My husband and I have been trying to get his BMW fixed here in El Paso and had been to 2 other shops we were tired and very frustrated because we couldnt seem to find a mechanic to be able to fix it. We were having it towed and the tow truck driver recommended this shop Alpha Auto Repair right off of Montana. My husband meet with the Owner Mo. And Mo said no problem Ill take care of you, we will get the car fixed he promised. The next day he called and said it would be $2000 dollars, now this seemed very expensive but we were willing to pay to get the car fixed because its my husbands only transportation. We just asked if he can tell us and show us what he was replacing and that he list all of this on the invoice. We picked the car up and in a week it started again with the exact reason we took to the shop in the first place, nothing was fixed. We then took it back to MO and he said he would fix it immediately . As we live by the shop we drive by and were able to see that after we dropped it off the vehicle never moved called MO and he said he drove it and there where no problems. Soooooo again we go to pick up the car because MO says the car is fixed. And then not even 2 hours later it left my husband stranded in THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC FOR THE EXACT REASON WE PAID MO AND HIS SHOP $2000. WE NEVER GOT TO SEE WHAT HE REPLACED BECAUSE HE SAID TO TRUST HIM. OUR CAR WAS NEVER FIXED HE DIDNT FIX OR REPLACE ANY PARTS, AS NOW IT IS AT ANOTHER SHOP WHERE THEY ARE TRULY FIXING IT AND HELPING US. MO LIED TO US, HE TOOK OUR MONEY AND DID NOT FIX OUR CAR. TO US THIS WAS A BIG BLOW AS OUR FAMILY CANT AFFORD TO PAY MORE TO GET IT FIXED. THIS IS DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND HE SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS TO ANOTHER FAMILY.

I have tried giving this company the benefit of the doubt in fixing my pickup truck but they haven’t fixed anything. They will literally reset the vehicle so the light is off and then tell you they fixed the problem. Verified this with a family mechanic. They also charge outrages prices for mediocre fixes to body damage. Do NOT recommend. Wish I could give zero stars.

Had a problem with the door handle in my truck. I asked the guy you think it will be less than 200 bucks and the guy said yes. So in any case, he said bring it early and Ill fix it. I left the truck at 1000 am to get the handle fixed never the less it took him until the following next day at 3pm to get it done and on top of that they charged me 400 dollars to fix the handle... This place is a rip off, its really dirty and seems like the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Please consider somewhere else before proceeding to this place dont recommend it.EDIT: Now this place is a farce through and through look at all the 5 star reviews, either all fake accounts or owner asking for help. You have been warned please dont go here.

I brought my car to Alpha to get rotors and brakes replaced. The owner is a very honest reasonable man. I will never trust anyone like I trust Alpha Automotive. The charge for the work is very reasonable, too!!! David is no doubt provides the best service and is a very honerable man to deal with.

Amazing mechanics and the owner, Don Mo, are sensational. We blew our motor on I-10 one mile outside Tornillo and this 3 man crew worked diligently to get us back on the road to our family. It is very rare that I have ever been 100% satisfied with any ones efficiency, customer service, competence and thoroughness. I had a very serious problem with my car and was concerned because I didnt know what to do. I took my car to the dealer and the price they wanted was not only ridiculous but there was no way I could afford it. Not only that but the amount of time it wouldve taken them to do the repair was unacceptable. Additionally, the customer service people were rather rude and acted like they just didnt care about me or my needs.I ended up going to three other local area shops and unfortunately the result was almost the same. I was frustrated beyond belief and then a friend of mine told me to take my car to Alpha. At that point in time I figured I had nothing to lose.From the moment I met David and stepped into alpha I couldnt believe the difference. The shop was not the most beautiful shop Ive ever seen (I dont need to pay for white gloves) but the service was incredible. I was treated with total respect and dignity and they completely checked everything on my car. They found a couple of issues the car dealer did not find and also found a few things the car dealer said was wrong but it wasnt.At the end of the day I got my car completely repaired and it cost me less than half of what the car dealer wanted to charge me. My car now has been running like a new car, in fact my gas mileage is even better.I will never take my car anywhere else or recommend anyone to take their vehicle anywhere else.If you want the best service for the best price you better go see Alpha.

Came recommended by reputable company for LexusMy engine blew up on the 10 in the middle of nowhere when most places were closed. Mo met me there with the towing company and helped me get to a nearby hotel while he looked it over.He called right when he promised. I know engines and everything he said was what I expected. I priced him along with other places. He was competitive or matching and offered to help me with a loaner car and throughout the process he kept me informed.Mo went out of his way to help me and went above and beyond in customer service. I took my car to my regular mechanic after I got it home and he said it was a good engine. Im very satisfied with Mo and recommend Alpha Automotive Center to anyone.

