Just had my nails done here for the first time and loved it! The best place so far out. Place was kept clean constantly too! Ive never had someone pay such amazing attention to detail with nails as them!

3 weeks later my nails look great, aside from being grown out of course. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone considering. I could not imagine you being disappointed!

My wife just came out of this place almost in tears due to the unprofessional nature of one employee. All she needed was a color change for her hands and feet, but the employee said that he could not take the existing color off and put the new polish on top. When I went to pay, he charged $50.00 for the change of color. The only reason this place got one star was becuse I could not write a review with no stars. My advise is to stay away from this place. Do not throw your money down this rathole.

My daughter went to this location to get a full set of nails. We have been coming here for years and the service has gone down over the past years. The elderly man who works at this location is rude and very unprofessional. This guy worked on my daughters nails and they came out horrible. She got them done on Friday and she told me about her nails on Sunday. I took her back to the nail salon on Monday and showed them the poor quality job the man did. They asked who did her nails and we told them it was the elderly man. The man was at the salon that day and came over to tell us that he was “Not” the person who did her nails. He also begin ranting and complaining and asking questions about when we came and why didn’t my daughter say something that day. He was saying these things out loud and in front of other customers. We begin arguing back and forth till another lady in-convened and told us she would help us fix her nails. I will not be returning to this salon which is sad because we have been coming here for the longest time. This man does horrible work and is constantly concerned about charging more money on the customers then doing a good job. Very disappointed in this nail salon. I would think twice before selecting this place to get your nails done.

I used to love this but up until today I cant they are so unprofessional certain employees are nice and actually KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING I went in earlier with my mother-in-law and we were excited because we enjoy coming here but when we walked in they seated us not once did they tell us what the wait time was we literally sat there for an hour and we still werent getting tended to not once did they ask if we were okay nothing, then they had an employee Im guessing she was new because she didnt know what she was doing and they ARENT CLEAN THEY DONT SANITIZE THEIR TOOLS OR WASH THEIR HANDS WHEN CHANGING TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER! they dont care about their customers they only care about the Money and its sad! Now when I came here a few weeks ago I was charged $45 because I got gel and originally gel was charged $10 to me when I would go but they told me that its $15 and its always been $15 fine $5 isnt a big deal now it was going to be $50 but when the young lady went and told the old man about what I said he literally started talking about me and making fun of me for literally asking a simple question.... The pedicure wasnt done right I usually like giving people a second chance but no $50 wasted for a pedicure that wasnt done right DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR BETTER SAID DONT GET THE OLD LADY OR OLD MAN TO DO YOUR PEDI OR MANICURES my mother-in-laws gel manicure came out ugly looked like a little kid did them the old man rushed through the whole thing so that was a waste of money there.... oh and by the time we were done here it had been about 2 hrs and 30 min

Asked for acrylics and a pedicure. Acrylics were advertised as $30. The girl never once asked me if I wanted gel and to myself I was thinking, finally somewhere that doesn’t try to pressure me into getting gel! Well then I get my bill and it was $15 more than it should’ve been because they gave me gel without even asking me!!! The old lady told me acrylics includes gel, but they charged me $45?!? Then wouldn’t give me my money back and the guy was yelling & arguing with me over it. First nail place I’ve been to in El Paso (military) and will NOT be back. Highly do NOT commend. Very unprofessional! You never charge someone for something without their knowledge then refuse to give their money back.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I came to this location to get a pedi/mani. The lady doing my nails stopped and began working on a lady who had just walked through the door. She didnt bother to say anything to me about it at all. This was very unprofessional. Then to top it off, she charged me for gel nails when I asked for regular. As an black female, I will never come back to this location again.... a location where they will stop working on your nails if a white woman come through the door. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my nails looked okay, but customer service is everything to me!

I am in love! I always have issues with other shops when I try to get coffin nails, or ombre nails, but Queen Nail Spa got it perfect. Im so happy with my nails. The service was great and the tech that did my set was very nice. I will continue to go there until I leave El Paso.

I will never go anywhere else for my nails! Hoan (the owner) and Lynn are top notch and do great work. I originally got my nails done by Lynn who did a great job (she’s a super sweetheart) right before leave. Due to work being active duty Army I got called back to work and had to get the color removed the next day as it’s not authorized :( so sad because they looked awesome. Hoan was generous and discounted the removal due to the circumstance. Then the next day after the removal I went back because I loved the color and wanted to enjoy my nails while officially on holiday leave and Hoan was beyond amazing and generous by doing my nails FOR FREE! Thank you Hoan for being so nice, kind, and understanding... you rock! I will be referring friends 100% with my beautiful nails

Honestly they are understaffed and a little disorganized but I always leave very happy with my nails so I do think it’s worth the wait. I usually get acrylics with extension and gel pedicures.

