After my teen son had passed the road test, we went straight from DMV.First, Julianne was very cheerful and upbeat. Her voice sure erased DMV grumpiness!Terri, the agent has a full of insurance knowledge. I had so many agents in the past but by far she is the best! She also took a lot of time to explain, and was talking to my son. I felt like Terri was his friends mom!!Now, real test is when we get in accident. Yet, I have a great faith and trust from meeting her in person. She would guide me step by step calmly and efficiently. My family is now in good hands!!

Terry Haddaway is such a great person. Throughout the whole time Ive use their services she has been nothing but help and has helped me with every aspect.
