Us customers want an insurance provider that we can trust, and from my experience with Allstate, I lost all trust in this company. They sweet talk you and get you to bundle (which is not bad) but sweet talk you in the sense of not going over full terms and agreements. Not specifying late payment requirements. I have reached out to every insurance provider through out my city and not ONE (besides Allstate) requires you to pay Six months upfront due to two late payments. Understand to I have been when Allstate for awhile now and it’s not a missed payment this is just being late. There was no communication through my appointed representative Matt. As a representative of a company who says they value their customers communication is key and being honest. These are values they do not hold. I have told my family friends and social media of how I was given horrible customer service after being a very loyal customer. 0/10 would not recommend such a dishonest company who does not value loyal customers.

I spoke with Carolina and recieved great service. She was very informative and recommended helpful ideas to keep my insurance cost the same if not less.

Theres no one else I trust more with my car insurance. The last time I went in, Matt and his team (Carolina) took 30+ minutes trying to lower the price of my insurance as much as possible while maintaining reasonable coverage. Its like that every time, and Im not complaining. Ive been with other insurances before, even other Allstates, but no one makes you feel more at home than Matts team. They make an effort to remember you, they go out of their way to help you, and they get back to you immediately. This last holiday season, my husband and I were in two car accidents, about a week apart, and because it was our first time being in an accident, we werent quite sure where to start. I contacted Matts office nearly three times throughout that week and the team helped walk us through the steps. They were friendly, helpful and efficient and, truly, after that, I knew I wasnt going anywhere else. Ive been recommending Matt to anyone and everyone who complains about their insurance rates. Heck, Ive been recommending it to even those who arent complaining, and Im going to keep recommending.

Ive been with Matts Allstate office for a little over 2 years and him and his team have always gone above and beyond to help me with any questions I have and to answer me quickly via email or telephone. In December, we sold one of our cars but forgot to take it off the insurance policy until end of February (huge bummer!). BUT I contacted Matt via email, and 2 weeks later, David told me that I had a $87 credit on my account for the car I forgot to remove. Score! I was already very happy with their customer service, but this just took it to a whole new level. Thank you David and Matt!

I was with State Farm for years, however I left due to increasing premiums and decrease in coverage. When I walked into Allstate Matt and his staff were very friendly, helpful and found a premium that was $25+ lower then State Farm with Great coverage!! We had a great experience with Matt. We bought a car at Carmax a few months ago and were unable to get a hold of our current insurance. Matts office was close so we called him, they faxed over everything we needed, it was so easy. We even switched our life insurance policy to Allstate.

WORST experience ever. This office is very unprofessional. Anyone can call and make changes to a policy w/out being the account holder or having Thier info. I was NOT asked my D.O.B my ss# my phone # my address NOTHING yet they still allowed me to make changes t ok the account. All Thier conversation are recorded and so the proof is there. That being said you ARE NOT In good hands with Allstate at least NOT with Matt or his team. I filed a complaint with Allstate and they basically said We will take notes on this TY for your complaint.That office allowed changes to be made to my account from an ex WITHOUT my knowledge and now that I totaled my car they will NOT pay. AGAIN the proof is on the recording they did NOT verify who they were speaking to