I stop coming here to do my nails but keep coming in for a pedi . All the lady does is talk about the client so unprofessional when the client pays third check so then I come in today to get a pedi and this is how my toes were left she cut my nail and try to say I came in like that

Been here about 5 times..Guy that does nails super rude so never going back to him and now I noticed that you ask for a pedicure service and they always throw in 5$ 10$ extra I always get the same service and it’s always a different price never going back.

For being 2020 this place isn’t recommended due to lack of sanitation. I went for a manicure and pedicure an I was very discussed with their pedi chairs are dirty you could see fingerprints and stains. pedicure menu that was handed to me forcefully and when I finally grabbed it because he kept waving it at my face the menu was so filthy.Beware!And the worse part is they water down the soap!!Sick 😷

Not impressed. I didnt get the older gentlemans name....however, he seemed to be on a time crunch. Rushing throughout the entire so-called Spa-Pedi. I still had callouses on the back of my foot. I pointed it out to him and he got the nail clippers instead of trying to scrub it off...to make it worse, he didnt do too well with the nail polish.

Queens nail spa do not know how to shape nails whatsoever. Every time I get my nails done I have at least two or three nails on crooked. If you tell them that they are on crooked they will tell you they are not done shaping them.

I don’t get my nails done that often and when I do I go to whatever business is closest. However, recently I have had very bad luck with getting a good long lasting set. I would often leave with bumpy, uneven nails. I was scared to try this place, but let me tell you it’s amazing. I came in 45 min before closing and still got an amazing set (she continued to do my nails after closing). The service was great and I can honestly say this is my new go to nail place.😍

Man with the light brown hair, his name might be Trieu, does acrylic nails was borderline rude and rough. Did an okay job, left my nails a bit dirty, and had the audacity to hit on me a bit. Also, Rose was borderline rude as well. Would not come back.

I have always gone to this establishment but since they changed owners, I have been unpleased with service the nail tech was extermly rough and the lady who did my pedicure did not even ask what I wanted she just did what she felt like. Time to look for a new place 😔

I have been a customer here since Tiffany opened and have always had excellent service. When she left Bee or Juan would do my nails, I’m very picky but they are very professional and patient and always do my nails the way I ask and never gave me a hard time lately I haven’t been going like I used to do to traveling for work but when I’m in town that’s where I go. Recently Tom has worked on me the first time I asked for overlay no tip and he said was to hard they don’t do that. Second time I went in asked for nude white French and said was better to do Hombre was faster and easier again didn’t get what I asked for but ok nails last long never have them brake or lift so 3 rd time asked to refill hombre still but wanted a rose gold type chrome on ring finger noticed looked silver told him that was not what I asked for and asked why he never does what I ask said I was to picky and advised him I have been a long time customer and spend a lot of money with them I take my family and friends there as well as recommend them highly Tom’s response was HE DIDN’T CARE!!! There for I will never go again since they don’t VALUE there customers.

Joan did my nails. He was super friendly and was willing to try a nail style I requested that he said he had never really tried. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them and he even fixed the shape from my previous nails. My nails are the blue pink and purple ombré ones. I uploaded the photo. All the other staff seemed friendly as well. When I went in they were very busy and had many clients, yet nobody was waiting, and they help people out as soon as they enter the salon. Definitely gonna be my go to nail place and I really love it here!

Best Nail Spa in town. Have gotten pedicures and theyre wonderful. My girlfriend gets her nails done there and her nails last at least 2 to 3 weeks. And she is rough on them. Just make sure you get gel. Theyre very friendly, and have great customer service. Highly recommend.

