This place is always so bad with walk-ins. I understand there is appointments that get taken care of first. But how do you explain the 1+ hour wait when barbers are available and everyone coming in is a walk in? Especially when there is a long line and most barbers decide to leave. Regardless if it is for lunch, a minor delay to your lunch will not be a big deal I’m sure, or simply go a few at a time instead of all at once, or put a sign with your lunch hours if everyone goes at once instead of having everyone wait. It ruins the reputation of the place because as a customer it makes me feel like they don’t care how long we wait. That is how you build connections with customers that decide to go back every time. Also, I know the barbers acknowledge everyone waiting. It is unbelievable that while I waited more than 5 people that were waiting before kept walking out and yet no barber felt the need to assist someone. YOU ARE GETTING PAID+TIPPED for your time. DO NOT go to this place unless you have an appointment! Very unprofessional, unorganized and inconsiderate

Wish I could put no star but in order to review had to put 1 star. HORRIBLE!!!. My nephew writes down his name on the walk in list and was there for 1hour and 15 minutes waiting. I walk in to see what’s going on and every single barber ( 5 barbers) is taking in people who came in after my nephew and nobody deals with the walk in list. I get appointments but every single barber there for an hour and fifteen minutes had appointments??. Nobody touched the list the whole time. He was 3 on the list. I walk in and all they did was just stare at me. Never have had this happen my whole time in El Paso.

Had and have continued to have a good experience here, after experiencing some difficulties with other shops having hit or miss barbers, you at least know you’re not going to walk out with a bad haircut. I’ve been coming here for a while but yesterday I came in and told them how my hair was botched by a different barber shop(I went to because it was close and my regular barber wasn’t working) and that I desperately needed it fixed, this was 20min after their posted closing time and they still fixed me up. My hair is still far shorter than wanted because of the other barber but they made it presentable and I couldn’t be more satisfied that they took the time to help me out. Additionally, if you’re upset at waiting times or the time taken to cut your hair, that’s not exactly a valid reason to leave a bad review, you didn’t make an appointment and you came during a rush, and these people are taking their time cutting because they take pride in their work and not just pumping out as many clients as possible.

My god son works there and cuts my sons hair

Can I give ZERO stars? My husband waited 40 minutes with NO ONE acknowledging he was sitting there. He walked in and both barbers were busy so he didnt mind waiting for them to finish but when they did they walked out and still didnt say a word to him. Then walked back in with a buddy and proceeded to cut his hair.Not going to get much business if you ignore customers, especially ones who get their hair cut every week. Could have been profitable to get another regular customer.

Horrible Cut! They only know how to do one thing in this place. Shave halfway up the back of your head. I told the guy not too short and next thing I know, I am half bald!!!! Also, they charge tax on their cuts but there is no sales tax on service in Texas. Just ripping you off more. Also, can you turn the volume down on your gangster rap? You walk into a place named Capones and youd expect an old time classic cut but thats not what you get here. I have to admit, the barber had balls to actually charge me for this mess.

Went with my son to get him a haircut and myself a beard trim. The results were completely unacceptable. They completely butchered my beard and barely cut my sons hair. Will never go back. This was really surprising as Ive had good results with the other location.

Don’t walk in this place thinking you will get great service, I came in as a walk-in since the front window says walk-ins welcome. I come in to see everyone look up at me and ignore. I waited for about 10 minutes to see if anyone would come to the front so I can get a cut. I was ignored the entire time.

Had my hair cut and it took way tooooo long. I had read they were slow but decided to go cuz their on the way home. They know how to do their job and all but who has two hours to waste getting their fade. It’s not rocket science we are talking about here. Most people want a good cut, fairly quick and move on to other stuff in their day. Wish you the best luck in the world guys but not coming back.

My son needed a haircut he was taken care of by the 1st guy on the left (Mike) he did a great job, my son was very pleased. Next time I will however save me some time by just making an appt. Highly recommend him!!!

Isaac gave a great cut. Would highly recommend him. Took his time and got it right.

Came in and checked in and sat for 45 minutes. One guy was doing a cut and the other guy was sitting on his phone the whole time. Never acknowledged us or said a word. Finally with 20 min before closing we decided to leave. Will not be going back there, especially with prices a lot higher than other barbers.

I got a cut and I didnt ask for my eyebrows to be trimmed before I knew it he had shaved In the middle of my left eyebrow now it just looks bad and a trash lineup

Waited for thirty minutes without any acknowledgement, not to mention the barbers there act like they are thugs . This is a place of business not somewhere for adults providing a service to act like kids.
