chrysler dealership for the repairs. The place told me it would be about a week for the repairs based on their workload. The crew at the dealership fixed the vehicle and the problem in two days. I was so delighted. The dealership provided great service within a reasonable time frame and at a reasonable price. In my opinion, this place deserves six stars, but Google.com only allows for five stars in the reviews.

Terrible experience here. I originally bought my vehicle new from here, and I brought it in to have them look at an issue with my radio/speakers. I scheduled an appointment to drop my car off for the day and they didn’t even look at it the day I dropped it off causing me to figure out transportation for an extra day without my vehicle. They then said there were no issues with the vehicle after checking it. Every time I call they say they will have someone reach out with follow up on fixing the issue and I never get a response. It’s been a nightmare trying to get something figured out with this service team. Based on this experience I definitely won’t be buying another vehicle from them and highly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you need it serviced.

Rather disappointed. After years of good service, I am now awaiting yet another,(3rd)appointment to get a O2 sensor.Supposed to have had 1 ordered in Jan or Feb., never got done. Called for an appointment 2 weeks ago and specifically stated I need an oil change, tire rotation, and a O2 sensor. Got there to day, and no sensor. So yet another drive and, wait, sometime in the future I guess. Well see, but in baseball parlance that is strike 2.

They rope you in when you buy a vehicle nice as apple pie and then never return your calls and if they return your calls its never the sameday. I wanted to trade my edge in for a truck and they called me back 4 days later same as service manager you call at 10am and dont get a call back so you call and she supposedly never picked up your message until you make a complaint. Never again will I shop with them and will not recommend family or friends to go there.

Just walked inside the cornerstone front office and stood around for 5 mins waiting for a sales person to help us.We were approached asking if we had been helped after 2 mins of walking around the showroom floor and then no one ever walked up to help us.Very disappointing that just because me and my wife look young that no one chose to help us. We will never be back to this dealership.

I started by finding a Ford Escape on their own website which was listed at $15650. I live an hour away so I call to confirm the price. I speak to a nice lady who tells me information about the car and confirms the price is 15650.I drive there and test drive the car. Only then do they tell me the actual price is $21,500.Classic bait and switch. Pricing a car accurately is literally one of the only jobs a dealership has. If I wanted to waste a day driving two hours to get screwed, I would go to a Vikings game.

My boyfriend and I were looking for an SUV back in September and a friend of ours recommended Cornerstone. We worked with Nick (he was the only positive out of this whole experience) very friendly, helpful and made sure he could get us what we were looking for. We ended up choosing a 2014 Ford Explorer. We were told it had to go through their inspection process before we could drive it off the lot. No problem! We figured they were checking our vehicle for any issues so they could fix them BEFORE we took it home. After receiving our vehicle two days later due to the inspection process, we noticed that certain features in the car would only occasionally work (ex. cruise control, forward collision warning, blind spot warning, etc.) We were not made aware of these issues before purchasing the car and figured it was something they would have discovered during the inspection and either informed us that it would need to be fixed or would have diagnosed and fixed the issue during their inspection. We alerted Nick about our issues and he was very attentive to our concerns, but said if it continued to bring it back and have it checked out. All of those features continued to only occasionally work, so when we went back to get an updated 21 day paper plate for the car we were told just to keep an eye on it. Nothing was done. No one recommended anything. So during this inspection they not only did not check the electrical, but they did not check the oil, brake pads, or even rotate the tires according to our mechanic who takes care of our normal vehicle maintenance. We are now having to buy new brake pads and new tires after only owning the vehicle for 3 months. Do not waste your time at Cornerstone. They might have some wonderful sales people, but once you buy the car, they could pretty much care less. I will NEVER buy from Cornerstone again.

