Miriam and Juan go above and beyond to make sure you and your guests have a fabulous and memorable evening ... the Hall is beautiful and they decorate to fit your event! I highly recommend them!

Comfortable!!

This place is SO overrated! Owners do not care for their customers. All they care about is the up sale.Always late, no call ahead of time to inform you. Staff did not let teenagers in the quinceanera. Mens bathroom doesnt work. Place in need of renovations. AC was not turned on until it was roasting in the ballroom. I would recommend another venue, dont waste your time and money on this outdated, poor service, has been ballroom.

We Celebrated a Quinceanera for my daughter at this venue and were extremely pleased with entire experience.The staff was very attentive and we were able to relax and enjoy the night with our guests while they ensured that everything was taken care of.Thank you Juan and Miryam!!

Beautiful place, EXCELLENT service! Juan and Miryam are one of a kind! From the beginning to the end, they help every step of the way! I have received so many compliments. With their package came our photographer Luis! I cannot thank him enough for everything he did. Beautiful pictures, and very professional! GRACIAS!!

Nice venue- very clean and service was very good. I recommend it for any special event.

I had an appointment at 5:00pm. We got there early and they looked to have been setting up for an event. I called Miryiam I dont know how many times, and of course no answer. If they cant keep an appointment straight, how can they possibly host a wedding? Based off my experience, I would not recommend this place.

I want to thank the staff at Cascadas Ballroom, especially Juan and Miriam. My daughters quinceñera was last Saturday and it all came out perfect. They helped me with everything, from decorating the hall, them storing and setting up the fresh flowers for me, handing out stuff, and had someone stand by the candy table. Their staff made sure every table was clean all the time. Miriam and Juan kept asking what I needed and didnt want me doing anything but enjoy my girls party. They were both onsite throughout the entire event, to make sure everything went smoothly. The food was delicious, I received no negative comments at all from any of my guests. The DJ played really good music, not once was the dance floor empty. He made sure people kept dancing the entire night. The cake was absolutely amazing and beautiful!! I had given Juan and Miriam pictures of an idea of what I wanted and the cake turned out even better than what I had in mind. Everyone kept saying how beautiful it was and it was very tasteful. My daughters quinceñera was just perfect. I couldnt have done all that without the help of Juan, Miriam and the staff at Cascadas.Juan & Miriam (& staff)A million thanks to you guys. My husband and I were very satisfied! It is a very beautiful place! Both Juan and Miryam gave us their full attention and provided their best service. They helped with every step of the way! We also loved our pictures take by Luis! He is awesome and highly recommend his service (he was part of the package). My husband and I had very busy schedules and they were able to work around it. Great place to have any special events. The dj was great. Was an outstanding place.

Super rude staff, opened at 11 to decorate and did not have anything set up before hand. They took off all arrangements to begin decorating and expected us to move the cake. Waiters kept trying to throw my FULL plate of food away, wanting the dj to stop the music at 12:45, took the table cloths off with all of our belongings on them. I had to grab all cell phones, photos, and bags quickly. Turned off ALL the lights at 12:51...super rude owner! And all the staff...HORRIBLE SERVICE. If you want a quality salon that actually has AIR CONDITIONING, working bathrooms, and friendly staff I suggest going to SELAROM!!

My company used Cascadas Ballroom for our expo. We thought that having the expo outside of a hotel would be less expensive and offer us more options. We were beyond wrong. We were given a one price at the signing of the contract and the day before the expo I ended up paying just over $600 more that the price quoted because they never included tax in the price they put on the contract and didnt put the exact event time on the contract so I have to pay for more hours. I was also told that they could accommodate 25 vendors, but again the day I was told they only had 20 tables. I had to go out and buy tables for our vendors to use. They do not have wireless internet and very few electrical outlets. The owners do not understand customer service. They were late to appointments (we had to call, text and/or send Facebook messages to let them know were waiting. They didnt apologize for their lateness. When I say late, I am not talking 5-10 mins, I am talking about 30-45 mins. This is not acceptable, because as a business owner I have other appointments and things that I have to get done and them being late causes me to be late for my other appointments. I send 4 emails to them after I paid the deposit, but never received an email back. The week of the event I sent an email asking when I needed to pay the balance and what form of payment was acceptable. No reply back. I then called two days before to confirm my appointment the next day and ask about payment. I was told I could pay by check, money order or cash. They day before the event I wrote them a check and that night I get a call saying they need a money order because the balance is due 30 days before the event! Well, as I mentioned above, I sent emails, even had my assistant meet with them before the event and not once did they say we needed to pay or mention the 30 days. They also said they couldnt except an out of state check. Which we found interesting because we used they same check to pay them the deposit and it was never brought up. The interesting part is the bank is based in Texas, but we had out address is out of state. There is also a branch in El Paso at the Fountains. :) They also dont understand customer service because THEY failed to write some of the details of our event down; however, didnt apologize and still expected us to pay for their mistake. I not only have an event planning business, but I also own a cupcake truck and a photo booth business. When we make a mistake, we eat the cost. Why? because it was our fault. When you can make the customer happy they are more likely to not only come back to you, but also refer other to you. In this case we will NEVER use Cascadas Ballroom again and we have communicated with our vendors and guests why we wont and why they shouldnt. If you value customer service, honesty, respect and your money dont use this venue!!

More expensive than what its worth. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more worth it.

On July 21, I had my birthday party themed eighties, was padrísima, filled with family and friends, but especially love. This was accomplished in large part by the Cascadas salon service. I highly recommend it, because I took care of enjoying my celebration and the room took care of everything else !!! What more could you want?!! Without thinking about it, I will hire your services again! :)

The DJ part of his music and very old-fashioned the waiters very hardworking all and the bar tend also but for my opinion they needed help the nice room
