My hair was done amazing but then Ive washed if once or twice since having it done a week ago and realized the color used was not permanent :( after paying over $200 I would have thought it would have been. Im so disappointed

Carla cut my hair today. She gave me an Amazing undercut! Clean crisp lines, took five inches of length off. Price was great. If I lived in Elpaso shes the ONLY one that would be touching my hair!

The manager here seems to take revenge on customers who leave unfavorable reviews.I had left an honest review about the girls not wanting to cut my hair 30 minutes before closing, so i went back another day, got my haircut, and then i asked permission of Manny and the 2 girls to take photos of their hair and work for Google Maps and they consented because the photos show them consenting.So one day like 3 months later, i go back and Manny says the manager Rachel or whatever her name is, said they are refusing me service because of the review i left and for taking photos of their hairstyles which they agreed to.I recommend going to upscale salons, not this unprofessional place with enemy type management.Please dont forget to hit the like button below for this review after you finish reading, so Google can credit me and all your local guide reviewers for all their hard work! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I wasnt keep track of time that date but desperately needed a hair cut. Devon took me in at 8:45pm (the mall closes at 9pm) and made me feel like a princess. She took the time to brush my hair, give me a shampoo and just ask about my day in general. She didnt rush or make me feel hurried. She took her time and made me feel relaxed. Ive been working 60+ hours a week and need led to destress, one of them being a getting a hair cut and the end of the day I just walked into whatever was available. She was wonderful and welcoming. Im sure she felt exhausted as well. Standing on your feet all day can make a person grumpy.Please try this place and request Devon as your hairdresser. She was witty, kind and patient. Exactly what I was looking for without realizing it. 😊

They have a great staff that know what they are doing. They are very friendly and efficient. They offer a great variety of services. They take walk in if they are available and or appointments.

I went in on February 24th or 25th for blue peek a boo highlights. Left visit and couldnt see any difference, no highlights what so ever. They offered to redo them again. They reassured me that they would remedy my previous visit, and this time would see them more. They did more highlights peek a boo my butt. I still cant see anything but a little blue, or bleach spot here and there. Highlights are supposed to be long streaks right?! Well i paid over $100 and still no freaking peek a boo highlights!!! I am so angry, for 2 visits no highlights, more than 3hrs each visit, and didnt get what i asked for. Only came out with spots of black and blue on my ears, face, & hand, and today a bleached ruined blouse on my sleeve!! I will never go back there again. Ill stick to dyeing my own hair for under $20, and extremely satisfied at my own expense and time.

If you dont want to wait, call a few hours ahead and make an appointment. If you want a cheap haircut and dont care if it looks bad, go to Supercuts or Wal-Mart. If you want a quality haircut and dont want to be let down, go here. Made an appointment and got right in at my time. Blas trimmed my long hair without taking too much off, and layered it. He also did the color and it came out great. I have long hair and have a hard time trusting new people with it. I was not let down. Reasonable prices for great quality of services. I will be returning for my touch ups, trims, and colors.

I understand this is not a barber shop, but I would figure if anybody considers themselves master of their craft and takes pride in what they do, they would have some diversity in how they cut hair. Simple fade turned out to be a disaster. Ive never had a haircut this bad. Convenience led to this place but its something I will never do again and help others avoid. Lady could bearly hold the damn clippers. Bless her heart, but there is simply no words in explaining how atrocious this customer service was. 15% does not replace the appalling act you consider talent. Better put, avoid this f....ng place.

People never use this platform to write positive experiences, and have left such a deceiving score for this salon. The first time I came here, maybe six months ago, Michael cut my hair, and did a wonderful job. He is now the manager, and he is super sweet and does a very good job. The last two times Ive been here, Ive booked with Amani, who is so talented its ridiculous. As you can see in the photos Ive shared, she does an amazing coloring job. For someone so young, she does such a thorough and beautiful job, and she always leaves my hair looking and feeling beautiful. I dont like to commit to salons or stylists, but shes kept me coming back. She also recommends products which not a lot of hair dressers do 🤷🏼‍♀️ Thank you Amani!!! ❤️

Literally the worst haircut I have ever received. The lady left lines in my hair since she had no clue how to fade. Then I went back so that she could fix it, and she kept cutting and cutting until l looked like a Guatemalan security guard. Michael was exceptional a few weeks back but Im not sure who this woman was that cut my hair, but she shouldnt be cutting anyones hair.

The staff here was very accommodating to my ADHD child and they were very friendly. My son and I both got really great cuts and definitely will be going there again.

The lady there was a trash barber she left a bunch of lines in the back of my head cause she didnt know how to do a fade and Im never going to a place where they have coupons for a haircut that just means they dont get enough people going there so they try to bring you in with coupons

When in for a simple haircut and didn’t notice my hair wasn’t portion correctly until I straighten my hair and I went super short now I’m scared that I’m gonna have to go super short just for it to get fixed!!!!!!
