I scheduled an appointment at the Famous Barbershop 2 to to see if someone could give me a haircut... not knowing what to expect. Since it was going to be my first fade ( Im a female, long hair) I did not know what to expect. Bryan was the barber who did the fade... and let me tell you he did a beautiful job!!! 👍. If anybody needs a haircut he is the barber to go too!!! Truly recommend him.

Kid needs more experience and needs to pay more attention to the customer. Could of been the loud music but for the price one pays for the hair and beard.. Wasnt worth it..PAY BETTER ATTENTION!!! 👎

I normally don’t leave reviews but this one I HAD to! Jordan is THE MAN! I came to El Paso to visit my family but I wanted to get a haircut the day before I left so I could look fresh back home. I saw Jordan didn’t work on Monday’s but when I hit him up on instagram he said he could get me in! Unbelievably great service! He went out of his way just to give me a clean cut! And let me tell you I have gotten hundreds of compliments since I got it! Absolutely amazing!

Walked in to the barber shop around 9:45am the barbers never acknowledge me, didn’t ask if I was a walk in or had an appointment. I sat down and I finally left at 11:05am after they kept taking other people who came in after me and they still had not even acknowledged me or told me how long my wait was going to be when clearly they have a sign on the front door saying walk ins $15 but they have no room for walk ins. There was another barber there that cut hair and left and came back 30 mins later just hanging out with his friends in the back. Horrible customer service. Never coming here again.
