Ember and her staff are amazing! The staf have a dedication to their craft that you just do not see anymore. They take their time and their attention to detail leaves you feeling pampered! My mani/pedi was superb! I’ll be back soon!

When I called and made the appt I asked for a fill. When I walked in the door I had a full set of med/long coffin purple nails. No broken ones. Just needed a fill. I can only guess they are not familiar with the glitter powder type of nails. After grinding for at least a half hr my nails were set in acetone long enough for me to literally disintegrate before my eyes. Then I was asked if $44 was ok because I now needed a whole new set of tips. By then I was fighting my tears back and mentioned I was kind of in a hurry and didnt have time for a new set...remember I ONLY NEEDED A FILL. she suggested that she could just gel polish my nails and I agreed. I couldnt leave with nothing on my acetone saturated bendy nails exposed. I work with my hands. I dont even know what they charge for a fill but the unnecessary removal of a set that costed me $75 to begin with and a coat of gel paint costed me $31. I understand that her time and product cost money but really she had the nerve to CHARGE ME??!!

My nails NEVER chip or break. They last a very long time....longer than they should. Ember is kind and professional. Ive tried several salons throughout the county before becoming a loyal customer for years The salon is no frills...but equipment is new and clean. The quality of her work is EXCEPTIONAL and more than worth the wait!!!

It’s no frills salon, but it is the best quality nails I have ever had! My gel manicure will last over a month without any cracking or chipping. They still look perfect, just grown out, by the time I go back again for more. Ember is also so sweet and great at what she does. This is the only salon I recommend to my friends.

Ember is a delightful lady who does an expert job of nails that last a really long time. I love going there.

Ember is a real artist in the industry. I love her work on gel nail polish. After a month, they were still perfect! Just had them done again today. Thanks Ember!

Update: Just 12 hours after posting this review and giving five stars to Embers nails, I received a text from her that said that because of my eczema I cannot return to her store. She said that multiple customers asked her about MY skin and that she doesnt want to risk losing any business and as the owner she needs to protect herself from losing business. Because of this, I am dropping my review down to a one star. In my 25 years I have always had eczema and never been discriminated against because of it. I have been to many different nail shops across the United States and never been told I cannot come back because of my eczema.The original review post is down below, it was originally 5 stars:This place is a little hole in the wall on the northwest shopping mall corner of Chase and Jamacha. When searching for a shop that was open on Sunday afternoon. Ember was welcoming and inviting. The first time my mom and I came we were greeted and we introduced ourselves and Ember and her mom Nancy remember our names! It feels so cozy and personal in this little shop. The gel manicure runs about $31 and the spa pedicure is $21. Its a little more expensive than some shops but it is worth it. Everytime that Ember does my nails I enjoy every second I spend on her shop as well as my nails afterwards. The shop is clean and they do nails, waxings, facials, and massages. This is the one stop shop for a spa day with the girls. If youre looking for a shop the get your nails done any day of the week. This is the shop. Give her a call and book an appointment today!
