Jasmine was AMAZING! She was very friendly and positive; and she cut my hair perfectly. I’ve been going to Sportclips for quite a few years and Jasmine is one of the best, thank you! My only complaint is that she relaxed me so much with the MVP that I had to take a nap afterwards.

I walked in to get a haircut expecting there to be a bit of a line. I was told by the girl upfront that there were people in front of me, the wait would be an hour and that she could text me when I was next in line. After confirming my number I texted the number on the door I received a confirmation text. I called after not receiving a text in 2 hours only for the same girl to tell me that she’d been texting me (she confirmed my number) which wasn’t true I was at Canes eating. Seems like allot of the reviews on here are about similar issues. Wish I would have read them before coming here. Hope they sort out their front desk issue.

I checked-in online for my little boy earlier in the day and was given an arrival time 186 minutes later. When we showed up at the assigned time (even earlier), we were turned away because they were closed. Yet, it was not even 5PM yet, which is their stated closing time. I explained that we checked in earlier and was given the arrival time and the girl there said she was going to speak to her manager. When she returned, she informed me that the manager basically said it didnt matter, that they have no control over the online check-in system and to bring him back tomorrow. They were very unprofessional as it was not closing time yet. Checking in online is worthless because they do not honor it...especially if they decide they want to close and go home early.

They always cut my sons hair so well. I havent had a bad experience yet and weve been going to the same place for 2yrs now.

My husband tried to get a haircut this morning. Half way thru the haircut the person cutting the hair yelled GET OUT with no explanation. He called the business when he got home and was told he was touching himself under the drape. All the person needed to know is he has Parkinsons and he hands tremor a lot. He is also a 20 yr Air Force Vet and would never conduct himself in that matter. Now they wont even answer his calls to explain the matter. NEVER go there, they are a cold bunch.

Went in to get a simple cut. I am not really that picky about my hair but the lady that cut my hair seemed to be in a hug rush. She asked me what I wanted then proceeded to give me one of the fastest haircuts Ive ever had. Seemed like I was more of an inconvenience to her than a customer. Ill stick with yes we do from now on.

I did the check in online, the website said that I needed to wait about 10-15 minutes. Got there and the lady in front desk said that she need to get my name and phone number again. I told her I already check in and she said it was ok. After that I needed to wait for about 30 more minutes. It seems that they do not respect the online check in since there were more people going inside before me that got after. I know with Covid it’s a little bit different but they should not have the online tool to check in since they don’t go by that and they go based on how people show up. It’s really bad customer service and misinformation

If you need a women to cut your hair and give you a massage so you can feel good about yourself for the day go for it. But dont expect a good haircut. I kept going back because its the only place I know and for some reason I kept thinking they would do a better job but I have yet to get a good haircut here. Every time I come my hair looks like I got it cut with a weed Wacker. Ive given up hope. Go somewhere else for a nice haircut. The picture doesnt do justice of how bad the cut it but its extremely uneven in some places its up to a half inch different.

Ive been coming here for 2 years and have never had a bad experience. I dont see the same stylist either and not once has anyone been a drag or came in with that bad day personality. I love this place so much for my boys. I highly recommend these ladies time and time again! Thank you!

I would give these ladies 10 stars if I could. They’re work is admirable. I had my toddler get his second hair cut ever, not to mention the first time was a nightmare. I literally had to hold him down. This time how ever was pleasant. Yes he cried, but they were quick to help and cheer him up, giving him a lollipop, a toy airplane and even going as far as to putting cartoons for him. He was calm and I was amazed. Thank you ladies! This place is the best I’ve been coming here for a long time and the beautiful ladies working there and very nice and friendly and try there hardest in every cut so stop leaving bad reviews. If you don’t like them then stop going there and dong give your review god dang grow up. Love you ladies!!!!!❤️

Used to be a good place about a year ago. Lately my haircuts have been worse and worse. Uneven sides, random long hairs near my ears, and one girl offered to trim my stache and completely ruined it.

