Guys at Rialto Lube are friendly and extremely fast. Took about 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me!!

I got charge over $200 to replace my front brakes. My brakes were making a loud sound so decided to take it back and they told me it was my back brakes. I was very upset because the mechanic told me that usually when they replace someone brakes the repair all brakes. That mechanic was the same guy that replace my brakes the first time but wanted to charge me another $200. I will never go to this business again. I recommend you guys to go to the NORTHEAST 8801 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904 Best Tire they provided great service and dont charge you a arm and leg.

I really hate to leave this review but something needs to be said. I have been coming here for the past few years and have never had a problem. I recently took my car in for an oil change and everything seemed well. I noticed oil on my driveway so I took my car back. The gentleman doing the oil change said it was just dirty and he cleaned up the oil. The leak was getting progressively worse. When we called they said it was my engine leaking oil and not the job from the oil change. I know my car did not have an oil leak before getting my oil changed. I took my car somewhere else to have the oil change redone and it was the drain plug that was the problem. They never tightened the drain plug. That could have ruined my engine. I understand mistakes happen but I don’t understand not catching that kind of mistake the second time around.

They are friendly, quick and cheap, and i’ve used them several times. However, the last time I got an oil change, my car overheated 1 day after and my radiator coolant tank was completely empty. No one bothered to tell me, and upon inspecting under the hood, I see that I had an oil leak and someone tried to glue the leak shut and never relayed this information to me. Seems a bit shady to me and i won’t be returning.

When they didnt have the oil I needed (mineral based oil for engine break in), the owner called around and even let me use his commercial account to get the best price possible from a nearby supplier. Rialto Lube breaks the mold of the average quicky oil change spot by adding quality work and customer service... without losing the quick part!
