I am highly blown away by the overall experience at Pines Manor. Planning an event during a pandemic can be very stressful, but Sarah made it easy to ensure that we can pull off a successful and safe event.The venue is beautiful, and the entire team is top-notch. The food was delicious, with a significant amount of servings for our tummy to be completely satisfied. VERY accomodating to my massive list of food allergies.I can not thank Pines Manor enough for everything they have done for our family. I cant wait to host our next event!

The best venue for a catered event. The Middlesex County Black Caucus Jazz Brunch has used this Pavilion many times. Loved it. Parking is ample. The food is delicious. The bar is well stocked, but bring cash, if you know what I mean.

Food was excellent. We had a High Class Reunion the buffet had plenty of choices. The service was excellent. We have class reunions in other places. Pines far exceeded all the places we were at in the past.

Clean and roomy hall for all events. The dinner they served was also delicious. Our server Maria took great care of our table. She was one of the best servers Ive had in years at banquet halls. Visiting from California too.

Sarah helped us throughout the process and made everything so effortless and “stress-free”. Nice facility, with good customer service. Attend a large function July, 2021 and the building was beautiful. However, the smoked salmon was not fresh.

Have been here many many times. Staff is one of the greatest and every time they make you feel right at home. Joe Amore does a great job at managing the place along with the rest of the team. Place is being updated and redone every few years! Great job

This place is beautiful inside and out the food is always great. And the outdoor section has beautiful landscape and flowers you can take the best pictures here.

This was my second time attending Pines Manor for an award ceremony for Essex County Freeholder VP, Wayne Richardson. The parking is always terrible. There’s never enough parking for the amount of events they put on at one time. And there are pot holes all throughout the parking lot. It really needs to be repaired

The Pines have been hosting our annual Charity Banquet for over 10 years and they do not disappoint. The staff, especially Marisa, Nick and Toni are very attentive to every detail. The food is delicious, reasonably priced and the venue is beautiful. We are thankful for the great service at the Pines. God bless them :)

Great venue for weddings. Been there at least 50 times and it never disappoints. Plenty of seating. Very clean. Helpful staff. Parking lot is huge and can fit over 1,000 people inside for those big weddings.

The Pines Manor is awesome. They’ve been a leader in the event industry for quite sometime. We’ve had a great professional and personable relationship with them for over 14 years now. I always recommend them when someone is looking for a venue to have a wedding or party.The sales team really works hard for their clients and the rest of the team, like chef / kitchen and servers go above and beyond. We all love working here.

Nice facility, food was very good, staff was very good......they served coffee after dinner was over, the were serving hot water for tea at the same time...they didnt make the tea drinkers wait untill the coffee was served and staff stopped back to see if people wanted second cups. Its been a long time since I have seen that kind of service at a big event.

We had our wedding reception here in 2014 and have nothing but great things to say! The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The food was delicious and our guests enjoyed all the items. The venue is beautiful, I just wish the ceilings were a bit higher.

Hosted a repast luncheon here and could not be more pleased. Camille was fantastic to make arrangements with and Nick was very accommodating to our last minute requests. Food was delicious! Look forward to returning for future events.

An absolutely outstanding experience at the Pines Manor! We celebrated my son’s wedding here. All mangers personally greeted my family and guests at the door and made everyone feels welcomed. The food was REALLY delicious and consistence for all of the 600 guests at the event; everyone at the wedding commented on how good it was. The rooms were beautifully arranged. The service was excellent, and the mangers are wonderful people. If you need a venue for a special event, The Pines Manor is the way to go for any event regardless of the size or type. Their experienced staff are very knowledgeable of many cultures and religions so with no doubt, the Pines Manor is the way and the place to go . Thank you for everything for making my son’s wedding night so perfect. Highly recommend The Pines Manor and will be my first and only choice for all my future events.

We had our end of the year banquet at The Pines Manor, and couldnt be happier with the entire experience. Prior to the event, I dealt with Camille and Toni, mostly via email, making prior arrangements and going over the contract and payments. They were both responsive and easy to work with, making changes, and asking for details so they can have everything perfect for us - which it was. When we got there the evening of our event, the wait staff was courteous and responsive. Nick was especially solicitous and friendly - he couldnt do enough to make sure all went smoothly and we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and the room looked lovely! Our guests all loved it! I highly recommend The Pines Manor!!

I have been to several events at this location over the years. Job fairs, fashion shows, communiin celebrations and weddings. Each event room is transformed into a wonderland for its themed gatherings. The food has always been very good. The service is also excellent. This venue is one of my favorite locations to celebrate special moments in life.

Had baked half chicken it was the worst, I have ever had. Absolutely tasteless. I grew up in Edison and I have been to the Pines Manor for many banquets and weddings over the years and the food was always good. This was the first time I was completely disappointed. I will think twice about going thereagain.

I went for a wedding and I can say I was satisfied. It was fairly small and kind of cramped and there were multiple events that were going on so make sure you have your music blasting or youll probably be able to hear it!

