Took my son for a haircut and showed the stylist a picture of how we’d like his hair. The stylist proceeded to basically shave my son’s head. My boy looks nothing like what I asked the stylist to do. Save your money. I could’ve done this at home for free.

In this fast food internet world we live in now it can be difficult to find Old School, time consuming attention to detail an individualism. My stylist, Tanida, provides outstanding service and all these areas. From the attention and care she gives to my haircut to the hot towel straight razor shave, there is nothing about my monthly visits to Pipos that is not the highlight of my day.

Nice place with great barbers. Personally I recommend Pablo, hes one of the best in El Paso no doubt. Just make sure you get there early to get your name on his list. Some barbers there do appointments, some dont. Call ahead to ask about that if youre interested.

Both Pablo and Tanida are friendly and give great haircuts, at great prices too. They take their time and do a good job, highly recommended. Cash only I believe

It was a while back days before our baby shower and my boyfriend needed a haircut ASAP. My dad mention this place to him and decided to try it out. When he was getting his haircut he noticed that the barber who was cutting his hair was acting weird, was not speaking correctly, and smelled of tint of weed. The girl next to him who also worked there was sitting the seat next to my boyfriend. The girl and the barber were talking and laughing until I noticed she was giving my boyfriend and the barber the weird “messed up hair” look. She left and went straight to the office while giving me that same look. After the haircut my boyfriend came up to me sad and wanted to cry. My boyfriend did not get the fade he wanted. His hair was super short from the top and the middle part of his hair was a straight line it was not faded. He went back to get his money back.

Went for a haircut based on online reviews. There is a sign in sheet so I put my name. After waiting 45 minutes for 2 guys ahead of me I was next. Walked up to the lady doing haircuts and she tells me the guy signed behind me is next because she knows him. I walked out and never coming back. BAD way to run a business. She could have told me before I waited for 45 minutes.