I gave this location a 3 because my son gets decent haircuts here, for the most part. Last months cut was uneven, but I was able to fix it at home. Each time we were there, I’d show my Military ID, or my husband would, if he was taking our son, and we’d get the military discount. Today, there was a smug, and completely unprofessional, young girl at the counter who would not honor the military discount because my son did not have his ID card with him. Our son is a minor and doesn’t carry his wallet with him to school, and we usually only come in after school, and have done so in the last 5 months since moving to El Paso.Why smug? This girl tried to convey that this has always been the policy and insinuated that I hadnt actually received the military discount in the prior months that we’ve been bringing our son here. She said she’d do it if her manager wasn’t there, in a likely effort to diffuse the situation, which just made her and Sports Clips seem even more unprofessional...and kind of shady. I asked to speak to her manager, to which she replied that the manager was in the back on break. I asked her to let the manager know there was an unhappy customer questioning the policy and that I was sure her manager would want to address it, and she changed her tesponse to, “Actually, she’s on break, but not in the back. I don’t know where she is, but she should be back in maybe 20 minutes”.I know, all for a lousy 10 or 15% discount, but main goal at this point was to let the manager know that her receptionists are inconsistent with the military discount policy, and that a notice should be clearly made visible indicating that discounts for minors who are military require the minor to have their ID in hand. Like I mentioned, it’s never been an issue over the past 5 months until today, and we bring our son in each month.We can get an OK haircut anywhere, but this experience just makes it more obvious that we may need to drive a little further for better customer service.And the receptionist’s name is Dominique.

Ive been here a few times and for the most part Ive gotten decent haircuts. Last time though, it was obvious that the girl was either ready to leave and/or was having a bad day. Once done she didnt ask if there were any adjustments I wanted, just took off the sheet and said we were done. It took approximately 8 minutes, subsequently leaving my hair a bit long on the top. This was just one occasion though. All other times have been good

The store is clean and smells great while staying full of life! A full female staff are there awaiting with excellent customer service and technical skill needed to bring you an awesome fade or even provide some manscaping for your full beard. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I took my son to get a haircut there and it was such a horrible experience. I showed the girl the haircut I wanted, yet she decided to give him a different haircut. Not only was it not what I wanted, but it was horribly cut. It looked like a 2 year old cut his hair. Never again!!!!

I hate getting hair cuts mostly because of the waits. I had just left my other hair cut place because they would take forever. So i came here finally. And i dont regret it. The staff is amazing super friendly and very good at what they do. In my opinion so far they have all (the ones ive gotten cuts with so far)done an amazing job on my cuts. I dont think i can even choose one as my go to thats how great they are. Prices are great cuts are great i definitely recommend this place.

Excellent customer service! The gals will do exactly what you ask them to do. Most of the people that complain about this place is because they dont know how to ask for what they want. Been going there for about a year and the only problem is that sometimes it gets a bit busy and even with an appointment you may have to wait a long time.

Called to ask how long the wait was and if I could put my name down. They said no wait and no, they could not put my name down over the phone. I asked for exception because Im gonna walk over from discount tire. Nope. I walk over and suddenly there is a 40 minute wait. Thumbs down......

I blame the whole salon now..... the shaving machine was used to fade my boys cut she was digging in so hard she took a chunk off his hair line and left his scalp scratched and irritated for days. After all his twitching and nudging in his seat thinking maybe he is bothered by the hair falling in his face the stylest asks my boy in frustration why is he moving so much. My boy tells her you are hurting me really bad when your digging that machine in my head. Guess what the licensed professional response was to my son..... yup! You guessed wrong Lol she told him DEAL WITH IT and proceeded to hurt my child. Im sorry I wasnt present when this went down. Gramma took him but mommy will seek justice for the little voices that people refuse to respect...... NO MORE TORTURE ON KIDSSTAY AWAY FROM SPORTS CLIPS.

Specifically said no high fade somehow got one anyways lmao. OH and she took a total of 9 minutes to do all this damage. Who gave this girl her license?? They dont do girls haircuts unless they charge by the time they spend on them, boys haircuts (African-American) they want to do it with clippers and my boys dislike the sound of it.Very unfriendly with a 5 year old .The said, they have an specific amount if time for each haircuts, I guess here is quantity not quality, personally y wont come back again

Horrible place. Princess ashley just cut my sons hair, I was told after she has no experience with kids. She was also covered in hickies. The girl at the front said they knew all of this and still let her cut my kids hair. Ashley was rude and started getting made at him. Hello he is 2. She didnt even know what a high and tight was.

Completely unprofessional! I had applied for a job as a stylist and went in for an interview with the manager, then one with the owner, then an assessment with the assistant manager. I got the job, but during my assessment I witnessed utmost Lack of professionalism. The receptionist came in talking smack about one of the customers, cursing and interrupting my orientation. Then when I found out what the starting pay is for an experienced hair stylist I just couldnt accept the job. If you are a customer here please tip the girls because the owner is most definitely cheating them out of money by paying just over minimum wage for licensed professionals to work in this establishment. What a joke! I wouldnt recommend working here unless you are entry level or if you dont have bills to pay.