They diagnosed it at no extra cost and fixed the problem quickly. Ever since then, my truck has been running perfect and have had no other problems with it. I had a simple short in the electrical system this guy charged me to change the computer on my truck which did not fix the problem then took my truck to another shop which did a crappy job so it cost me $1600 for one wire that had a short ...the computer was never the problem...this person just likes to guess not a mechanic...be ware or get suckered would not recommend this shop to no one....true crook...

I was having problems with my transmission, so I went a few places to get a quote for my 2014 Ford Focus. I was struck by how friendly everything was, usually places that are the least expensive are able to do so because they lack service or quality. But I could not have been happier with how they took care of me through the process.

This guy is an absolute crook. Alpha is rated F by the Better Business Bureau and deserves it. Save your money and a headache. Find anything else in town. Please read this before you ever go there.We had blown tire tear up the A/C system in our van while traveling through western Texas. The tow guy took us to Alpha (we didnt know any companies, and cell service was too poor to do any research).First, the company did get to work quickly. We were back on the road following 4k in damages. Things seemed to have gone well. However, it turned out that the A/C lines were installed incorrectly and they installed a used A/C compressor and evaporator. They also left the lines completely exposed and did not bother installing a wheel well, leaving the entire thing exposed. The back bumper came loose before we even left El Paso (when I called he told me to screw it on with a wood screw). The A/C failed within a week. Once home we went to a local dealership that found that almost everything Alpha did was shoddy work, cut corners, etc. The parts were supposed to be purchased with a warranty according to the insurance estimate, but they just got trashy junk yard parts leading to a failure of the entire A/C system, and no warranty to fix anything.Alpha made its money and we got screwed.

SCAM!! This auto shop is a scam!! If you want to get ripped off then this is the place to go. Alpha Auto has the most dishonest employees I have ever had to deal with, and the owner is hardly ever there! He leaves behind employees who claim they dont know whats going on with your car. I rate this shops customer service a 0/10.When I first brought my car to this shop, I got an estimate from them for $1243 in damage, and then left my car there. They said it would take a week, and once that week was up I called and they said that they couldnt START working on the car until they get more money. So THEY called my insurance company and claimed that it would cost $2543 to fix the car. My insurance company sent them more money, and next thing you know a month has passed and I still didnt have my car. Anyway, when we went to go pick up the car, they tried telling us that we owed more money than my insurance company sent me, on top of what they sent the shop directly. They are hustlers just using you to make a quick buck.Communication with these guys is absolutely horrible and they are so rude.I would NEVER recommend this to anyone I know, and I would make sure nobody I care about takes their car there!!!!!!!!!!!

Again I want to thank alpha auto service for a complete tuneup. Omg, the manager and staff were awesome. They treated me with most respect, they gave me a proper diagnosis. I authorized the tuneup and during their free safety inspection they found a wheel that was loose. I could have died! They fixed it for no charge.

AVOID!!! The place is dirty, they dont accept cards, they dont give receipts, and the owner avoids the customers by leaving the shop. I arrived home and researched my cars problem. It turns out the owner charged double of what the job really was worth. Unfortunately, paying was the only way to get the car back. He didnt tell say exactly what was wrong with the car. He said two words and expected us to understand. He was rude. He bad-mouthed other local auto shops and told us to hurry up and exit the shop when his service was completed. AVOID!!!Edit: All the the reviews you are seeing are fake reviews to get the rating up. Notice the similarities in the structure of the reviews.

I was traveling through El Paso on my way to Las Vegas and needed help with a repair on my vehicle so I start calling around for a repair shop to work on my 2000 For F450 bucket truck. I called several places including Ford and no one wanted to work me in so I could keep traveling. The guys at Alpha said over the phone that they would pull what ever out of the shop to help me with the repair. When I got here I was ask what was wrong. I told that I engine was starving for diesel and the tank needed to be cleaned. They started right away and pulled the tank. Sure enough the tank had lots of rust in it and needed to be cleaned. Got a call the next morning saying they had the tank cleaned and shown me photos of the tank. Pulled the truck out and tested it, it run great. I paid and took off. I put about 10 miles on it and the same thing happened again. I called and told him about it and he told me to get it back and they would make good on whatever it was. Im just about ready to leave out and happy with the service I received at Alpha auto shop.

I just had a wonderful experience with Alpha Automotive. My wife and her mother called me from El Paso while passing through town and had a terrible sound in their car. It was 7:00 p.m. and they were just pulling into their hotel, and hoping for an early start. I found Alpha on Google Maps and chose them because they were close.David answered the phone and:1) Agree to stay open to wait for my wife, even though they were going home.2) Had one of his mechanics repair her car, which didnt take long.3) Didnt charge her a thing. Wished her well and safe travels.Now, Im sure David needs to charge for his services. But this was so nice that I wanted to pass on the review. We need to support businesses like that.

