Worst nail experience of my life. Don’t waste your time it’s not a good deal

Do not go there. I had given them a try . I told the guy shirt, and rounded on the edges but squares slightly on the top. They were very thick boxy, and bulky. I had to take the duke and thin them, also narrow them so they looked natural, . He also put a few tips on that were not on straight. They were at an angle. I do not recommend this place at all. Not professional.

Do not go here. I got dip nails and they started cracking and coming off about 6 days in. They usually last 3 weeks. I called on day 9 and nicely tried to explain what was going on. He insisted that I need to come in and pay for a new fill which makes no sense then he hung up on me. I will not be going back and do not recommend.

Terrible place they are always to rough on my nails always cut them down to short and they start bleeding do not waste your money on these people

Love LA Nails! The absolute best! Back in high school I went here weekly and the people are super friendly and careful with your nails. They take their time to make sure its done right, but also dont take ten hours to get the job done. They listen to what you want and make you feel comfortable enough to speak up. Just moved back into town and started going regularly again. Prices are super cheap! Got a gel manicure AND a pedicure with hot stone massage for only $40! After trying several places in Edmond, this is still the best by far. Cheapest and best service! Great attention to detail. Love them!

This place was awful. I wont waste my money here again. They did dip nail powder, no tips added, no manicure. It was odd. They went straight to filing the top of my nails and dipping my nails. It was odd and turned out awful. They fell off after six days. Never again.

I have come to this place on many occasions due to their low prices. But now I notice every time you go in it becomes more expensive. I was going to walk out due to new high prices but then he suddenly lowered the price. Tony did my nails and was rough and impolite as usual. No friendly conversation, no eye contact, just rough handling, and painful ( he will file your nails to low). He does not seem to care about how you feel. He seems to really hate his job. Feels like your being worked on like a car. This time around was worse than usual. They better make some changes soon, or wont have any customers. I was the only person in the shop the entire time I was there. I wont be back. Go anywhere else!

I have been going here for over 5 years. I love the Pearl Spa pedicure. 18 minutes timed leg massage. Meticulous. They do not rush. I had Dip nail color, although limited options on colors; the French Dip on my natural nail has lasted over two weeks. Good value for the services rendered. You do have to wait sometimes as they get busy.

A Fellow Co-worker over at Enterprise recommended this nail salon to me. I decided Id give it a try, I wanted to do something special for me and my boyfriend on Valentines Day so I took us both up there to get pedicures. My coworker told me all about the $15 hot stone, hot towel, massage pedicure and we both just couldnt wait! When we first arrived we shortly found out that it was not $15 it was $20 for 3 mins which lasted 1 min maybe and $25 for 9 mins which I didnt pay for thank God!I had them do just a plain old basic pedicure which seemed to be too complicated for them to do . They were not friendly at all and very hard to communicate with . The Water was cold the hot towels werent hot the hot stones where a joke and didnt last 3 minutes at all the just basically run this stone over your calf for like 60 seconds and then hardly even give you a massage! Its a joke! Dont waste your money on this place. Also I asked for a very simple design on my two big toes I had them paint my toes red and wanted one big white heart on my big toe and he couldnt do it! It looked like a 3rd grader had tried drawing a heart on my toe and didnt even look like a heart at all it looked like one great big white blob! I told him to just forget it take it off Im not paying for the design. Then when I went to dry my toes it took forever, I wasnt even touching them and the big toe kept messing up over and over! I had to rush to work and was not happy on valentines Day thanks guys I will not be back !Do not waste your time or money on these people.If you are going to be in the nail salon business learn to speak fluent English communicate with your customers be nice do not rush them and learn how to do nail art you are working in a nail salon you should at least know how to do simple nail art !

Racist racist racist... my sister and I tried them just because they were close to home. We were asked to pay before we were ever rendered service...I still chose to tip and the nail tech saidwow a tip! and then decides to offer Us water. At this point I realize someone is paying upon leaving and ask to speak to the manager. They pretend as if they dont understand and I ask is it standard for you to pick and choose who pays before and who pays after service? He says I had the option to pay later and I told him no she made it very clear we were to pay in advance; during this discussion the tech doing my toes burns me with a hot stone. I should have kicked her but I refrained. At that point it was all down hill....another black woman comes in and is seated in the back with us. poor service. Poor skills. My nails did not look good at all!! If you want good service nearby go to D.E. nails on Memorial and Bryant.

Absolutely horrible service. got a full set and I didn’t even get home and 3 nails came off. Okay no big I call and ask to come in and fix them the next day they said come in and they would do it. I come in they had a terrible attitude told me they were going to charge me and didn’t even get the shape right and didn’t put the right color on. I DO NOT recommend wasting your money on them. Absolutely horrible.

You get what you pay for, I guess. They are cheap, but my nails are bubbly and why too thick, they look gunky. These people were rude and rushed through me and my friends nails. I won’t go back. It’s not worth saving a few dollars.

Got a full set nails started coming loose in less then a week..... was there fit over an hour and a half.

I’ve been going here since I was in high school, so about six years now. I’ve only ever gotten acrylics but they do an amazing job everytime! I just started getting acrylics done regularly, so I’ve been to the salon about three times in the past month. Every time I go in everyone is always so friendly and the guy (I think he’s the manager) makes my nails look amazing. My coworker also went here for her acrylics and loved it. I’ve been to other salons and while the quality was about the same, the prices were outrageous and they were not very friendly. LA nails has been the only nail salon I’ve gone back to, I really don’t understand the negative reviews on here at all. For the past SIX years I’ve gotten nothing but amazing service at an affordable price!!