Came here for Prom and had a great time. A typical banquet hall, which was clean and clearly well maintained. My only complaint form the night was that it got very hot, which I suppose is to be expected when 400+ people are put in the same room and start dancing while in tuxedos and dresses. Memorable night nevertheless.

We wanted a magical sweet sixteen for our daughter and that is what we got from the Pines Manor! All of our requests were met and the staff went above and beyond to make us happy. Especially Sarah, Toni, and Nick. We were especially concerned with three guests with dietary needs. They made sure all of the wait staff and cook knew how serious this was and all three guests were very happy with no problem from the food that was made for them! Thank you so much!

We just had 80th Birthday celebration on July 14th and our guests were all very happy with the congeniality of the staff, the variety and presentation of the food buffet. Most liked the calamari and the pasta.The catering staff, Sarah was most accommodating.We selected Pines Manor based on the reception we received upon entering the Manor. We were catered to a receiving Room, offered a choice of tea or coffee and a snack with a warm smile from a receptionist. Love this place for banquets or special dinners. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good. You have to try the Pines _?_ shrimp on the buffet, so good!! Good location and lots of parking.

The Pines Manor catered an off-premise BBQ at my house that was a surprise birthday party for my husband. The party was a huge success. The staff was very professional and the food was delicious. My guests all raved about both the staff & the food. I got to enjoy my own party for a change because the staff took care of everything, set-up, serving, clean up, etc. They made the day very enjoyable for everyone.

I was very pleased by the service I received at the Pines Manor for a company gathering we had recently. The booking process went well, the support staff was available and courteous and the food they provided was delicious. Also the businesses they recommend for services they do not provide were excellent.

Pines Manor is a banquet/conference center of choice for many. I have been there many times to attend PMI New Jersey events. The venue is quite convenient with easy access from GSP, NJ Turnpike, and I-287. It has good ambience and great food. The conference rooms are spacious and have good acoustics. The only reason for a 4 🌟 rating is that I feel its infrastructure is getting older and some maintenance issue are showing up. That is just my feeling and I could be wrong. Good place overall.

I had my baby shower here and it was the perfect venue for it! The event coordinator was constantly in contact with the person who threw the party for me. The staff working in the room did a great job, and were very attentive to me and my guests. The venue is very child friendly and made special menu accommodations for kids who were picky eaters. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

Over the last 7 years we had four affairs at the Pines Manor (a grand wedding, 2 baby showers and a bridal shower); each and every one was perfect. Vicki our catering manager worked with us uniquely with each booking and we cannot praise her enough.At each event our guests openly commented on how beautiful the room was set up, how delicious the food was and how attentive and courtesy the staff was.If we have another need for an event we will certainly think of the Pines Manor first.

Renovated stairs for basement, no elevator which was not good for people had knee issues.

Just had the third event we have had at this establishment and they are phenomenal! Too much to go over in detail but the entire team is super friendly, super helpful, and always ready to help deliver an A+ evening.

For the last twelve years, I have run the boys all state soccer banquet at this facility. They have been extremely helpful, accommodating, and professional at all times. We get a great price as well and our organization will continue to use them.

Our organization has been running a banquet with over 1,000 attendees for more than 10 years. The Pines Manor has provided excellent service and has accommodated our every need, no matter how big or small. The staff and leadership team are friendly, personable, and always looking to please. We continue to return year after year for these multitude of reasons and much more.

Excellent service excellent food nice place was at a wedding today. Salad was fresh the filet mignon was cooked perfectly and antipasto with the figs fresh mozzarella cheese drizzle with balsamic vinegar and the prosciutto was excellent. Nice presentation entrance foyer marble all over the place very nice place.

Came here for a friends wedding. Its very clean inside and outside. Its a very beautiful location. The room that I was in was large and decently decorated. Theres a bar in the middle of the main hallway and offers standard assortment of drinks. Parking was ample. Overall, would repeat if invited there again.

An absolutely lovely event. Good food and good service. The ballroom was beautiful and the dance floor was big enough for people to dance without being crowded. Our GPS directions took us as far as the correct corner of Rt 27 and talmadge rd but Its easy to miss the entrance, at least in the dark.

At first it was hot downstairs, then part of it got a little cooler. The speakers in the ceiling would not stop playing Christmas music so we could hear our COO give his speech about our company. Bathroom needed to be cleaned and refilled with supplies.

Anthony and the rest of the staff at the Pines Manor are professional and knowledgeable. They did everything possible to make our event flawless and they exceeded that! The venue itself is gorgeous! I highly recommend having an event there!

If i could give zero stars i would. Food was from frozen section. And rather than speeding up a delayed party they kicked us out with no respect. The manager was very unprofessional and i would not recommend this place to anyone. The waiters just finished bringing out the dessert and coffee and they kicked us out almost simultaneously. All the dessert gone to waste. Time management was horrible.

Located on the very busy often congested business route. Plenty of surface parking but does fill up for large events.Multiple rooms that can be configured for size.Good food with alternatives on traditional banquet dishes.Helpful and friendly staff, plenty of amenities.