Brake repair

Absolutely awful. Long story short, we were in a rush and he was the only one available to help us. He took advantage of us being in a pinch, and charged us $450 for an hour of labor, along with trying to charge us $300 for a new starter that we ended up getting for $95 at OReillys. Not only that, but our car broke down an hour later with the exact same problem, and a roadside mechanic was able to fix the problem in less than 2min with a just a new fuse and some electrical tape. He stopped returning our phone calls when we asked for a refund under his lifetime warranty and called him out on every lie he had told us.

I dont like them too much, Owner seems to know what hes doing, his workers seem like Idiots, I suggest Dealing with owner DirectlyWell I bring it in, and the Car wouldnt start, told me that one of my coils were bad and the batteries couldnt hold a charge because of it. They tell me 500 originally then when i looked at it they bumped it to 650 but they fixed it. they then forgot to fix my Hi-beams that i told them to fix the day before and somehow it got bumped again to 950, I believe i got screwed by them, but if they fix it then I will be happy and not return there again. I will try Jerrys Automotive Repair like i should have if i get anymore issues They are getting good reviews,

This man rip us off completely. He said he replaced the computers on my vehicle. He charged us close to 2,000. I had taken my viechle to different mechanic and hes the one who told me it was never changed. Please people do your homework before you take it to him.

Not only did they do extremely extremely shoddy work - they mislead about having the parts, they had no fluids we had to order the parts go to the dealer to get the fluids and they kept the car for more than a week. It had sounds and ran terrible but we just wanted to get it out of there. We took it to a reputable shop and OMG parts were not tightened the transmission hose was pinched leaking fluid and a part was broken when they fixed the transmission costing us over 500.00 to have repaired. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. NO STARS ACTUALLY MINUS STARS.The positive comments cannot be true - the office manager was insulting.

By far worst experience Ive ever had with an auto shop.I got my car worked on here and it ran worse than it did when I first dropped it off. This was because my car wasnt put back together properly. I was told that multiple parts on my car were replaced and I payed for those parts. I went to a dealer afterwards and they told me that my car still had all the old parts and NOTHING had been replaced. I was lied to by this shop and I payed full price for those parts that werent even put on my car.Please stay away from this shop

After wasted trips other auto shops, I went to Alpha Auto Center which was referred to me by a towing company. Immediately I got welcomed by David and they got straight to the point. My vehicle got a thorough but efficient inspection. They didnt give me bits of information, they informed me of everything that could be an issue. Other places gave me the run around to keep my car messing up so I have to keep coming back for repairs which they probably caused. Alpha Auto Center wanted to get everything taking care of to eliminate frequent trips. They were the best auto service I had in a long time.

I took my running pickup there because it was leaking water from the radiator. I bought an aftermarket extended warranty that I handed to the owner. I get a call from the owner that said the water pump and radiator needs to be replaced and the engine is blown. Yet it was running when I dropped it off. The warranty company would only replace the radiator. After months of going backing and forth I tell the owner just repair/replace what the warranty will cover. After additional months of not hearing anything I go to the shop to see both back tires flat and the owner tells me nothing has been done to the truck. I called a tow truck to have it towed from there to find that my sirius radio had been taken out of the truck. I asked the owner where is my radio and he acts like it never came in with a radio. I have filed a police report but I will never take a vehicle there again.

Came to El paso for a family emergency my car had broke down because off having a bad altenator call the owner off the shop as I broke down on a Sunday afternoon her called one off his trusted mechanics in to his shop Wich the mechanic is ase surtified and is a master mechanic as I arrived to his shop the mechanic was already their waiting for us to get their to the shop it only the about 2hrs to do a altenator on a doge intreped the altenator part is on the bottom off the engine the owner is a great person to talk to the mechanic knows what he is doing. The best service and most caring people anywhere. My car was destroyed. I was traveling and broke down in Sierra Blanca and had to be towed all the way to El Paso. I called Alpha automotive at 3 AM and David met me and the tow truck at the shop. He was so friendly and helpful even dropped me off at a hotel for the night and pick me up the next day to show me what was wrong with my car. For only $350 they replaced the fuel pump parts and labor.Thank you Alpha and G-d bless you! I made it home and had no issues. I only lost less than a day!

This is the worst customer service ive ever experienced in a mechanic shop. i dropped my car to fix the head and they hardly answer the phone and when the finally do they hang up the phone in my face or when i ask for MOE the owner they never know where he is. one month later they have not even started to work on my car. then they keep giving me different prices on the work. i dont see how they are still in business.support at your own risk, im done. never again....

