Updated review 5 May 2021, Seth is doing a great job cleaning up the place. The last owners did a wonderful job for almost 2 decades Ive used this laundromat.It is and always shall be, imo, The Best litl wash house in East County.

This laundry mat is good. I have found with the new high efficiency speed queen washers at most of the locations I used, my clothes were not clean or for the most part even wet. I tried most of the speed queens at this location and water pressure and amount of water is correct for load capacity. If you are new to todays laundry mats in San Diego County check your laundry carefully before putting them in a dryer, especially laundry mats whom offer free dryers. if they are not clean complain loud that adequate water is necessary in order to clean clothes, and dont forget about the extra time you will have to spend to rewash them.Ask them what machine do they use for fluff and fold service, load your laundry their and make them pay for your selected wash. The proprietress know about the water issue but get away with cheating you out of your time, effort, and most of all clean Laundry so complain loud if it happens to you so more people are aware and check there laundry. hopefully the cheating will stop.ll

Very friendly & considerate owner. On a very hot day, she saw I was in distress, gave me some water and had me sit in the office with the fan blowing on me! Washers are fine but dryers not so good. Very clean place!

I used to like this place, but lately I spend way more on drying my clothes. And the attendant didnt seem to worried about it...oh its okay, you only have it on for 7 minutes. That was after already putting in a dollar.Update: She reimbursed me a dollar, which is about what I paid in having to re-dry my clothes.

Good washing machines and dryers. Sure would be nice if this place had a bathroom.

I hated this place because when I come to wash my clothes with my children the owner does not allow restroom access to her cash paying customers who pay her bills, who put food on their table and wash your clothes their religiously use her restroom facilities. Putting a strain on the adjoining establishment provide for HER cash paying customers.Carry your own load.....

This place is kept really clean and the equipment work fine. There are a few machine that are out of order but that expected.

No hot water. every few months the time for a quarter drops on the dryers

The lady that was working there was super sweet and nice

Water doesnt even attempt to come out on some washers. When some water comes out on a select few, it doesnt wash out where the soap comes out. All the machines usually steal a quarter here and there. Ive tried multiple times to tell the owners, but they dont care and somehow its always my fault. Ive spoke to many customers who have the same problem. With the help of KUSIs MR. TURKO, i will have this place shut down.

Yes they have a bathroom but you need a key to use it

I put my clothes in the washer and after it was finish, it came out smelling like a lot of bleach i never used bleach, i even used a lot of fabric softer
