The worst experience Ive ever had at a barbershop. Sat there for more than an hour and still no hair cut. They dont even speak when you walk in. They only care if you signed a piece of paper. They cant keep their mouths shut long enough to get through one hair cut knowing they have other customers waiting. 4 people including myself walked out due to the waiting time. Rather spend more money for better service than go here. People should care a little more about how they run their business. However, heard they were good. But good isnt always good enough if youre unprofessional. Barbers took smoke breaks every two customers. Some stopped to look at what someone else purchased. Which had nothing to do with the guys hair he was cutting. Overall POOR.

I was skeptical in the beginning about taking my son here. Coming from GA, I did not know anything about the barber shops here. Coming to chill spot was a terrific choice and Destiny does a very good job. My son is four and hates getting a hair cut but she is patient and she does great! She also hooked my boyfriend up. Today was the first time he got a hair cut by a female barber and he loves his cut! I highly recommend!

Thank to destiny, she fixed my issue, plus she set subtitle/caption on movie for me so I am impressed with her, thank you ❤

Walked in on someone laying down on a couch enjoying Netflix (its illegal), no greeting, no smile, just silence...Attempted to smile to start a conversation but she seemed to absolutely hate her job. As a business owner I am afraid they will not be able to sustain such a business with such horrendous customer service. I for one will never return here.Before I made that decision, I tried to give them a shot.... so I asked where i needed to sign in and she just proceeded to ask me to sit.I didnt know price of cut since there was no sign so i brought $20 just in case... it is after all in the northeast and the establishment was not at all impressive... not to mention the customer service.There was absolutely no conversation started or attempted as she was more entertained watching Netflix. The Haircut was actually $25 dollars so i had to pull more from local ATM.. Gave the lady $40 and she still asks me how much I wanted back..... Almost as if a tip was required. I ended up giving in to $5 so I gave her a total of $30.The haircut was actually not bad, but all other factors contributed in helping me make my decision. Run away... trust me.... it is terrible.Most expensive haircut in the northeast with probably the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I do not recommend this location to anybody. Do yourself a favor and go to the one around the corner to Fred Wilson street.

Worst haircut ever ! I literally spelled out how to do the haircut step by step ... simple fade. And the barber here messed my hair up ridiculously ! And when I kept pointing out what was wrong he kept making it seem like I was crazy and I didn’t know what I was saying. And then ripped me off $20 !!! I never paid that much for a hair cut ever, let alone a horrible one. I just gave him the money so I can get out of there !! HE USED DAMN CLIPPERS FOR THE THE WHOLE HAIRCUT, even the top!!! Never seen that down EVER ! when I asked for him to use scissors, he had to get someone else to do it !! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE

Love the shop but my barber seams to be blind even when I explained what was wrong with my hair he still didnt see what was wrong I ended up just asking him to stop and waited for another barber who couldnt just fix the problem I had to wait for people to get cuts making my total time almost 2.5 hours and still didnt get my hair finished wouldnt go back if they where the only barber in town stay away

Walked in, noticed a man laying down on one of their couches, he looked at me, I looked at him... No greeting. Man just got up and walked to the back and never came back. Waited about 5 mins and nothing. So I took my son and left. Unprofessional and horrible customer service.

Butchered me. I asked for a specific cut and this guy decided to do his own thing. Then after apologizes for screwing my hair up, he charges me full price. Wow. 😡

My husband waited over four hours, while the barbers talked, took smoke breaks and disappeared after every cut. Good hair cut, but dont come unless you have nothing going to do all day..😠

I recomend clips barber shop on edgemere and Joe battle if you like professionalism, consistency, family environment and short waiting time because they are very organized. If you live in the NE or central just take the 601 spur or loop 375 its a 15 min direct drive from Trans mountain to edgemere
