They fixed my car very reasonably, and Ive always meant to write a glowing review, because they were so kind and did excellent work. Thank you all.

Excellent service at Pronto. Tiffany and staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They gave five star service both at the front desk and in the actual work to my vehicle. They did all the work with my insurance company. I barely had to talk to the insurance agents at all. I would definitely recommend and use their service again.

I found this auto repair shop about a year and a half ago and they are great on price, time of service for repairs, etc. These guys are great go see them and give them a shot. Im so glad I did, so far they have fixed my Ford f150 and Hyundai Veracruz SUV on different occasions.

This place by far is the biggest ripoff you’ll ever find. I entrusted this shop on a few services for my truck such as a differential/gear swap on my Dakota and came to find out they never tightened down the passenger side nuts/ bolts to the overhanging bracket correctly which have gone missing and broken the overhanging bracket to the diff housing. To put the cherry on top they also misdiagnosed a transmission issue (PO882 open/short circuit on the TCM wiring harness) I had as well costing me well over $1500 for the rebuild it never needed and when I took it to then for them to honor the warranty they only solution they came up with was that it needed a tune for a KN Hiflow air filter and MIT upgrade for the intake system I installed. When I finally got back my truck one of his techs also broke my E-brake latch which was never replaced under the circumstances. Even after I left his shop Victor incompetently tried to contact me saying he wasn’t liable for any misdiagnosis, damage and refused to service and honor any warranty that my truck still had as services done under. I hope that establishment rots to the ground and the owner gets what he has coming to him.

Called to ask what do he think it will cost to fix something and he came off a bit rude. I have always called up there to get help, i was gonna go bring my alternator up there as I promised tomorrow but the guy turn a good willing customer off with his attitude.

We were out-of-towners coming back from El Paso to Hueco Tanks State Park when the engine light came on in our Jeep and we had engine fluid on our side runner. We had to pull over and make a call. Victor and his team took care of us right away. They arranged for a tow truck to take us to his shop, diagnosed the problem (we needed a new radiator), and had us fixed up and on the road again, within 24 hours. Victor went above and beyond - driving us (and our two big dogs), back to the park while the Jeep was getting repaired. Uber couldnt have topped their service!!! They are an highly competent, caring, and honest group that do great work. We highly recommend them - with our heart-felt thanks.
