Unprofessional. There was only one worker in there arguing on the phone with someone the entire time. My nails are uneven. She was rough with my hands and moving too quick. Also said no to the shape I wanted...0/10 Wouldnt recommend.

Went and got my eye brows done she was very rude and was rushing I told her my eye brow need to fixed she said no I told her yes and she barley fixed it will not be going there again

Walked in on a Sunday morning for 3 acrylic services and an eyebrow clean up. The lady was amazing, quick and efficient. Have a company party tonight and wanted my daughters and myself to look amazing 😁

As the previous reviews said, is always better to read the reviews before coming here. I came here because most of the other nail places I go were busy. When I came in the place was empty, that should had been a sign for me. I wanted a regular manicure, pedicure, and wax. The owner right away started to up sale me, about doing gel. She rushed through my wax and manicure, and she didnt even took out my cuticles properly. She also started to up sale me about my eyebrows needing to be tattooed, and she said she can do it for me for $199. I had to stayed because I was already there, her daughter did my pedicure, she was nice but while she do your pedicure she is also on her phone watching YouTube. I WILL NEVER COMEBACK TO THIS PLACE.

They are nice ladies, but dear god they are awful. Pedicure was not even a pedicure. Callous removal, but zero cuticle removal, and massage was nothing but smearing lotion on my legs. Paint was uneven and streaked, and she made an open sore on my foot. Additionally, when removing powder gel from my previous full set the lady decided it was best to remove my nails and put on a new full set. However, she used the corner of a new nail tip as her nail removing tool, and wound up slicing into my nail bed. I was bleeding and in so much pain. Then she stuck my open would into acetone! Now, because of the pain and damage it will likely be two months before I can have new nails put on. She topped it off by nearly demanding to wax my chin saying the hair there “made her uncomfortable’’ and she would do it “for free”. They would up charging me to take my nails off, gel polish I didn’t want, an open sore on my foot from my non-pedicure, and a damaged finger. The whole thing cost me $60. I will never go there again.

I’ve never had anybody shape my eyebrows so perfectly like she did! This place should be more recognized for their awesome services.

I have gone here at least once a month for a pedicure for the last 3 years. They give excellent service. Their prices are very affordable and Ive always left happy with the quality of their work. They are friendly and Ive never had to wait long. I highly recommend this shop.

I was very happy at first, she shapes nails great but she is soooooo rough... she cuts you every time. She literally ripped my nail off herself after I told her not to. I the place is not enjoyable . Rushing out all the time once nails got messed up since she swore it was dry. I wouldnt recommend

I do not recommend this salon to anyone... I went in for a simple brow and upper lip wax and left with wounds across my upper lip (two sores about one inch in length each) and wound below my brow. I told her that it hurt and she said its okay its normal. Youll get used to it... then I looked up and saw that she went to reach outside the door and came back with a cotton ball saturated with alcohol... of course i did not know that at the time and she placed it on my upper lip without warning... i screeched and asked why she did that and she told my my lip was bleeding. Excuse me? Then to top it off when I was done she handed me a mirror and I could not believe it... i showed her an area at the brow line where there was a patch of four hairs she overlooked... well needless to say, she does not like to be corrected and she proceeded to remove them with tweezers and in the process pinched my skin several times. Now, mind you, I mentioned four hairs... well she kept plucking and plucking and finally i told her i was done. When I left and looked in the car mirror my upper lip was bleeding and so was the area where she plucked. My daughter was astonished... for someone who has something to say about everything (shes a teenager) she had nothing to say. BEWARE.... extreme poor service.....

This place will be going out of business soon. She always tries to upsell even when you tell her NO and all her supplies are dusty and out of date. This place is always empty due to the way that she conducts her business and the only help she has is her daughter who does pedicures only. I wouldnt dare soak my foot in those tubs. I seen her washing her vegetables in one of the foot tubs! Very unsanitary and disturbing. I hate this place if I could give No Stars I would!

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. Went to get a gel nail fill. There were 2 ladies there. One was doing pedicures and the other nails. They were really nice. I waited st least 30 minutes to be seen. I picked out my color and she said she had it. I specifically asked not to have a lot of powder applied. She did exactly that. I waited to see if she was going to file them down with the machine. Noooooo....she didnt. She spent the entire time telling how her apt manager was crazy. It sort of felt like she was trying to distract me from the horrible job she was doing. It was so hot and I was tired and just wanted the whole thing over with. So its time to apply the polish. Now she tells me she doesnt have the color I want. She showed me a similar color which was basically clear. I just said whatever. Less color will hide her horrible work. I get home later that day and my freaking nails are glowing in the damn dark. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere

Horrible experience. The nail lady was rude. She kept snatching my hand and drilling my nails too fast. She cut 2 of my fingers and just threw rubbing alcohol across my nails. The nails didnt look good when she finished and they didnt last 4 days before lifting. Horrible job! Dont waste your money.

Ve never been so disappointed in my life. The lady hurt me and my daughter multiple times. And I think its super funny how this nail salon thinks they can just make up what ever prices they want and if you tell them to change something because you dont like the work. They charge you more. Im so freaking upset

Do NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON After going here around 2 pm i put my high heel shoes on at midnight . later I took them off and the polish was all smashed and basically had came off of the nail . I came back the. Next day Explained what happened when the OWNER started yelling at me saying no you werent here yesterday Im here everyday even though I had my receipt. After 5 minutes of arguing saying no im not doing anything for you . its your fault she agreed to paint that toes . then they couldnt find my polish i told her the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT and she was like nooo your wrong . customers are never right . IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE. EVER HAD AND WILL NEVER BE BACK

Horrible experience i wouldnt recommend this salon .One because the lady was being rude as soon as we walk into the salon . She stared to do my nails, she finished in less then 20 i look at the work & my side of my nails were not really fill up with acrylic, she cut my finger with the nail file . She was pulling my arm not caring at all, this lady is just extremely rude, she has no maners & they talk ***£££ in there language she thinks people dont understand but some people do . I asked her to give a refound cus i didnt like the job & plus she was being rude, she refuses to give ny money back by yelling at me saying she wont give it back & calling secury to kick me out of the salon . Horrible experience on a day that i wanna relax & do my nails . Please dont go to this salon horrible place to get ur nails & everything wax etc..., please dont recommend this place at all .

It was really good and the people where really nice

They are not working well and do not deserve the money we give them because Three of my nails broke off with in a hour of each other ، it hasnt even been week yet.

He spent his time talking on the phone and he didnt pay attention to what he was doing, another client arrived and he hurried with me to attend to another woman.
