This is a great gym like no other in the Edmond area and you cant beat a free gym!There are really no fees of any kind, just workout in a great environment and have a good time doing so!If you are ever in the area and in need of a good Crosstraining style workout, this is the place!You will not be disappointed!

Christ Fit offers so many different classes - from early morning to kids class, senior class, etc. The community is so great and I love have fellowship and devotional before each workout!
