Came in for last minute first day of school hair cut for my 4 boys . Only 1 barber was worth 25$ the guy on he corner by the restroom the other 2 guys completely messed up my kids hair they had patches and lines . Their line ups were completely uneven.the black man did try to fix their hair but only messed it up more paid 15 for their hair because he seemed to get upset when I said it not even worth 10$ will not come back here again my kids left looking like idiots not looking clean . Very upset 😡 posted pic of what we walked out with and this is what they wanted us to pay 25 for

I walked in for the first time and was helped immediately! The guy that cut my hair didnt speak English but his coworkers translated and he did an awesome job! Also they are priced better than other shops that I have went to in El Paso, and not get as good of a haircut. I will be back! You should try them.

My fiancé decided to try a new haircut place asked for a ball fade Took TWO hours didn’t come out right still has lines asked for a quarter inch off the top cut more than he was supposed to it’s ridiculous how long it took to do a simple ball fade never again

Hands down the best barber shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going to the guy who owns it for a year now and not only did he fix my hair from previous barber shops, he has continually made it perfect. I’ve never seen him mess up someone’s hair. They have an amazing atmosphere, everyone is beyond nice, and they will do anything you need. By far the best shop I’ve been to.

They do a decent job here. I havent lived here but for about a month and been searching high and low for a black barbershop. Ive gotten 2 cuts here, first one is the test cut. Second one is the verification cut. They are pretty expensive for a basic haircut, $25 for a temple fade. Thats a basic haircut in any other shop in America and shouldnt be more than 10 maybe 15 bucks. I moved here from a state where the cost of living was much higher and that same haircut only cost me 10.Enough about prices. The staff is very friendly and professional which is a plus. I try to get to any shop early so Im not waiting long. Both cuts were decent. Not spectacular, not bad, but not worth $25. Im gonna go for a third trip and try a different barber and see if what Im thinking is true. Update later.

Not sure who owns/manages this place but you might want to have a sit down with a few of the barbers you allow to work here and tell them to straighten up their act. The music playing was offensive and silence would have been better ALL around. Of four barbers there, in an empty shop, mid-day on a Thursday, one was with a client when I arrived. He was polite & professional. He had to stop what he was doing to go outside to get someone to assist me. Keep in mind ‘the ginger’ one had already come in to ask a question...Apparently they were all on break? A female came in to help me. Shortly after, the other two barbers came in to sit around discussing reviews...teasing my barber about a review regarding her work, ‘the ginger’ even came over into my barbers’ space to make comments to her! Absolutely disrespectful to both myself and my barber, distracting to my barber and unprofessional. Ironically, the other one was complaining how he was up against some bad reviews...go figure! In the end, although I liked the work my barber did (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) the atmosphere, environment and unprofessional behavior of these other individuals was 👎🏾👎🏾.

Dope spot! I just got off of deployment and havent had a decent hair cut in a year. Rashad chopped me up and reminded me of home. Clean place and great energy. I highly recommend!

Bad customer service, sat in the area after signing my name and not once did either of the 4 barbers asked if I needed service. Waited for over an hour before a barber acknowledged me, even after several others came in by which never signed the waitlist book. Assuming they all had appointments, still no acknowledgement. Thank God for patience, however, worst experience and after today, my business will not be part of this establishment. The barbers are constantly on either smoke breaks or food breaks even when the shop is full of customers. No management skills. No one seemed to be in charged. The only individual that delivers great customer service within this particular barbershop is Rashad. Too bad, he was not there at the time I came.

Always an amazing cut here. Jesse is probably the best barber I’ve been to in El Paso. Unfortunately I’m leaving and will have to find a new barber but if I am ever back in El Paso, I will definitely will be coming to see him!

Lady didnt hear my request ended up having to shave my entire head because of her mistake and I was the one with the ear infection and partial hearing loss

You can just about go to any barber that be up in there. But of course its best to have an appointment.

The female barber gave me a good cut, fade. A lil pricey, but she did a good job, gave me what I asked for. Usually when I pay that much I get a straight razor, chair massage, hot towel but none of these were offered or given.

I despise going to barber shops but the moment I walked into the barber shop I felt right at home. I showed G exactly how I wanted my haircut and he surpassed my expections. He was very professional and the shop was very clean. I definitely will be returning here in the near future.

Expensive, but good quality.*Edit: Different barbers and ownership from a year ago. Quality has dropped. Most are good with fades, aside from one or two. Like they say; dont trust a skinny chef.
