My wife called and spoke to Cathie L Davis to have a new vehicle added to our insurance. Cathie was extremely helpful and professional. She took down all the information and told my wife she would investigate the best way to arrange the coverage and call her back.A short time later Cathie called my wife back with the information. She was able to get us the best deal possible. We have an umbrella policy covering our house and several vehicles. In addition, we recently added a teenager onto our policy.Cathie was able to get us the exact coverage we needed at a very good price. Her professionalism made the entire process very easy.

I kept seeing this ad asking if I needed SR 21 insurance and to contact this advertised company to get it. Not knowing what SR 21 even was, I called and talked to Shawn. She was able to explain what SR 21 was and based on information that I provided I found I didnt need it after all. Shawn was extremely courteous and helpful. Been back and forth with this guy on getting my insurance canceled. Every time I close my account he reopens it and try charging my credit card. Now he cant charge my card so he keeps sending notice of payment due trying to get money from a canceled account. Very unprofessional.