Ive never had such an awful experience regarding customer service. I am from Albuquerque, NM & I always have my toes done with French tips. Ive gone to a few different places and theyve never done a bad job. I came in & offhand the lady with auburn hair who was going to do my nails, started off rude. I asked her for help with putting the chair back and she kept giving me dirty looks. She did the girls nails who sat next to me and they didnt look good. Oh well, I thought shed do better on me. She cut two of my toes and the paint came out noticeably crooked. She didnt even file my nails straight. When I asked her to fix them she did try and they still came out crooked. When she took me to get them dried, I finally just asked her to take off the polish and Ill pay for the pedicure minus the paint. She became angry, all the other workers started talking loud in their language, came to see my nails, walked away with me of course not understanding them. They were all looking at me mean and when I asked one of the guys who do I pay and how much, he said $25. I told him Ill pay $15 but Im not doing $25 especially because they were so rude about it all. He started telling me off and told me to just get out leave. Well at least I didnt have to pay for such a horrible job the woman did. Theres only a few Google reviews but read the ones on yelp. They sound exactly like what I went through. I feel bad for anyone who gets their nails done here and I hope you dont settle for less especially if its your hard earned money. Im usually not the type to speak up when I dont like something but my nails were so ugly and the people were so rude, I had to say something. Most of all, I just want to forget how awful I was treated by these people today!!!

I was a walk-in earlier today and there were only two people working, the nail salon was almost completely empty and I was attended in a snap of a finger. This is my new go-to place after bein disappointed too many times by my former nail salon, TOM IS AMAZING. He communicated, complimented me, and didn’t rush through the process whatsoever. He made sure I was more than satisfied w my nails and did an amazing job! He is extremely friendly and I will for sure be back askin for him!! I love my nails🖤

Decent nail salon. Very unorganized, took almost 2.5 hours (and counting) to remove gel nail polish and a basic manicure and pedicure. I’ve been sent to two techs for what ever reason.

Went in on Thursday to get a manicure. By Friday three nails were completely chipped half off. Wasnt rough on my nails at all! Called business to inform, they said I shouldve gotten gel, that regular polish doesnt last. That I should know that! Yeah it shouldve lasted at least a week!!! Bad business! Dont come here!!!!

I got my nails done 5 days ago Im from out of town so I couldnt go back to get them fixed. By the second day my nails were cracked under the top no chip coat. 7 of my nails are cracked. A girl named Arlene did them. She sits in the last chair. They also took someone that got there after us and ignored me when I brought it up. Then the guy who did my cousins Naik made her very uncomfortable by hitting on her the whole time she was there.

Went in to get a gel manicure. The first color I chose had bubbles in it. Instead of telling me the guy doing my nails (who was apparently the owner) ignored it until I noticed something wrong after it went under the UV light. He told me he noticed it too and said that he “learned from this experience” and would tell customers in the future if he noticed something. This is ridiculous and he should have been upfront about it rather than trying to cheat someone with a bad manicure.He had to drill the gel off (something I was very unhappy about, bc I chose gel nails to explicitly avoid the drill). He got distracted talking to his wife and burned my finger with the drill.He was incredibly unprofessional and was talking about how all of his workers gamble their money away and how his wife doesn’t help him run the business at all. Very uncomfortable experience. Do not go here.Edit based on response from owner:I did dislike the color. In fact I preferred that color, but it had bubbles in it that could not be removed. The owner noticed this and SAID NOTHING because he did not feel like having to redo it. Do not complain that it took you an hour and a half to do nails when this was directly as a result of your carelessness and attempted deception. To simply call a rightfully displeased customer unkind completely ignores their concerns and further demonstrates unprofessionalism.

Very unclean place. They use they same heel scraper and file on everyone, and don’t even clean or sanitize between each use. I watched them use the same utensils on me right after using them on the lady before me. Unsanitary conditions, very unorganized staff. Horrible experience. Will be reporting them to TDLR for the horrible conditions and poor sanitary management

This is my 3rd time getting my nails done here. The 1st time I got a get mani pedi. It lasted for 3 weeks which was amazing. I decided to go back since Arlene did an amazing job, nope not the same experience the gel polish started peeling within 3 days. I didnt went back because between being a mom, a wife and a full time student I didnt have the time. I went back the third time because its the closet nail salon to my house and I figured I might get the same experience I got my 1st time. Bowy was I wrong, the following day my gel polish started cracking, peeling and parts of my nails didnt have polish, it was worst than my 2nd time. I called to complain and the person I spoke with told me to come in and theyll fixed the issue. Now, this is why Im giving a 4 start instead of a 1 or 2 start- I went back to fixed the issues I had, luckily Arlene was there, she did an amazing job and I love my nails. She is very nice and makes me laugh. They didnt give me any hassle to get them redo, they even offered to change the color to whatever I wanted. They were really nice about making me happy with the service I received. Bottom line I will continue to go back, but only to see Arlene. I definitely recommend her.

