We had an amazing experience at the royal grand manor throughout the process of planning for our event. Rana(the manager) exceeded our expectations with par excellence customer service. He is also provided us with additional lighting, seats, storage, and just services beyond what we asked.The location is great, they provide lighting suiting your needs, the banquet hall is spacious and they can work with you to meet your decoration needsThe food was amazing from cocktail hr to main dinner. Guests dipped multiple servings of mango lassi and other dishes.If you are vegetarian, they carry a variety of dishes and your guests will be finger licking all the way home.Also the services were timely and there was always someone available to answer our questions and work with us to make our dreams come true

We recently celebrated half saree function here. The manager Rana is very helpful from the beginning to end. The price is great. Food was so good. They made this event completely stress free for us!! We are so happy and definitely recommend them for any event.

I had my baby shower on November 2020 and everything went well. I’m so happy and glad that choose Royal grand manor for our event. It was really easy to deal with the staff and they will help you every way. Specially, I have to say about the manager there. He is a really busy person and my husband was worried all the time when he called coz he hanging up the phone suddenly before finish talking but He’s very friendly and helpful. Also you don’t need to worry about anything coz he’s doing his job right. They arranged tables which We was really worried about coz I just took main stage decorations from outside and rest did by our self. He even gave us the Lighting system, plants that matches for theme and everything was perfect and the food also delicious. We got so many compliments. Thank you Grand manor staff.

We had our sangeet/garba event at Royal Grand Manor. The venue is absolutely amazing and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure our event went without a hitch. Rana was awesome! We werent sure what we wanted for catering until we visited Ashleys spotlessly clean kitchen in new jersey and he fed us a ton of food (and even let us keep the leftovers!). We knew we wanted his food as soon as we tasted it and our guests are continuing to rave about how good it was. They provided everything we needed at one place.The Entire team was professional in their communications and preparations, on-time and pleasant to interact with, and the performances were engaging and exactly what we asked for. The best thing was they had customize packages and different size ballrooms which didn’t burn a hole in our pocket. . We couldnt ask for better service.

Rana Mohammed is so awesome-he’s been so good to us and helped us out so much! We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us organize a party and he’s the sweetest man. Parties are so fun there and the halls are big and beautiful! It’s been well organized and he’s the best person to go too. We got married in Sept 2019 at the Royal Grand Manor. Ranaji was such a pleasure to work with. He listened to all of our requests and came through with everything we originally discussed starting from day 1. Our friends and family enjoyed everything about the venue, including the amazing food! A close friend and his wife had their wedding reception here back in 2015 when it was called The Rosewood. I had an amazing time...the cocktail hour was excellent and the services were good. The facility was pristine, food was great and the staff was genial to all the guests.

Rana is an amazing person to work with. We had two events here and everything was incredible. Rana had excellent communication with us and went beyond expectations. I would highly recommend The Royal Grand Manor for everyones future events!

I remember when this place was The Rosewood and The Victorian Manor (where I had my prom many years ago). I was here for an event last week and I have to say that renovations look great. The food is amazing and thats an understatement. Great service...everyone is so friendly.I dont know what the previous reviewer is talking about. The lighting is fine. Obviously during events, the lights are dimmed for the atmosphere and if you see their gorgeous chandelier, then you would know that dim lighting is not an issue. Also, I dont how the floors can be sticky when you are basically walking on carpet. To each is their own!Anyway, awesome place...I definitely recommend The Ellora!

Hands down my favorite formal event so far. The formal with gorgeous, allowing for many great photo opportunities. The food was out of this world amazing (lets just say I didnt take any more pics after dinner because I was so stuffed!). The service was also superb, very accommodating and friendly. Definitely plan your next event here, you wont be disappointed!!!

I was blown away by the staff and management. They worked with me to ensure my 60th Birthday party was a memorable one, and it definitely was. Good banquet hall for reunions n members party

Decent banquet hall for functions. They have a variety of large and small rooms. The entrance area is pretty with a nice chandelier and balcony.

Pls do not plan any occasion here. They booked the date with us and then never attended our phone. The banquet was closed all the time, it became very hard for us to contact anyone. We were scared and had to change our venue last minute. Do not go by Cathy or any other sales person’s words, very unprofessional.

Horrible experience we had our 8th grade formal there on June 1st 2018 the business never told us that they were sold and going under another name there was no air conditioning we had 400 kids there no wait service staff order chicken francese and we got chicken with gravy all the ice cream came out melted with no wait staff help all the teachers had to pitch in and bust tables!! Asked for the owners name never received it would like a refund asap

Rude staff. Kept yelling and gave misinformation about what was happening during the event. Food was overcooked and oily - definitely got food poisoning from the catering.

The Ellora was an amazing experience from the start. Ashleys customer service alone sold us on the venue. She supported me and my husband throughout the entire process and jumped onboard with our short timeline. I did not bring in any decorations and I dont know why anyone ever would. The ceremony room and reception room took my breath away and the best part was I didnt have to do any of it. The staff knew exactly what to do and I could trust their experience. Everyone cant stop talking about the food either. I have people texting me about it days later. It was food I would pay for on a date night not bland catering hall food so if youre about the food you need to check out the Ellora. Lastly the bridal attendant took care of me so well I didnt miss anything and my bridesmaids and mother could relax instead of running around helping me. The maitre D kept the night running smoothly and wrangled the family for me so I got to be a guest at my own party instead of playing party planner. Thank you everyone from the owner to the bussers. My wedding was amazing and I couldnt ask for anything better! Thanks! Mr and Mrs. M

Formerly the Rosewood. Despite renovations and being under new management, the rooms are still poorly lit, and the floors are still sticky. Police cars here almost every weekend.

Had a chartering banquet for my fraternity here in one of the smaller rooms to the right when you walk in.The smaller room was ok, but it was a little cramped when moving around. The lighting was a bit dim.My main complaint, however, though is that another organization was having another event upstairs and they had their music turned up extremely loud, and the sound along with people stomping around leaked through our ceiling and it was very hard to hear what our speakers were saying.In addition to the obnoxious music leaking through badly soundproofed walls, there was basically only one door to our room, not double doors with a foyer. It was very annoying when servers entered and exited our room while our speakers were talking because when they exited and entered, a wave of sound would blast through into the room and it was very distracting.Other things that ticked me off was that the serving times were really slow, and I was especially hungry that night. The main entree, chicken marsala, wasnt good at all -- had a weird sauce to it. And why was the dessert (cheesecake martini) served along the mixed greens salad before the entree?I will say though that the mixed greens salad and the cheesecake martini were both superb and I wished I just ate multiple servings of those instead of the entree.

Service is spectacular and the room with the large windows is impressive.
