I was here a couple days ago, and had a pleasant visit. Liz seemed to be very knowledgeable and attentive to all my questions and concerns I had regarding my policy. The location was convenient for me and the customer service made it that much better. It was quick, efficient and comfortable, I will defiantly be looking for her for all my insurance needs in the future.

Horrible!! Broker told me I got full coverage. NOPE!!! My Car was totaled when parked by hit and run. The insurance they provided did not want to tow my car and to top it off they didn’t want to cover damages because broker lied to them During investigation. Supposedly I was told about every detail in my policy, LIES!!! So now I’m stuck with a totaled car and no money to buy anything. A NIGHTMARE!!! Don’t trust them just because they say it’s cheaper. Please read your policy before signing or just don’t trust them at all.

They sure dont like answering phone calls which is very inconvenient. Not even a hello this is sharon can you please hold? Just straight to some hold music. Been over 8 minutes on hold and im still unsure if someone is going to take my call.

My customer representative N.C. Is very professional and efficient, courteous and helped me right away to obtain my insurance coverage.

This company charged me $400 just to find insurance. They charged me $200 upfront and said they would charge me 2 weeks later unless I found another insurance company. I found another insurance company a week later, cancelled with Cost U Less and they waited till the next month and took $200 more out of my account and wont refund me back. This place is a trap and a scam. AAA didnt even cost this much

I hate dealing with insurance in general, and I have never used Cost U Less before but there agent Christopher Hayes handled everything for me, he was very polite and very professional. Christopher answered all of my questions and had me insured in no time, he even went out of his way to help me take care of my suspended registration fee, and then emailed me my receipt, confirmation, and insurance cards. Excellent customer service experience. A++

Just got home and was really happy with my experience today! I was stressed out yesterday with getting insurance on my car yesterday over the phone, nothing was working. Walked in today and Topher Hayse has excellent customer service!
