First time I ever went there and was so impressed. From the check in staff to how clean and professional the place was. My stylist Yanet was superb, professional, and so friendly. It was by far the best hair cutting experience and the price was truly a lot cheaper than what I thought it would cost. Can’t wait to go back. They’ve gained a new customer for life!

NO surprises. Sport Clips is a guarantee in service. Carolyne is my go-to. Shes great, fun, quick, and yet focused to details of my haircut and any request I may have. Love the fact that facemarks are no longer required. Place is always clean and they do respect the fact that I check in on line. My wait time has been minimal. No need to look elsewhere for my haircut every 3 weeks. Good Job.

Got a terrible haircut!!! I paid for the works and was supposed to get a massage on my head, I didnt even feel it because the lady was to busy watching tv. Went back to my chair and I combed my hair then left. I will go back to great clips next time. I paid 14 bucks for pretty good haircut there.

I ask for a specific haircut, it seemed like it went in one ear and out the other. She decided to cut my hair the way she wanted. After I confronted her she had the audacity to tell me thats what I told her. I shouldnt have paid for such service.

I had a great experience. I had never gone in to this place before but I was treated well, with respect, and got the exact cut that I wanted and they even threw in a little shampoo and hot towel afterwards. I dont remember the name of the hair stylist but she was very nice and got me to talk and open up without trying and it was nice getting to chat while getting the haircut I really wanted for some time. Overall, 5/5.

The checkin service (online) is extraordinary. You can actually go any day without making a reservation, just check in before you go to know the wait time, which is low due to large staff. Laura is kind and does a great job. Will me coming back definitely. You can watch your games since there is basically a TV with live sports for each client.

This location is going downhill. The haircut my son came home with yesterday is HORRID. A toddler running with scissors would have done a better job. Hubby said the stylist was clueless and didnt follow his instructions.

F this place, my name was removed from the wait-list and I sat there for almost an hour waiting. When I finally got my haircut the cut was uneven. I had to go home and give myself a buzz cut.

The hairdresser is not good. Not professional. Hair cut that you can do yourself. Got a heavy hand, cut my skin with a clipper. Old Female barbers with old hands shaky and heavy.

I recently moved to El Paso and have been a Sports Clips customer for years. Sports Clips is my number one go to place to get a hair cut at home or on the road. This is the worst hair cut I have ever received anywhere (military included). The stylist did not even follow what I asked for and just cut off everything. This is by far the worst hair cut I have ever received and will NEVER go back to this shop EVER. I am also reconsidering ever going to another Sports Clips. And the worst part is I had to pay for the stylist to destroy my hair.

Not a good experience with Carolyn. Cant read the standard instructions for low vs high fade, and forget your waiting time and app timing protocol. Be prepared to wait and then be rushed through with no appreciation or focus on a quality haircut.

I hate going back and not finding the stylist who took care of me the first time I went I call and ask to see if selena is going back and no one know how do you not have checked your employees. I ask for information so I know if I need to find a new stylist I’ve came to this location 2 times and now I can’t seem to get a decent stylist if the one I want moved to a hair salon you should have the common curtesy to let me know where That might be.

Havent gotten a hair cut so bad since supercuts. The stylist was nice but left me with the worlds weirdest mohawk when I asked for a fade comb over.

Went in here on the fact that it had mostly good reviews. The people are friendly and the service was O.K...but have had better haircuts for the price I paid. Overall I would come back but only as a second choice.

If youre a guy who needs a simple haircut and doesnt mind spending $20 for one, then this is a solid place to get it done. Most of the time Im in and out within a half-hour, though it depends of course on day and time so pick your visit diligently. They try and sell you products based on what they notice while cutting your hair (depends on type, thickness, health, etc) but the quality of their product is great.

Very nice and worth the price of the MVP.Will be back again soon.

Average haircut salon. The problem with this mainstream places is finding consistency due to the schedule of the hairstylists and not everybody having the same levl of experience. The hairstylist turn over is insane to the point you can see a new one every week sometimes and they can even promise a style they cannot deliver on. Other times you will find an extremely good one that you will just have to follow and keep calling to ask if they are atill working there and when. Its hit or miss or miss with this place.

Always like the work the girls do here! Just sad about the turn around, almost never see the same person twice. Makes it hard to find a stylist you can truly get comfortable with.

Today was my first time at Sport Clips and Lori has became my favorite barber. She was fast and professional as well as cutting my hair exactly how I like it.

I asked for a simple trim with a 3 around the side. I guess they only know how to do one haircut for men because everyone who left the place looked exactly the same. I have long hair and she cut it way to short probably because thats all the mens hair styles she knows Now my head looks like I got mauled by a bear and Im having to cut it myself at home. I will never return for a haircut or any other reason. Stay away from this establishment!

It seems every time my son gets a haircut there, we end up with bad luck by getting our haircut by Tina. She is a very rude and negative person. I ask myself how she got the position of manger of she does not even know how to blend the in a hairline correctly? This place should be embarrassed to be represented by this type of person. Sports Clips is a great company with a great layout, but this place needs order.

The concept is great and love the services but they need to elevate their staff and hire people who actually know how to cut hair. I tried multiple people and each keep getting worse and worse. one lady actually said it doesnt matter about my instructions, short hair is short hair. Moving on somewhere else.

I should have read these reviews before I went to this Sunland location. I’ve been to the fountains and Eastside location and have had good haircuts there but not so at Sunland location. Horrible attitudes by the staff there- horrible skills- they just start cutting in places on hot head you asked to leave alone- before you know it they’ve changed your hairstyle - this happens e twice- I gave them a second chance cause the location is close to my house and the staff is heavy Hispanic- so I thought I’d give my “paisa” a second chance but no... just no. They have nothing to offer but bad attitudes and one single type of haircut- stay away!!!!

I went into get my hair cut and they said that my hair was too long so they could not cut it. They only accept a few people and the way they act is horrible. I would not recommend going here.

This is the only place I go to now for a haircut. I dont typically like the chains or franchises, but this one is great. Ive been going there for about a year now. I get a fade. Some of the stylists get it right. Some dont. I would give 3 stars, but the women are really pretty and sports is always playing on the tvs. Thats enough to keep my business. haha
