Monte Carlo is the best of the best you can ever have! They have super great service the workers are friendly and very helpful! The music is very good you will be dancing all night long! The hall is super beautiful! Overall I give it a perfect 10! thank you Monte Carlo for making my event very special and a night to remember(:

Just had my event here a couple weeks ago, everything was amazing! From the food, cake and service! Everyone there is so helpful and nice.... the owner, Lupe and Andrea.I had so many compliments from my guests. I had been making payments for close to 2 years and never was disappointed for any reason. I highly reccomend Monte Carlo for your special event.

Went to s sweet 16 birthday party. It was a 1st style of treatment. Nice service with waitress and waiters.Good music selection. A/c was cold

The wait staff was very rude. They would take away your plates and drinks without asking. They would give you your food and take it away less than ten minutes later. It was like they didnt want to be there and wanted everyone out. The fondue was just chocolate and drippy after they dipped things in it. It did not harden. The chicken was dry and hard, the salad barely had and dressing. The beer was flat. It is a very nicely decorated hall, but the service and food were terrible. It also has an odd layout.

Nice hall and very elegant looking but the restrooms need some remodeling. Their lay out is awkward. But the hall itself really is nice. Great for weddings and balls

Nicest hall in the Eastside. Luxury at its best. The entrance is very elegant and the hall is spacious inside. The sound is wonderful and the food is very tasty. The staff is very nice.

Ive been here once for a family members wedding. I can say with confidence that the decoration was amazing and the stay was extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend this for anyone planning their special day.

It seems like a great venue to have a party very elegant place to host a wedding, but unfortunately the service of the staff is not so great its seems management wants to control the entire event as if the party is their to do so. But at the end of the day whos party is it management or the person paying for the event. Would not recommend to any one.

The place had a nice website and looked like a place that we would be very interested in renting for a wedding reception. When we called to get information, they told us it was their company policy to not give out information over the phone. I explained that we were coming from out of state and that was not feasible. Very disappointed in their policy, but I can only imagine how hard they would be to deal with if there is an issue.

Great venue for large events and balls

A week ago today we celebrated our daughter Angelinas Quinceanera at Monte Carlo Hall. We had the most amazing time from beginning to end! It was everything we expected and more. Dinner was very elegant, music was excellent decorations we’re beautiful, chocolate fountain candy table and cake were delicious! My daughter was extremely Happy 😊Thank you so much Monte Carlo Staff and Owners for the memories that will last a lifetime!!The Liebelt Family .

This is a classy ballroom. Very elegant and very clean. I enjoyed the quinceañera I went to BUT A WORD OF CAUTION: If youre shopping for a ballroom for Your Special Event, be aware that management is VERY INFLEXIBLE. They decide how long the reception is, and they tend to shut down prematurely. My wife and I arrived 15 minutes before the understood end time, and the staff informed us serving time was over. Needless to say, coutless people were not served. Not a good way to treat your invited guests! :-(

There was good food and the serivice is ok bit theyre mostly rude. My party was saying theyre good byes and they wouldnt let is do it. They were pushing us out literally.

A beautiful, spacious hall that features 4 projectors, video cameras, a full stocked bar and wait staff, a large foyer entrance, a perfectly sized dance floor, plenty of parking and a good location.

Bc they wouldnt pay attention to the people

The attendents at the door were so rude they were not paying attention to what they were doing. They were too busy eating .it looked so gross to see them eat they way were chewing their food especially the gentlemen at the door looked at me and my husband( who is employee being invited to his christmas company party )like what do you want? That kind of attitude. My husband was not able to participate in the gift drawing due to this employee attending the door lack of communication with us... the waitress we got was lazy .. She didnt attend to our table at all. We kept having to ask another waiter for help. The womens restroom overflooded. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. And i hope next years company party is held elsewhere. This was for Sierra plastics company party.

The most unprofessional ballroom my company has ever worked with. The owner (or staff member present at the time) failed to introduce herself and was very rude. We promote local business as much as we can but this place is one that we will not recommend.