Crook, doesnt itemize bill. Doesnt tell you until he charges you almost 2 grand that he only half assly fixed you. Spending another 2 grand a month later. Go anywhere else. Rude Greek man. The mechanic that is properly fixing me is showing me the quack job this man ripped Me off for. Alnost 2grand paid him to use in weld. He told me they cleaned everything and welded. This place is terrible. I paid $1,060 for a new battery, alternator, reprogram my key, and fix a small electrical problem! I paid $550 in labor and parts for them to put in a new alternator! This owner is dishonest and takes advantage of people. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Took my car here for a tune up instead the mechanic suggeated something else..Then got priced alot, what makes matters worst not even 2 days later driving it, it messed up on me,took it to FIRESTONE and they told me who ever was working on my car did a lousy job and i got parts taken away from my car without my knowledge...now im being charged 1000 to fix it cause i got parts stolen and replaced with a different car parts ..Who ever is reading this PLEASE DONT GO to aplha automotive they do lousy jobs and steal from you .NEVER AGAIN!!!! Ps i WOULDNT GIVE IT ONE STAR BUT WITHOUT STARS I CANT POST THIS SMH!!

I was traveling from Houston to Californina when my car broke down about 70 miles away from El Paso. I called many diffrent shops and Alpha was the only one who towed my car for me. They were quick and I was picked up within 45 minutes. I explained to the manager my sitution and how I needed to be back on the road. I spent one night in El Paso and my car was ready the next day. It has been 2 weeks since and today I recieved a call from the manager to make sure my car is still running. This was the most pleasent experiance I have had with a shop!

IT JUST DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!!! I was passing through El Paso when my vehicle broke down on me...to make matters worse, it was a Sunday and I dont know anyone or live anywhere near Texas! I was fortunate enough to do a random search for mechanics in the area and came across Alpha Automotive. The owner Mo was BY FAR THE BEST mechanic I have ever dealt with. He was honest, fair, and fast in getting my repairs made. Ive never had such a great experience with an auto repair shop; let alone with one that is out of town! Mo went above and beyond, out of his way to take care of my automotive needs. Thank you Mo for delivering the BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE to this Out-of-Towner. :)

Do NOT take your vehicle here!! We took our diesel and it still doesnt work correctly after 1000+ dollars in work. In fact it runs even worse, do not let the tow truck driver take you here!

I. Brought my 1991 liconln town car to get check. And he gave me the best service possible. Help me out with all my questions and conserns. I recomend any one that is looking for a mechanice to come and get your cars fixed here . highly recomended

Total scam. there mechanics dont know what they are talking about. and the way they treated me was shady. i got my car out of there as fast as i could.

Do not come here, please! This person, Mo and his workers are all liars, he will con you and your insurance company while he walks around with a new smart phone but has no proper computer system in his office. His workers will often tell you he isnt there. Have you waiting for hours while he trumps up some story with he business partner. He is not accredidted, and most of these good job post were written by him. NOT REAL PEOPLE. The parts for your vehicle will either be the a glued together OLD part so if you have issue shortly after dont be surprised. My vehicle has been there once and it took him six months to fix it after avoiding my calls and in person request. four months later the engine cuts out again, he tell my insurance she must of hit something. When I called him on it, he didnt answer any questions about the engine, the delays, or where was the itemized reciepts for what I paid 4,600 dollars for. Which was suposed to be a new engine the he sent me a piture of, and didnt even fit in my car once I looked it up. Also if you are a FEMALE dont go to this shop alone, married or not he will flirt with you and show all kinds of inapropriate things, so bring your husband, cousin, brother, or nephew to speak with this CHARMING, unprofessional, and dishonest man. DO NOT COME HERE or LET A TOW TRUCK BRING YOU to 1225 Wedgewood Dr!!! Because they will all try to Hook you up.

Davids shop is recommended by me his work is superb my fuel ump went out on my 2007 gmc he quoted me a price and got it done at time expected

I took my 2008 jeep Cherokee to jmv automotive they kept my car for 5 days couldnt find the problem..after looking on the internet I found Alpha automotive they found the problem the next day my car was ready..im glad I did..u have a problem take it to alpha automotive

Wow I had my 2003 Honda civic towed to alpha They checked the car They found the problem in no time the estemat was fair and the service.. were excellent...

Okay-the bad reviews we received are fraudulent!!! They were posted by a Company. After posting them, they contacted us and told us they can remove the bad posts if we pay them $395 monthly. This shouldnt be allowed. We wont pay a ransom!!!