Clean and as I walked in the staff worked on my pedicure very quickly, I originally thought it would be a long wait time since it was very busy but that was not the case.

My grandma took me for a pedicure, which I enjoyed. Additionally, I was upsold a manicure for $18. I got the same paint on my fingers but the application was sloppy (you can see the layers applied because every layer after the first wasnt applied with precision/thorough coverage, a couple of nicks/impressions from the techs fingers), which is fine. Unfortunately the manicure chipped before the end of the day. What finally prompted me to write this negative review are all of the snags that have happened to my fingernails and cuticles this past week--just little bits peeling and catching on my hair or clothes (which was not happening before the mani). So just invest in a good base and top coat, hunker down and file your own nails, push your own cuticles and enjoy a personal job well done over an $18 mediocre mani.

Its pricy and theres usually 30min-1hr30min wait. Holly is best for your first set. They do stay open until the last customer.

I had an acrylic overlay here that used MMA, which is considered toxic by the FDA, after going to another salon to get it removed. The layer was cracking and had turned yellow.

So relaxing. Recomend it. Always great looking nails.

Good job. Use Bea!!!Ive been going here for about a year now since I moved to El Paso and have tried some of the other workers here. Bea and her husband r d best. I use Bea always and will settle for her husband if she is not there. If they r both not there, i go back another day. These days, I call before I go to make sure Bea is there. She is gentle, patient, dry sence of humor but nice. She will not smile when she makes a joke but if u get to know her, u will love her. She takes her time even with pedicures and will do ur nails how u want em. My nails never chip when she does em and they last 3 weeks even with me washing my hands obsessively.Would give a 5-star if all d other workers were like Bea. There is a lady there that never smiles and gives the customers mean looks. She did my nails and pedicure once and I have never allowed her to touch my nails or feet again. I dont even say hello to her.

One star for the ladys friendliness. To sum up my horrible review:.water was not even warm for my feet to soak into..as soon as more customers walked in the place, the lady ended up standing up over and over to entertain the new customers and have forgotten to actually scrub my leg. She was too preoccupied with the new customer..she barely gave me a good pedicure and rushed the process of cleaning and shaping my nails, again, preoccupied....to compare, he other lady that was doing a pedicure with one customer actually took her time while the lady I got have gone through 2 customers while the other one was finishing up which proves how rushed the process was.Idk if I want to give this place another try due to this experience. I paid for a 30 dollar pedi and ended up with a sloppy and rushed service. Very disappointed and I wish I could take my money back!

To come in to get a manicure and pedicure. I was told to get my own color. I wasnt offered a color list like other customers had I wasnt even offered to get the deluxe pedicure. When I got my pedicure. The person doing my nails had the bare minimum out. When he started he didnt even use the cuticle softener I had to ask him if I get it since I wanted to get a pedicure and his answer was that its hard for him to see when the cuticle softener is used so he dont use it. If this was the case I can go home soak my feet in a tub and cut my own toe nails and cuticles. There was no salt or anything added into my water for me to soak my feet in it. I dont know if this guy is lazy or what but so far this experience is not so good. Theres zero communication. He wasnt even talking to the other workers. When I asked him to cut my nails a little shorter he did but had an attitude. Trust me when I say that I dont have alot of calluses or anything on my feet and automatically he pulls out this big metal brush and again doesnt say anything to me as he was about to start shaving my feet away. Like for real do you even know how to do this or did you just learn watching everyone else. How its possible that I got my pedicure finished in less than 15 minutes is beyond me needless to say I am not even going to bother getting my manicure and no way will I be coming back here again.

Got my nails done here exactly a month ago. Ive never had anything better ❤️ I cant remember her name, but I asked for long natural polished nails (like Kylie Jenner nails) and of course she suggested and insisted on Gel so I trusted her. She was very kind and worked efficiently and quickly. I sat comfortably the entire time and had my eyes glued to some program on TV that was hilarious!I couldnt had been more satisfied, its been a month and I still have them, wish I was in El Paso to have her do my next set. If youre looking for your moneys worth, come here and get GEL nails. They last extremely long and they dont chip. !! Of course I tipped! Totally worth it. BEST NAILS IVE EVER HAD! NAILS ARE EVEN, NOT THICK, AND DONT CHIP ! VERY PROFFESIONAL

Not a good place to get your eyebrows done. I went to go get them cleaned and the girl that did my eyebrows took off too much and proceeded to say I should’ve told her something before. Wouldn’t recommend!!!