Do not go here. The guy butchered my cuticles, filed my nail bed down to nothing, didnt even file my nails. The edges were still ragged when I left. He tried to shove my hand into parafin wax that was much too hot. I kept thinking things would get better, but I really should have walked out with the first cut. Im taking precautions to prevent infection. Unbelievable. But, again, my fault for not walking out.

Awful place.. They don’t even understand nor tell us properly.Bad customer service and very careless. While cutting my cuticles. They hurt me twice. Every time I go there, they tell different price. Not recommending at all and not going back again.

I just came from LA nails and even though their prices are great, their technique is terrible. I didnt even tip because the guy who did my nails made my cuticles bleed on four different fingers. He did not say sorry or apologize and was still rough with them and it hurt very badly.

The service here today was very unprofessional. They seemed like we were bothering them. Only 2 people were working and when my mom and I were in the middle of getting our nails done another customer came in and they dropped my mom and went to do her nails. My nails were completely done and they never touched my moms again while waiting on another customer. Finally the person whow had done my nails started on my moms. We will NOT be back.

Avoid this place-I went in to have gel removed and a manicure & should have turned around and walked out when I saw how dirty the place was. The guy soaked my nails in a dirty bowl & when I asked him if the tools were sanitized he said yes, but I doubt it. He cut my cuticle & Im hoping I don’t get an infection. He then tried to dip my hands in the wax with my rings on! I left after one polish coat. I also saw him wipe out the bowl I had soaked in with a rag & soak the next customers nails in it-eww! This place should be closed down!!

I go there for the price since they are the only salon that wont lie to you about the price but only let the women do the work. The women are friendly and they do the best job.

This place is the worst nail salon ever I do not recommend it I got my nails done with my friend and my sister and they burned my little sister with hot rocks when I told them that she was too young for them and that she didnt need them and then they got frustrated with her moving around and they didnt even finish her nails. Also after they got done with my nails they had bubbles all in them and the lady that did my nails was yelling across the room the whole time.

Dont go to this nail salon. It sounds amazing that it cost $25.00 for a full set with shellac, but the shellac they use is cheap (not sure if it is even real shellac) and 3 of my nails broke after 2 days of having them on... Came back to get them repaired and showed them the receipt that it was 2 days ago...... Had to pay for all 3 to be fixed, they couldnt find the color they used on my nails so I was pretty much forced to pay again to get a color change.. Left that day and a different nail broke. The people act like it is an inconveinence that you are there. Itd be somewhat different if they were apologetic about the fact my nails kept breaking off and maybe admit they messed up but they were completely rude.

I get these guys dont understand much English, but geeze, the customer service is terrible. I had them paint white tips (simple) and the tech smeared the white and fussed when I asked her to correct it (after she continued to cover it like nothing was wrong). The clear was gunked on. At that point, its just unnecessary. If youre looking for quality and great service, this is not the place.

Awful. Went for a reserved Mani/Pedi day with my sisters wedding party. Only had a couple of people working for 9 women that needed nails done.I brought in a picture of what I wanted (shellac red sparkly tip with white line underneath, then clear...Xmas themed wedding), and they said it would be fine. Not so much.1) super rude lady who actually did my nails2) ALL they did was half-@zz file and paint them...no other normal manicure things done (cutting cuticles, etc.)3) did the red, then grabbed PINK glitter to put on top because we dont have red glitter...then turns around (same lady) and uses red on another girl4)they looked AWFUL and nothing like the pic. When I questioned about it, included the white lines that were not solid and smudged, I got an eyeroll and quasi-fix5) charged me the same as one of the girls who got a full set6) 1.5 days later polish is PEELING OFF...NOT shellac.UGH. I loathe this place and DO NOT recommend it to anyone. Their service skills are nonexistent. On the plus side....my sisters nails looked beautiful and she was happy so that is what matters.

Im from Los Angeles, so I thought this nail salon would be like the ones back at home. My friend warned me not to go here but I didnt listen. They are the Worst I have everrrr been to. They wanted me to pay for the service before I got my nails done and I declined the offer. Im glad I did because it was a Horrible job. I asked for a fill but the shaping was horrible, she cut me, the nail looked bubbly, and the polish was like a child did it. I advise everyone Not to go here!

This place is soooooooo horrible I dont even wanna give them a star...I went there to get my eyebrows done and I walk out looking like Omarion off you got served.. She chopped my eyesbrows off and then I told this lady I wanted them shaped she made them sooo thin it took a month to get them back thick.. But I really wanted to fight her soooo I definitely do not I repeat dont NOT recommend this place at all

Dont waste your time or money. They were understaffed and were telling people they could get them out in 30 minutes.... I didnt get out until almost two hours later. My pedi was great. As I was getting the pedi done a customer walked in and wanted talk to the man in charge at the time. She told him that he had ruined her nails and that she wanted her money back. He was very rude to her and did not return the money. I should have lefted in that moment. I got shellac on my nails. Big mistake. They cut the nails WAY to short and put on about 3 more coats than needed and then nickled and dimed me for ever service like soaking off the old shellac and a manicure..... thats included every where else I have ever been. Also never put a top coat on. And ANOTHER angry customer came back about how her nails had already cracked again!. I will never go back and I will never recommend anyone to go there. Like I said before it is a waste of time and money for their service. If you want a great medi,pedi, or shellac go to K.K. Nails across from Bueno on second street! Its not anymore expensive and you get Quality and Personalized service.

I would advice everyone not to come to this nail salon. The service was horrible and when you share your concerns they just say “I don’t care” instead of trying to fix it.