I purchased a 2019 car recently from them was basically a lemon. Ford did honor warranty to replace entire engine. Service department refused to tell me if a repair was covered until they did the work. I called North County Ford and through some sort of magic, they were able to tell me. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from any Cornerstone. Extremely disappointing experience from a company who says We know that you have high expectations, and as a car dealer we enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding those standards each and every time. WARNING - LONG REVIEW! I do not even know how to begin. We came in and test drove a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon. It was GREAT, BUT...my husband wanted a 2018 and wanted it a little more souped up. So, Kurt Reppin helped us custom build our Jeep and make it the way we wanted and it was so painless and went incredible smooth. We were treated with respect and patience throughout the entire process. Our situation was unique as my husband was leaving the country RIGHT before the Jeep was going to be ready for us to pick up. Kurt did everything he could to make sure the deal we got was the best he could get us. He wasnt going to be there, but arranged for us to sign papers with Jason ahead of time and everything went smoothly. In no way did it ever feel like we were dealing with a car dealership. Once that process was done, I was put in touch with the guy who handles the after market stuff - as we had a LOT we wanted. One word for this experience and Duane in service - WOW!! Wow doesnt even begin to describe Duane. From the minute I connected with him until the day we picked up our vehicle. He knew my husband was leaving town and he so bad wanted the Jeep to be completed before he left, but it didnt happen. The night we went to pick up the Jeep...he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and went and got it out of the service bay to show it to us and what he had done so far - making sure our satisfaction was nothing short of 100%. Then, 3 days later, it was finally time to pick it up! I got to the dealership and as I pulled in, my Jeep rolled by me....I got so excited and they immediately did a U-turn. Said they were just checking the alignment sensors - but Duane was off that day and came in JUST to be able to see my reaction to his hard work. WOW! This Jeep exceeded all of our expectations! Duane has said several times seeing your reaction is the best part of my job...it shows. He was really thorough and detail-oriented. He did an AMAZING job and is absolutely the BEST to work with. Everyone was so helpful and Anthony even would text me to see how things were going. They are always so nice and cheerful and answer any questions I have on things.

Very friendly staff, was having issue with my battery and they checked for me free of charge. Was in and out fairly quickly. It was very busy but customers seemed to be getting their services done in good time as no one seemed distressed or angry about waiting.

This was the first time that I had been to this service department.For some reason the service was good once my S.U.V was admitted to the service bay, but there was a two and half hour wait to get into the service department. Eight stalls for service, but only three were being used. They need to hire more people in service.

After shopping around I have returned to purchase a vehicle from Cornerstone Chrysler on two separate occasions. I highly recommend the main sales location. I had a bad experience with the Cornerstone KIA and will not be visiting that branch of Cornerstone again.

We brought our KIA Forte in for regular service and walked away a few hours later with a new Chrysler Limited Pacifica. Our sales associate Kirk Zroka leased the KIA to us three years ago and while we were getting service we went to speak with him about closing the lease and purchasing a Pacifica. He let us know that one just came in at the price we were considering. We took it out for a drive and loved it instantly. He then worked it out so that the lease was grounded and he paid the remaining lease balance of $1,300. SOLD. Kirk has been good always checking in with us during our lease and now he gave us a great deal on our new van. We really like the sales folks (Kirk, Andrew and Danny) at Cornerstone where we have purchased or leased five vehicles. The service department has been awesome to all our vehicles.

Service review, not sale.Very nice people, work great except.. their prices can vary by a lot which is not great. First price I was quoted over a voicemail was $660 Then IWent in and got a paper copy for everything as I didn’t want anything done that day and the quote was $509.56 on paperworkThen I went in and got it done and was verbally told $521.82 than I gave him a coupon for $50 and somehow the price went back up to $555.56 ended up paying $505.56.

My son purchased a used 2015 focus in 2018. When he picked it up they only gave him one key. They said they would send him the spare. He never got it, but they would be happy to sell him one for$200.00. When he brings it in for service he can never get information about the status of his car because the technician is unavailable. They wont tell you if its done or not. Very disappointed in their customer service. I would not recommend.

Multiple bad experiences with service department. After waiting two hours for scheduled appointment I and ask Bernie for an update, he looks at me like he is lost and tells me my pick up has not been seen yet and he no idea when it will be ready. Only reason I deal with this shop is for warranty work. I recommend going to Deanos just across the street.

Bought a 2017 ram laramie 50k miles . Used sticker and salesman stated and showed me from Canada never been in an accident. 6 months later 5.7 hemi decal falls off left front fender showing different paint job from being fixed before. Seat belt in back seat not working. Already replaced front ball joints. I should have asked to inspect the truck inside during the winter. Not what I would expect from a 36k dollar truck. Sales manager does not ever get back to me. Financing with a decent credit score in house they came back at me with 14% car hop rates ???? Because they get lucrative kick backs if you take the high interest deal. I went with my own financing at 6% and then did a refinance at 3%.. just do your research before buying from the old brookdale family. I will probably buy from somewhere else next time based on everything that has happened. I almost didnt want to give 3 stars but my sales guy was cool.
