I Found Jesse Garcia as a walk in 3 years ago and I have since gone back with him religiously every 2 weeks for my haircuts! Overall a great shop with an amazing and very energetic environment.

Normally I have a good experience here however today was not that day I was told the only way to make an appointment is if you know your barbers name because so many people have made appointments and then doesnt show up. I said okay no problem I want the barber Pinky I have two haircuts I need done I got a hold of her personally was told to meet her at 2:30 she wanted to grab some food I got there at 2:20 she was not there she did not make it through the door until about 2:40 just told me to take a seat why she proceeded to unload her food walk around the barbershop text whoever was so important on her phone long story short I left there at 4:40 and she didnt cut either one of my childrens hair two other people did. people I did not request people I did not wait on I will never go back to her again she is unprofessional and no wonder people dont show up to her appointments she dont even show up to her appointments

All the barbers do amazing work and apply their own form of attention bro detail on all the cuts they do. Being a walk in can be a gamble but Ive only had to wait at max 1 hour and all the barbers Ive gotten have been amazing. The music and atmosphere allows you to relax and enjoy your haircut.

Barber that I got was not licensed and did not do what I asked for. If you come to this place make sure you see the barbers work history. and do NOT get the barbers from the back they don’t have experience.

Have yet to have a bad experience here. It helps when you have a busy schedule and can book ahead with any barber there. Erika does a great job and highly recommend.

Worst service I have ever had with any barber shop. I’m sure their work is good, just poor communication.Made a call and asked if I need an appointment and was told “No we aren’t busy just come on in”. Showed up maybe 20 mins later and there was 5 maybe 6 barbers on the floor and 2 customers. One female barber sitting in the chair told me to write my name and number on the board and they’ll call me then proceeded to sit back down on the phone. The other 2 who didn’t have customers just stood there. Waited in the Texas he in the parking lot for 1.5 hours, you know maybe they got randomly busy? Never got a call. Thanks.

Is the five stars actually for the barber shop? Ehhhhhhh maybe I dunno. Is the individual stylist by the name of Bailey getting five stars? Definitely yes - Bailey is awesome. So, count this as a wholehearted recommendation for Bailey. As for the establishment, it seems to be a good place to get a haircut. Lots of stylists available to grab you if youre there for a walk-in. Like any salon or barber shop, YMMV depending on who serves you.

I called made an appt. For my son With Ace. The barber cutting my sons hair was not available, at the time of his appointment. I believe my son was overcharged for not having an appointment, which he did. When I brought it up to Ace he offered a refund. I was happy with the cut and didnt want my money back. So my sons next haircut wil be comped. I appreciated his response. And the effort to keep their customers happy.

My husband and two year old went once with Hunter. The second time my son had a tantrum and now she refuses to cut his hair. If you don’t like kids, shouldn’t have taken him to begin with then suggest he return another day if she wouldn’t take him. Do not use Hunter. So unprofessional and rude.

I loved this place. They were really nice and they seated us, really quick. We were not there long but the hair cut that me and my fianće received was excellent. I will be coming back here for awhile, I love it. We really got HOOKED up!

This place is awesome! Clean, chill and the barbers are AMAZING! Best if you call and set an appointment though. Go check out Pooks Megan the barber! She gets down!! Best razor fades ever and she also does kids so I set one apt. for myself and my 3 year old and get it all done at the same place!

Hands down best barbers and best treatment. Love this barber shop and all the other locations. I can always count on getting a fresh fade and looking good. Always get compliments at work and even gotten them at job interviews.HIT IT UP!!!!

Horrible place my son was just waiting there for 2hrs......he leaves calls the shop and ask how long is the wait. They state there is no wait, my son tells them I was there waiting for 2 hrs...son ask to speak to manager this guy on phone says he is the owner very unprofessional threatens my son and tells him where do you want to meet so I can break you!! Getting ready to file a police report!! He threaten a minor!!! I called back and he tried to cover himself up saying my son was disrespectful to him ..does not give him the right to threaten a minor!!! Horrible place! Dont recommend it.In response to your reply. My son was waiting for 2 hrs even if there are signs up someone professional would have asked if he had signed in or if he was waiting for someone. You barbers where on there phones no one addressed him. I agree there are two sides to a story however anyone waiting for 2 hrs would be pissed and you might have thought he was not a minor since he is so big but he is only 15 teen. Like I stated on our phone call you did make a threat to a minor and I was there listening in and....and my son never texted you just called your location I was there you have no screenshots .. unprofessional owner!! Highly recommend versatile to anyone looking for professional top notch barbers!

They say they have walk ins.but then u drive all the way to the shop..an they say ..there not taking walk ins.. because there booked..but yet u have 3 barbers eating an standing around...They should say they have walk ins. ..if available..that way people dont waste there time an gas..

Absolutely an adult atmosphere, but great barbers. Vic took care of me and is my go to guy. He is professional, friendly, and does a great job with whatever I have asked him when it comes to my hair. He is an artist with a straight razor and clippers. I went in there as a two and came out as a solid four and a half possibly five, on a one to ten scale. He can work with all different hair types, old to young he is on it. If you are new to El Paso or need a new barber give Vic and trend setters a try. Last thing make sure that you write your name on the dry erase board as you go in.

Had an awesome experience; spent $20 + tip for a Regis level haircut. Highly recommend for anyone trying some unique hairstyles or precision cuts. Music was great too!

Came in from albuquerque got my beared trimmed up, dude was focus on the drama more then my cut took way longer then it should have not that i mind a good haircut or beared trim takes time but the guy would have easily finished in 30 min but kept leaving me to go gossip about some dude named ace, for real looked like a boss spot, but very unprofessional staff the two young ladies gossipe less then the dude who cut my hair,

If youre trying to keep a long hairstyle dont go to TRND SETTERS theyll cut your hair too short for only $20. Waste of time and money now I have to walk around for at least a month with a bad haircut until my hair grows out. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!

Been coming to the shop for a couple months now. Great, friendly environment. Everyone seems to be very helpfully. Been getting cut by Jones ever since he was at another shop before coming to TRND SETTERD and as soon as he told me he was cutting out here. I had to stick with him. Always on time, great attitude, awesome work ethic, and some of the freshest cuts out here in West TX. Highly recommend my boy Jones and the shop.
