This tow service was the most friendliest and prompted service Ive ever had they were there within 15 minutes and didnt injure my car and got it from point A to point b very safely Im very impressed with them I suggest you using them highly

I just bought a car and I was trying to get it out of the sellers house to my house so I can start working on the car. I call this towing company and they say they will have a driver right in an about An hour or hour and a half they also want my debit card info which I thought that was weird because you don’t pay someone before they do a job I did it anyways. 3 and half hours later after constantly calling them and bugging about getting driver out to the place he gets there and he gets the car on his trailer and expects me to pay right there and then. I tell him his people have my debit card why don’t you ask them to bill it or why can’t they bill it after the job is done and he says “no” and takes off with my car still on his trailer and says he’s “keeping it on his lot”.We chase after the guy and call his people to charge my card and finally he starts heading over to my place.1. They could’ve been more forth coming by telling me “hey sorry for the wait we will have a driver out there soon” or made up some BS instead of us bugging the for 3 hours about having a driver up there2. If you have someone’s debit card in your system and it’s obvious they are going through the job bill them afterwards doesn’t make sense to bill them before.3. The guy was super unprofessional and childish to top all of that off when he took off with the car the car moved closer to the driver side like he didn’t have it right enough and he was really trying to run with it.

State farm couldnt get a tow truck to us for over 2 hours last night, they said the national average wait time is 90 minutes. We called El Cajon Towing and the guy (I didnt catch his name) got to us within 15 minutes of calling. Super nice and helpful!

They were so prompt they arrived at the car before I did and actually waited for me while assisting with directions as to how to get to where the car was located! Both the dispatch and the driver were knowledgeable, helpful and I cannot thank them enough!

Kinda Pricie but helpful

Horrible tow company. towed my vehichel which is equipped with an electronic parking brake assembly. and never put the vehichel on dollys or skids. just drug it with the wheels locked up.when I asked about this they said they used rollers to move the vehichel. when I told them I saw video of them towing it with no rollers and just dragging it with locked wheels they got very defensive and said thats how theyve done it on vehichels like this for over 20 years.electronic parking brakes havent been around for 20 years.I caught their lie and rather than admit their improper tow procedure and apologize. they told me too bad and that I just have to deal with it. so all I can do is warn the next victim. this place is a mess and very disrespectful.if you want a good towing service call HANKS TOWING. best in the area.

Highway robbery...They wanted $500 for a motorcycle tow!!! When I said Ill get back to you they told me that was the price and they wouldnt be available later. I called another company and paid $100!!!
