Visiting El Paso and meeting my girls parents for the first time. So busy with work I wasnt able to schedule a haircut with my usual barber in Austin. Luckily I found MD Barber Company and Andrea hooked it up with an exceptional haircut to keep my confidence rolling all weekend! The barbers were all very chill with good vibes. Thank you all!

I’ve been coming to this place for years but today I had an experience that made me want to write this review. First, I’ve never had a bad haircut here and I mean never. Second, today I experienced a level of customer service from JR that like stated before made me want to write this review. I walked in 45 minutes before close WITHOUT appointment expecting to be told to come tomorrow. Instead I was greeted by everyone with a welcome and to just wait on whoever would be available next. JR didn’t even make me wait 5 minutes before he asked me what kind of cut I would be getting. I replied with my usual and he greeted me into his chair. He’s cut my hair before and it’s always great but what JR did for me was beyond a barber. These guys are my go to for hair product and lately they have been low on supply but BOTH times I’ve needed pomade JR has given me (paid for it obviously) product from his personal belonging. I think that says a lot about how these guys treat their customers, especially JR.

Johnny took the time to remove my extensions and gave me an amazing cut on top of it. Very professional and a great barber. Got me ready just in time for Pride!

A really great place to get a haircut! The staff (Johnny, Steven, & Miza) are very friendly and will make you feel right at home. I always get my haircut with Miza, and he always takes his time and does a spectacular job with my low fade! Highly recommend.

The owner, Mark, is one of the coolest barbers in EP. he’s got another shop downtown for high rollers, but I still hit up MD every few weeks. Pretty sure all the barbers cut well, but by far the best thing about it the shop is the humor. I wouldn’t be surprised if one of the requirements to work there is to be super funny.

This place is trash. Workers under the influence of alcohol at 9 a.m. offering shots to customer while working. This place is a disappointment.

We are originally from California and moved To Las Cruces. We have been here for 5 years and could not find one barber to cut my sons hair correctly in that time frame. Finally we decided to make the 45 min drive to a barber named Steven. He took his time and and was very professional. My sons haircut looked amazing! I will forever make the drive to this place. I will recommend it to everyone I know. This place is busy so please do make a appointment.

Very clean barbershop, good music, friendly barbers! Definitely a classic barbershop feel with a modern twist. I showed up without an appointment and I was seated with no problems. Most importantly is my haircut was on point!

I was looking for a new barbershop and long behold I found MD Company. There awsome very professional and clean. The whole staff has a great sense of humor. Never a dull moment at the shop. You get treated like your part of the MD Company family. MD Company is now my go to bartender shop.

Good atmosphere... however for 20 dollar haircut and not doing it right.Will go somewhere else to get it fixed.

You guys talk too much. It takes away from the time you can use to cut other people. You are losing out on productivity. I understand the appointment system but you are losing a lot of money from walk ins leaving. Mark, you need to have a barber or rotate barbers that take the walk ins. Think about how much money you could be making. I like you guys but it is a major problem with your barbers time management.

Excellent customer service. It will take a while to get into a chair, especially if youre a walk-in. However, they take their time with your hair and make sure youre looking great. The ambiance is chill and its a pretty comfortable barbershop experience. I highly recommend as I already have to other friends.

My Experience was incredible. J.R. was great with the clippers and scissors. I showed up early enough to be a fast walk in (so If you show up later dont be mad, these gentlemen are great at their job) everyone in the shop was friendly and had a a welcoming atmosphere. I can understand why appointments are preferred, these guys made getting a haircut an enjoyable experience. Lacks a professional attitude. Came inside to a less than appropriate conversation taking place. After waiting 1 hour and seeing more than three consumers leave I chose to write this review. I was next in line till one barbers buddy came in and took my spot. I doubt he had an appointment since he came in and sat next to me and proceeded to tell me about his drinking habits. You lost five customers today. Very nice business you have, customers should be your first priority not last.

Love this shop took me awhile to find a decent friendly shop found one here wont be going anywhere else for awhile everyone had great attitude super chill no matter what Barber you go to you will leave satisfied highly recommend

This is probably the best barber shop Ive ever had a haircut in 44 years. It is not a chop shop or military 30-second barber shop. If you make an appointment with ANY of the barbers at this establishment, you will not regret being patient.Yes, the conversation is adult - welcome to an adult barbershop. Supercuts or Sportsclips will offer you the gtfo ambiance you might be looking for if you just want someone to rub a razor across your head.

Came in before lunch. I just watched four of the barbers take lunch while customers just came in and sat . Waited for 50 minutes and still one person before me. At least the chair was comfortable.
